- Julian (10/5): Best service I have ever received from a host - Wow, probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in any hostel stay. And I stayed in a lot of hostels. No kidding I felt like my mum was looking after me from even before arriving at the hostel. The host checked with me before I came what time I would arrive, let me know how to check in and even afterwards contacted me to see if I need a towel and he had one ready for me. Seriously I thought this is like 5 star service. The place is clean, the views are absolutely amazing, the location is close to the Plaza de Armas and everything was working fine. Perhaps the only “complaint” or rather suggestion would be to have a stronger light in the room. I can’t praise this place enough especially with the super attentive host who also allowed for an earlier check in which I was extremely grateful for. Loved, loved, loved my stay at this place. It’s definitely not luxurious and this is one thing that annoys me when travellers pay a small price and yet they expect a luxurious stay. The service here though is the most memorable part about staying at Antis Cusco. Totally recommend this place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer
