- Mariana (6/5): El lugar es bueno, servicios y desayuno mediocres. - El hotel está bien ubicado, la atención es cordial pero tener agua caliente para la ducha fue un problema.La señal de wifi en el segundo piso era mala y el desayuno muy pobre (ni cafe ni tes, solo mate de coca y para comer pan)..
- anahi (4/5): Sin agua caliente y muy sucio camas manchadas. - Lamentablemente estuvimos 5 noches en las cuales no habia agua caliente. Solo a las 4am. Por este precio mejor busca otro hotel, mas limpio,con agua caliente cuando la necesites y con personal capas de solucionar problemas ya que la primera noche nos dieron la habitacion equivocada (una mas pequeña) no nos reembolsaron la diferencia del costo. Las sabanas tenian pelos y estaban manchadas, al igual que las almohadas y no nos las cambiaron en todos estos días. Ademas de que no proporcionan ni shampoo ni jabon etc. Decepcionante y asqueroso. Ademas esta sobre una avenida muy transitada por lo cual es muy ruidoso, pesimo hotel.
- Thiago (6/5): Bom custo benefício - Funcionários atenciosos, recepção típica peruana com chá de coca, porém o hotel precisa investir em isolamento acústico, pois se ouve tudo que se passa na rua e os peruanos buzinam muito, tanto de dia quanto de noite, além disso os travesseiros são ruins, pequenos e diversificar o café da manhã que só tem o básico.
