- Ahmet (6/5): Profit Maximization auf Kosten der Gemütlichkeit - Das Hotel war klein beengt aber durchdacht praktisch Das gesamte Hotel wurde von einigen Mitarbeitern am laufen gehalten, so dass zB die Zimmerreinigung nicht ausreichend war und das Zimmer staubig. Vieles mussten die Gäste selber machen.

- Sarah (7/5): - Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, the common room with snacks and laundry services was really nice. A couple of times we woke up to a really strong smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to be coming in from the corridor/ventilation. We put the Aircon on full blast and eventually it cleared but it took a long time. I guess one of the other guests was maybe smoking in their room because it didn't seem to be coming through our window. Maybe the hotel would consider putting in smoke detectors or something to stop this because it was really unpleasant.

- Shan Tahnee (8/5): Great location and shower facilities - The location is exceptional - 8 min walk to MRT, surrounded by street art, coffee shops, restaurants and boutique stores, and just a short stroll away from the main Ximending streets, street vendors, shopping malls and the popular tattoo street. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without additional fee and were very friendly and helpful at reception and via whatsapp, also sending us recommendations for local eateries and things to do. The room was clean and balcony was nice enough, with an incredible shower. There is evidence of water damage in the room but the room and hotel was clean so this did not have any impacts on the stay, and there was no damp smell or mustiness. The balcony doors and windows are double glazed with minimal to no sound coming from outside once these are closed, although you may hear your room neighbour shower but this was not disruptive. Cleaning is available after 3 days when requested or under 3 days for a fee, and you self service for fresh towels or toilet paper as needed. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the complimentary snacks enjoyable. This is not a 5 star venue which you pay for all inclusive service, set your expectations and you will be very comfortable here. The location was worth staying for and the price average to the area, I would stay again. The room has water damage along the walls and ceiling which has been cleaned and patched, the aircon is freezing throughout the hotel although you can turn it off in your room, the room is small although this is normal for hotels in Taipei, and the emergency exit lighting cannot be turned off in the room so half of the room is lit up at all times (included photo of what it looks like at 1am).

- Tee Yin (8/5): Overall, comfortable stay at a great location. - Location. Right at the heart of Ximending, lots of amenities within a short walk. Lighting is rather dim in rooms. Only the bed area is well lit. The TV+desk area has no light. It’s a strain on the eyes.

Very comfy bed and luxe bedding. Self-service rubbish clearance. Check-in was a bit awkward as later than most places and desk unattended when we turned up.

As close as it is to everywhere, the hotel and room are really quiet and peaceful. Really friendly and helpful staff, super comfortable room and bed with everything you need for a perfect stay. Snacks and water/juice/coffee/tea really lovely bonus. Had a great bday stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We were told we could only get a one-hour late check-out if we left a 10/10 review and showed proof, which felt uncomfortable. After that hour, we were charged extra. This made the reviews feel unreliable. The room was smaller than it looks in photos, and small details—like only one chair on the balcony—were odd. Cleanliness was acceptable but not to a high standard. Guests are expected to take out their own trash, and housekeeping is only included after three days—if you stay more than that, you have to pay extra. Even basics like water aren’t replenished unless you go and get them yourself. Overall 7.5-8

The hotel was very responsive to messages on WhatsApp. The room was spotless and so comfortable with an amazing shower and top class Dyson hairdryer. The free laundry facility was a great bonus. Free bottled water, drinks, tea and snacks was much appreciated. The location was perfect for sight seeing. Check in and check out were quick and easy.. would highly recommend Need a couple of hooks in the bathroom!

L’hôtel est très bien situé à Ximen, il y a un bus qui emmène directement à Juifen à 10 minutes de l’hôtel et les transports en commun sont idéales pour se déplacer dans Taipei. L’hôtel est propre et le personnel très sympathique. Nous sommes partis plus tôt finalement et nous avons eu un remboursement de la nuit non effectué alors que c’était non remboursable. Je recommande cet hôtel! Le quartier est très sympa.
