- Martyna (4/5): Disappointing - location and lobby It was extremely dirty, mold on bed curtains, terrible stains on the walls, smelly bedsheets and towels and the most uncomfortable mattress. The worse thing is that it looked great on photos.

Otherwise we would not get in. Photos are very deceiving. 3rd floor toilet looked disgusting and bedroom curtains went through war.

- Chakarothai (5/5): Only stay - -Our family got 1 dormitory beds room, with 2 showers and toilet, and some kitchen stuff outside that is spacious for us. -Not far from old town and next to bus terminal. -Water was out of order in the morning and not return until check out. -not bad thing but there is no staff and the door locked after 5 pm. you need to contact the hotel by the message to get the password for keycard to enter the building. This has been written in the booking but difficult to understand because normally we expect someone will be at the front when we arrive. Please be careful.

- Suraj (10/5): Value for money, clean rooms with prime location. 5 mins walk to the Old Town - The rooms were clean and neat. The sheets and blankets were clean. The room smelled good daily. The rooms are pretty well lit and natural light was great during the day. The entrance to the rooms has a cafe and it smells amazing daily. I love the vibe of the cafe and the rooms. There is a shared meeting room as well which has a water heater, microwave and few utensils and has a smoking area outside too. The AC's and everything worked well in the rooms. Shared bathroom was the biggest issue. Although the bathroom stayed pretty vacant at all times, having to share restroom is something i wasnt expecting while booking. They recently updated from Hostel to Hotel, hopefully they will add more restrooms. They definitely need to add laundry option as well. There is no lift/elevator in the hotel.
- Denisa (8/5): Overall good - Very good location, right at the old part of the town. The bed is comfy and room is spacious. The bathroom is one floor below so it is a bit far to walk. Also there is just one bathroom for the whole floor. The door to the room didn’t feel secure, it is just a regular interior door with a simple lock. and there is no safe box so I was worried about someone breaking in.
- Jack (1/5): Avoid like the plague. Completely awful. - Literally nothing. Absolutely awful. Pictures are nothing like what it is in real life. Booked a 4 bed suite - instead was given a hostel room with bunk beds that were ridiculously uncomfortable. Tried calling the day we arrived to figure out what had happened with the rooms and the hotel staff just hung up the phone on us and blocked my number so I couldn’t call back. Looked generally neglected as well. When the staff eventually came in the morning they were unhelpful and the coffee took ages to come and was massively overpriced. Messaged through booking.com after we left to get a price adjustment given the completely lacking product and was ignored. Avoid avoid avoid.

- Cassie (4/5): Disappointing - It is located near old phuket town. There were convenient store and pharmacy nearby. The image used for the hostel and the room you stay in is different. The room is not very clean and there is mosquitos around, so be prepared for that.
- Van (1/5): Bad - Only have 2 toilet for 10 people ( 1 dorm 1 normal room), sharing toilet between dorm room and cafe. In dorm room has 2 bathrooms but only 1 bathroom available, remain 1 bathroom water can not be leak In dorm room dont have water to drink, no hairdryer

- TAN LING MIN (10/5): A good budget stay near bua station - i stayed at female dorm for three nights. overall is very clean, i like the living space where cn sit and relax. the only one electric plug beside bed is a bit broken, i suggest cn add on one more plug could be more conveniet. the staff very friendly and helpful, cn comunicate well in English. will stay if visit phuket old town again
