• Yasmani (2/5): - The property was very dirty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms appeared to be poorly maintained. the bed sheets were stained. The walls were damaged, and the ceilings also had visible cracks and holes. The water coming from the bathroom taps was brown.

• TylerandDeanna (2/5): - When we Forster enter the room all you could smell was something rotten. Pulled the bed back and there was food all under the bed then come to find a lot of roaches. Then on top of that we had people knocking on our door all night long. Saying sorry wrong room. Then the housekeeping came by and try to force there way into the room. And to top it off we payed for a week in cash after our first two days and we half proof on our bank statement they decided they was gonna kick us out a day early. They came up to the room started yelling threading us we felt as if we were going to die. I do not recommend this place to anyone for your safety stay away
• Wayne (8/5): - Everything was great even let me check in early and my mom has passed away and it meant a lot to me so I really appreciate them for letting me check in early the only problem I did have was I didn't have a microwave in my room but other than that was nothing wrong with the room I recommend you stay very affordable and peace and quiet

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Good price for the room when ever u book on line the owner doesn't like it when u book it on line but hey it's cheaper n for what the room is like not to well cleaned they could use some different cleaning people the ones that they have now don't know how to clean the rooms to go

Cops were hanging out there when I checked in, later people were screaming and fighting in the parking lot, then I heard a gunshot, apparently someone on the 2nd floor balcony shot at someone in the parking lot. Cops came back, more screaming and fighting, I stayed in my room and didn't even go out for food, left at daylight the next morning. Everyone else was acting unsurprised. Yikes!!

• mslizzaz2019 (2/5): NO! Do not stay here - Absolute s.h*t* hole. Drug addicts, homeless, sketchy AF clientele. Booked through Booking.com, requesting a non smoking room. Arrived, useless guy behind a shield where you stand outside to check in, said all rooms are smoking. Went into one room, horrific. Wouldn't let a dog stay inside. Stunk, filthy, damages everywhere, door wouldn't lock properly, scary and unsafe. I am no prima donna but this was more than I could endure. I requested another room, they had none. I informed them I couldn't stay here and requested a refund. Nope. I disputed the charge with Booking.com which entailed many, many days of messages, calls and photos of what we encountered. We are still waiting to hear back. We also sent photos to the motel itself and disputed directly with them.

• deanna (2/5): - The room is not clean person works in the front desk was not helpful. I set up my car for an hour after I book the room in the cold with my dog. He seem to be upset that I booked it through an online thing and then seem to get it cheaper to still paid $100 for a room that was nasty. I took pictures of it I just haven’t submitted them yet.

Their housekeepers thieves and will steal and take anything that is left behind by a guest I would not refer my dog to this unprofessional establishment

• 909redh (4/5): Fleabag Place with Suspicious Clientele - Was a last-minute booking that I regret. No blow dryer, A/C is half-assed and doesn’t cool. Ice machine broken with NO SIGN. Long list of restrictions posted next to the check-in window. Random black men that stare you down as you walk to and from your room. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you are a worker Mexican or a junkie looking to score. Doubtful that I will be back. The only good thing is that it is located near the freeway
• Catherine (6/5): Adequate. - The service was friendly and attentive, the sheets and linen were clean. The room was in need of up dating and a good cleaning. While it was tidy it was far from deeply clean. I sat at the desk chair and something like a melted jolly rancher stuck to my pants leg. Affordable, safe and only adequate.

• troy19682018 (10/5): Good comfortable hotel - I’m a contractor and needed 3 rooms for myself and 2 other workers. For the price we paid, the rooms and service that we received was excellent. Each room had a newer TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Room service cleaned rooms daily. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice.
• Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - I pulled up at about 10pm on friday night and there were at least 8 police cars on the side of the street. I had to use a very exposed night window to check in while people were standing out on the walkway watching me. I was placed in a second floor back of the building room, which had a blind turn, and walked into a group of men all standing & imbibing outside of a room, and walk with them watching me to me room 3 doors down. After turning the lights on in the room, I discovered the floors were all sticky, the room was smokey and the chair was severally stained. I pushed the chair in front of the door, and turned down the bedding, only to find hair and "debris" on the bed. I didn't want to walk back out past the men, so I tried to make the best of it, but there was yelling and banging on the walls and doors a through the night. I asked for a refund for the next night I was supposed to be there explaining the issue, and they said they didn't give refunds. This place was appalling.

• Flteacher4 (6/5): Friendly owner, maybe open too soon - We stayed here as a stopover on a trip from Los Angeles, CA to Asheville, NC. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing my sister to stay with her 3 dogs. The rooms we stayed in both had large 50" flatscreen TVs, but it seemed he may have been a little too enthusiastic about opening as some basic things were overlooked. For example, many of the rooms were still under renovations and were not ready to be used. We had to switch rooms as the door on the first one would not close/latch properly. The room we ended up in did not have any tissues, a channel guide for the TV, or an alarm clock. You could also still see the measurement markings on the shower tiles from the tile guys. I have to say that the tile choice for the shower is a poor one as well. It is speckled, so even though it was clean, it looked like there was dirt splattered all over the walls. I do have to say that our room (while missing some amenities) was clean, my sister did find someone's hair in her shower. Perhaps once the owner takes some time to get the renovations complete and hire some more staff, this might be a very nice choice.
