- Jennifer (10/5): Relaxing Couple Retreat - We had a wonderful night stay in the Willow room on a Tuesday night and had the entire place to ourselves. We swam in the pool, sat on the balcony, walked down to the pond, and hung out in the living room. We highly recommend staying here and plan to visit again to experience the other room options.

- Jasmine (8/5): - Let me just start by saying the this property is so beautiful! Check in was super easy and convenient. I initially stayed in the Willow room (gorgeous and comfortable) but it became very noisy because of the wind and trees scraping the side of the building. I brought this to the host’s attention and she was very accommodating! I was moved to another beautiful room and I was able to truly relax. This will be my new home away from home when I need to take a staycation.

- Karen (10/5): Bonne Terre Inn - Quiet quaint inn—much nicer than staying at a motel. Excellent service! Delicious breakfast! Nice view overlooking a small lake! Classy restaurant next door! Has a chapel on the grounds and a venue for events!

- Khalid (6/5): - The stairs are pretty dodgy. Carrying luggage on them is dangerous. To clarify steps are small and steep. Having to go up and down for luggage etc four times was an ordeal. Also would be nice to have at least one luggage stand. Finally there is no staff so not sure what we are rating.

One minor issue - we weren't able to watch live tv. If you don't have a Roku at home, it's a little complicated to figure out how to operate the tv; then, although I have a Hulu acct, when I logged in, Hulu recognized I wasn't at home and would not allow me to watch live tv (Macy's Day Parade).

- Taylor (10/5): - I stayed a week at Bonne Terre. Beautiful location. The home is very clean. There were not many guests the week I stayed. The sweet lady that oversees the Inn, I hate I can't remember her name, was beyond helpful and friendly. She cooked breakfast every morning as well. It's def a great little escape. The yard is so beautiful at night with the lights, too. My niece and I enjoyed the pool as well. Great spot! Would love to be able to visit again.

- Becky (8/5): - The room was very large and decorated nicely; on first glance I was completely satisfied and thought the price was excellent for such a nice place. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit difficult due to the placement of the doors interfering with each other, and the tub didn't drain well. But those things were minor, and I'd happily stay there again.

A very good bed, thick towels etc. The location is beautiful and the living room that can be used by the guests is very well decorated as wel. We loved our stay. A big contrast was the breakfast room next door. A cold, sterile room with no atmosphere and a very “pre cooked/pre-packed” breakfast with all products in plastic and plastic plates and cutlery.

- Larry (10/5): - Amazon Inn about 23 miles from Memphis and well worth the drive. Absolutely beautiful grounds and room. The crown mouldings were awesome. Never saw staff, great concept for check in/out. We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a wonderful way to spend our last night in “the South”.

- Brandi (6/5): Beautiful property but over all it was ok - The tub had jets but it didn’t work. Went to go swim but the pool wasn’t great and it’s sinking in on one side due to property I’m assuming starting to wash out so we just got out! However the property was beautiful and the check in was smooth! Wanted to eat at the restaurant that’s there on property but I wouldn’t spend 50 plus for one meal.

- William (6/5): Beautiful location, no service - I had booked the Sycamore room, but received an email saying that there were plumbing issues and I would be switched to a different room. This was not a problem, although the room I received was significantly smaller. The home is beautiful, but the bedstead was wobbly, there were no instructions on how to use the television services, and at times it was noisy outside in the front of the building where my room was. I was supposed to have a self-serve breakfast, but the building where breakfast was to be was locked. No one responded to my messages nor did I receive a credit or refund for the lack of an included service. While it's a beautiful place, I would not stay here again. I believe that I was the only person in the building, and the front door being left unlocked was disconcerting.

- Aaron (10/5): - Overall, the stay was 10/10. The room was spacious, and easy to access. Due to being Christmas Day, only us and one other couple were in the inn at the time, so it was very peaceful and quiet. The driveway also had nice Christmas lights set up. The only thing that we noticed was there was a used sock shoved in between the mattress and the foot board. Loved our stay, and will be back!

Only negatives, was heat in the room never got above 63 despite being on 72 they did have electric heater in room but it wasn’t very effective and when we got up to check on breakfast next door it was locked uptight. I do believe that we were the only guests that night but we did get a cup of coffee in the Inn where the rooms are. So overall I still give a 9.8 out of 10. (By the way my wife likes to keep it 4 or 5 degrees colder than I do so room temp didn’t really bother her)
