Tidak ada Hairdryer facility di setiap room, akan lebih baiknya untuk kedepannya disedikan hairdryer di setiap room dan tidak by request cust dan hrs menunggu hairdryer availabe untuk memudahkan dan comfortable cust 5. Informasi extend atau cleaning room tidak perlu staff cleaning ketuk2 pintu per kamar. Cukup dari reception call ke room masing2 untuk memberikan informasi apakah akan extend atau tidak . Jika tamu yg menginap lebih dari 1 malam sudah sepantasnya room di cleaning saat ini sudah bagus ada konfirmasi cleaning by whatsapp dr pihak reception bahwa team cleaning akan membersihkan room atau akan masuk ke room untuk cleaning . 6. Mungkin kedepannya ditambahkan area fitnes ( gym ) agar tamu yang menginap dan ttp bisa melakukan aktivitas olhrga seperti treadmill bisa di lakukan di hotel . 7. Untuk air mungkin kedepannya bisa di tambahkam filter air . Agar air yg di pakai untuk mandi tidak bikin kering dan gatal . Atau terlalu bnyk obat jg bisa bikin gatal di kulit . Note : case ini mungkin hanya terjadi di beberapa cust karena kulit setiap org berbeda2 . Tapi untuk lebih baik lagi ditambakan filter pada water system nya .
• arie438130 (8/5): Best Hotel in Tegal - Stayed here for 1 night only. The room is adequate, not that big, but thats okay for 3 star hotel. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the mall, and the mall itself has complete facilities. The brekfast food is mainly Indonesian food. The taste is ok for a 3 star hotel. Some rooms might need time to cool, although the AC is working well. Tegal is a very hot Perhaps this is the best hotel in Tegal.

• Samuelpas (6/5): Best choice in Tegal - I booked 3 rooms here thru booking.com and I chose payment at hotel with no refund if cancel. But the hotel contacted me and asked me to transfer the payment one day before check in date. This was my first experience like this while using booking.com. Check in took a little while because they didn't prepare rooms on different floors according to our request, but the room was actually available. The room was comfort and clean. The location was in the city central and near many restaurants and shopping center. The swimming pool was small but enough for relaxing swimming. Breakfast was complete enough but the taste was average. Anyway I read other hotels reviews, this hotel is still the best choice.

Wish I had brought my swimming shorts, however. Great stay and would stay there again. Nothing that I didn’t like. When we had a slight problem, it was sorted quickly by the staff.

The floor was so slippery and look alike nobody scrub it properly. when you have a children stay with you, stay away from this area. No changing room and warning mind the gap surrounding area.

• DandyDendol (8/5): A gem in Tegal - I've searched for a proper accomodation across Tegal and found this hotel to be a bless. It's not big but decent and proper. The room is spacious and clean. Basic amenities available in the room; mineral water, electric kettle, TV, etc. The bed surprisingly quite comfortable. The AC works properly. I have no complaints and glad choosing PrimeBiz for my stay in Tegal. To hotel management, there are several improvement can be made on your rooms: 1. Sound from corridor can be heard in the room. Some soundproofing would be nice. 2. Please add drying rack for towel in the bathroom. 3. Please add some small rack on shower area for guests who bring their own bath amenities.

Great location. - Facility of the hotel is OK. Swimming pool and a restaurant which serves few western and Indonesian foods. Wifi speed is OK. Great selection of TV Channels. HBO,etc. - Room is OK. • rona710 (6/5): Remote comfort - Business trip to central Java saw us staying overnight in Tegal. It is surprising how large the city is and also how well organized it is. Hotel PrimeBiz is one of the best in town. Located close to the Railway station and easy location for walking to get food and supplies if needed. Hotel rooms are good size, well presented and clean. Welcoming staff and pleasure to deal with all come to mind. As a westerner in a remote (to us) area it was a great place to stay. Breakfast in the hotel was also great with a large buffet and large selection to choose from. Reasonably priced and good quality and a peaceful solution for the night. Would recommend this place if you are in the area. Enjoy

• TheoHonolulu (10/5): Excellent short stay - We stayed in Primebiz Hotel from July 3 - July 5. Overall experience was excellent for a hotel in a small town like Tegal. The good: Check in was fast and easy. Room was pleasantly roomy and clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent with lots of choices of Indonesian food. Hotel surprisingly provided excellent pick up/drop off at no charge to/from train station. Bravo for this! Last but not least, locations cannot be beat. Near to many food places, and a small local mall for little shopping. The not so good: Entrance to hotel is not friendly to guests who walk to the hotel. Wardrobe in the room could be better (it was just some place to hang our clothes). Despite a few minor drawbacks, this hotel provided excellent choice to stay while you are in Tegal. I have stayed in many major international hotel brands (Accor, Shangri La, Hyatt, Hilton), this Primebiz Hotel did'nt dissapoint. It exceeds my expectations. Now, if I go back to hometown again in the future, I know where to stay.

• Sw0603 (2/5): No Manager On Duty to talk with - I came in the night time and stayed at connecting room, good hospitality handled by Rian/ front desk. Unfortunately, Bed sheet, duffet looks stain and spots in certain area, Shower handle in bathroom 617 was not working well. The day after, room cleaned in the morning time but linen still not changed yet, hence i requested my towels only to change. Still i did not raise any complaint. Lastly, on the 3rd day in morning time around 09.00am i called front desk lady to request my room cleaned up. Surprisingly came back around 13.00 and both my room still did not clean up. Called to front desk and why its really hard to talk with Manager On Duty. what a kind of terrible services offered here??? Appreciated to Mrs tuti/ Ast Hk Mgr who came direclty apologize all the housekeeping issues occured eventhough i expected the Managers should have clarified why all of these occured.

• Nicov1776 (8/5): High and dry in Tegal - The hotel is good, very good. Breakfast is fine, people speak English as well, rooms are clean, minimalistic (no decent wardrobe), laundry service good. TV working. The swimming pool is next to the breakfast area, and agreeable. Two drawbacks. The entrance: if you arrive walking, or by becah, you have to take the elevator in the parking garage. If driving by car or taxi you can drive up to the entrance. So, in this way the hotel doesn't "open" itself to the public. Which is a pity. The other drawback is the absolute terror which is called very, very slow WiFi/internet. It seems a speciality of Tegal, having internet on steampower. Other hotels face the same problem.. So, if you are here for business, take care and take precautions. But it is not just the fault of this very good hotel.
• jhariman (10/5): One of the Recommended Hotel in Tegal - Located on the main-road of Tegal city, this hotel is one of the best hotel in Tegal area. The room is good and nicely decorated. The room facilities and bathroom amenities (including towel, toothbrush and room sandals) are complete. The hotel swimming pools located at the 2nd floor, and also the restaurant. Breakfast taste os okay as well as 3-star hotel standard with local and international food available. Near hotel there are many 24-hrs fastfood restaurant and gas station. Recommended as a transit hotel, and also for business trip.

• susiherawati2018 (4/5): Not good service and not good choices of food - The hotel service is not to your expectation, I had couple of bad experiences with this hotel. First, after I was about 10 minutes after check in, suddenly someone knocked on my door, and asking me why I stayed in his room? I was shocked, because this guy given the same room number with me! I told him to go back to the receptionist and asked for clarification, because I have checked in earlier. Then I called the receptionist and gave my complained. They just say sorry, and a couple hours later the receptionist came to my room and gave me 3 pcs of mini chocolates and said that she was sorry. No apologize words from the management or hotel manager at all. Can you imagine, what will happen if you didn't lock and put the chain on your door? That guy could just walked in! So be very careful when you stay in this hotel. make sure that they give you the right room and that room is just for you. My second bad experience was happened just a couple of weeks ago (I have to stay in this hotel again, because the company I worked have a corporate agreement with them), when I asked for a bottle of mineral water, they said they would charged for it. They said that in a day they only provide 2 bottles of mineral water. Very bad service. Because when I stayed in a 4 stars hotel they provide 4 bottles of mineral water, and when I asked another bottle, they provided it for free. No additional charge at all! The housekeeping service also not to your expectation. Often they do not refill the soap or the shampoo until you asked them. The selection of food for breakfast is also very limited. almost the same menu every day.
• kikim48 (10/5): Pricey but still the best - Not many choices in Tegal for good standardized hotel, so this national chain hotel is still the best in town in my opinion. Of course, the price is the most expensive as well. But it's well worth it. The cleanliness is excellent, very comfortable. The Indonesian food is great. The room interior is cozy and modern. If you are willing to pay more, you should consider this hotel. If you look for budget stay, try Pesonna Hotel with lower rate with smaller rooms.

The quality in general is only average (don't expect too much from a three stars hotel). Actually it's an opportunity for the management to improve their quality since there are only a few competitors
• Ajikotak (4/5): Just an average hotel - Stay at this hotel for 10 days for a business trip. The hotel have a very slow internet connection at the room (less than 1 mbps), limited menu for breakfast and the water at the bathroom smells like a chlorine. If you want to stay here, make sure request a high floor room, because the traffic sometimes become very noisy (a lot of big truck and bus in front of the hotel). The best part is the hotel location (near from pasific mall and Transmart).

• Wong (2/5): Rp80,000 for requesting for one extra pillow??? - Would have given a higher rating but it was all gone when the front desk women (on 29 Jan 2018, evening shift between 5-6pm) had demanded Rp80,000 when I requested for one extra pillow for my backache as room only 2 soft pillows. Poor communication skills as they just dumbly repeated the amount and ignoring the questions or requests. Never had I been told that I needed to pay for requesting for extra pillow in all of the 500+ hotels I had stayed. This is definitely a first. That had made my week long stay at this hotel a terrible and unpleasant one. Will NEVER return to this hotel again and have told all business associates and staff to stay away from this money-minded hotel.

I booked from online since the price is much cheaper than Hotel price given us. Arrived, there is nobody in the front door, so we have to handcarry our own things. Please provide more people or trolley in the lobby. Check in is good, room clean, wifi is good. Breakfast time i need to prepare my baby food and they help us. Good job for the restaurant staff. Food taste ok. Staff service overall good. Parking during weekend is difficult but the security staff will help us.

• danielvvlee (8/5): Consistent Quality and Value - This is my second time at PrimeBiz in Tegal, and the service is still top notch, just as it was two years ago. The rooms are clean, with strong AC's. The showers are solid all around. The beds have soft top layers with firm cushions underneath (+ big, soft pillows), and they also give their customers lots of other amenities. The cable TV offers three or four HBO channels, which is a rare treat. I also appreciate the complimentary breakfast and fantastic in-room dining service. One night I asked for ice. The staff brought it up in less than 3 minutes - impressive. Take note that all rooms are non-smoking, but you don't have to smoke out front. They have an open-air pool on the second floor - a very nice offering for their smoker guests, and breezy enough that smoke won't bother non-smokers, kids, et al. Unfortunately, there's no gym. By the way, there's also a KFC across the street and a McD's at the corner. I only have two small issues: the refrigerator wasn't able to adequately cool my drinks, and the check-in person was a little condescending. When I asked for a smoking room she made me sign an agreement stating I will be charged if I smoke in my room. Please assume guests are able to understand policies, and refrain from treating them like rule-breakers. Still, these are minor complaints. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
