Guest Reviews
- Ellik (9/5): -
- Jekaterina (10/5): It has exceed expectations and the staff was very helpful and kind. - The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and the bathroom was spectacular. The hotel stay also included use of the thermal mineral springs and the park facilities. The drainage in our bathroom was very slow.
- Anton (10/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): Perfect and magical. - Super comfortable beds, the room was amazing. The price per night includes park entry, the staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The hot springs are amazing. The food at the restaurant was a little difficult for vegan and vegetarian, plus gluten free guests. But that is to be expected in Vietnam sometimes.
- Martina (10/5): Onsen experience with plenty for the whole.family - Excellent facilities. Overdelivered. The whole.place shuts down at 5.30
- Kevin (7/5): - Breakfast not a buffet.
- Kash (8/5): Happy guest :) - I was surprised that when I checked in, it was at the hot spa and the rate per night included all the amenities. The rooms, towels, bathrooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. I didnt like the fact that even though breakfast was included, there was no buffet option and they explained that it was not worthwhile because there were only 3 guests who were checked in. I understood this, but I felt that the receptionist should've communicated this. They did however give an a la carte breakfast which was satisfactory but not unlimited as expected.

- Joyce (6/5): Overall resort is quite run down, rooms are dated, good for onsen in winter. 1N max. - Enjoyed the outdoor onsen, especially the warm pools, surrounded by greenery. really comfortable. We also enjoyed our morning walk around the resort area. Greenery is beautiful.
Dinner was a BBQ set, staff helped us with the bbq at our table, that was really nice. the set included drinks, good variety of seafood, meats and salad. We added fried rice which is about 3-4 bowls portion, but 2 of us finished it cos we were hungry and it tasted good. Bfast was ala carte order, portions were big, meals there are decent. Lift was spoilt, we had to carry our luggage up 2 floors and again when we check outed. If we had big luggage. it would tiring as there was no porter to carry for us except a young female receptionist.
Only bathtub, no shower stall, floor gets wet whenever we shower. if only there was a shower head holder above the tub.
No soap at sink, tried to ask for it but due to language challenge, we just use shower gel as hand soap.
Filtered water in lobby was empty, no one noticed, we had to ask staff to refill.
- Clare (1/5): Disappointing - Didn’t get a chance to like anything, left almost immediately - certainly not a couples place Not being able to get a glass of wine, having to check in via amusement park, having to hand in room cards when wanting to pop out
- Dmitry (9/5): -
- Andrei (7/5): The hotel offered a pleasant stay with friendly service, though communication could be improved - The rooms were clean and the staff were polite, even with communication barriers. We would like to thank the hotel for allowing smoking on the balcony. We had some difficulties with mosquito protection in the room. The air conditioning switched off when we left, and it took time to cool down upon our return. We also experienced some communication challenges with the staff due to their level of English. On one occasion, we were unable to dine at a restaurant despite arriving prior to its published closing time.
- Troy (10/5): Was great! Going to come back with grandkids! See our IG FB or YT channel for lots of pics and videos.Reach out for and - Well kept. Professional staff anxious to assist you ( however language is a barrier, luckily we have a high-end digital translation device). Way more to do/ see than we expected. The check-in process was very scary ( mentally only).. we had a private car bring us.. you show up at theme park entrance.. expected to see a sign for hotel, or registration… no idea the hotel was inside the park. We went up to ticket counter to ask.. the a guy (concierge) came over.. show booking # and passports/visas.. was all simple after that!
- Floyd (10/5): - Great for family vacation. Very relaxing and fun. Good photo ops and the children loved it. Breakfast buffet was good and dinner hotpot was great. It was a little confusing checking in but staff were helpful.
- Terra (4/5): Not a place for rest - The hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable. Beautiful bathtub! The noise! I had to leave early as it ruined the entire experience and I was unable to get any rest. I understand it is within the park, but guest karoke in the hotel went well past midnight. Kids stampeded up and down the stairs like heards of elephants. There was zero soundproofing and you could here everything.
The food was also not the best and at random times served outside of hotel in park dining areas.
- Sebastien (9/5): -
- Vaidas (10/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Highly recommend - Hot Springs & Massage Dinner food was just Ok...
- Shenecca (5/5): Fine if you have kids, you are not going anywhere, and don't mind the food quality. - The hot spring water pools were lovely to swim in.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The location is far from anything especially restaurants. You'd think it's ok because there are restaurants at the resort, but the resort food is so expensive and not good quality at all. We tried local cuisine and western food, and neither were worth the money. We booked for 4 nights and we checkout out 2 days early. You cannot get a grab from the area either, so we had to get a private taxi through the resort to go anywhere which cost almost double the grab price.
- Shruti (8/5): Very good -
- Sayan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Seth (10/5): Exceptional - Been here many times for the day and over night, its a great place to get away when living in danang or hoi an. I love the location, very tranquil and green. Many things to do whatever the weather is, rainy or hot. The staff is very helpful, and always help to get you to the right place. The room was awesome, the bathtub was the star of the show. I really enjoyed the hot springs and bird garden. The food options could have been better. More snack style hot food, with more options. The restaurant was family style orientated, not easy to eat and go. Also the bathtub drain didn't seal well so the tub didn't stay full.
- Rachel (10/5): - I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing.
Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. Overall Excellent.
- Piyush (10/5): - Amusement park inside property and hot spring pool
- Jane (8/5): Pleasant quiet and relaxing holiday. - Staff agreed to change queen bed to two single beds before our arrival as there were no available twin bed rooms at time of booking. Emails were responded to in good time. Food quality and variety can be improved.
- Binh (10/5): Happy at Ebisu Hot Spring Resort. - Excellent place. Hotel is right next to hot spring which is emptied every day to be cleaned. The bird garden is well designed with many kinds of bird. We like the low season with less than 50 visitors. We will come back to stay longer.
- Han (10/5): Exceptional - Kind staffs and onsen Fridge, it doesn't work. It's not cold.
- Lai (5/5): Consider decent - Breakfast was decent Acceptable
- Stevan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ngoc (10/5): - Rất tuyệt vời
- Naomi (3/5): Not great - The dinner restaurant nearby was decent. I was given a room that was different to the one advertised. The room I paid for said it has a shower and a bath. I had a room with only a bath, no shower. This room also had no YouTube or internet connection. When we asked the reception about this, someone came up to check the YouTube, they did nothing to resolve the issue and just said that YouTube is not working, only regular TV. We were already suspicious about this. I then asked them to change my room to a room with a shower because there's no way I can clean myself in only a bath. We were then moved to a room with a shower, and surprise surprise, YouTube and internet works on the TV in that room. The staff are dishonest and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was sub-par. You know the food selection is not great if the most delicious item was toast with butter. I would only recommend coming here if you really would like to visit the water park.
- Lien (7/5): Just okay - Nice room, nice view from the park, good breakfast, nice pictures to take Noisy with all the Vietnamese families opening their door and speaking loudly even after 10pm, after 5:30pm nothing to do, only one restaurant for dinner and the quality food is not really good (a lot of food not having on the menu) -
- Dalinda (10/5): A wonderful paradise among the mountains in Da Nang - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were amazing! The massages offered at the spa are very good. Also, the lemon grass, mud, and coffee bath are highly recommended. Since we are vegetarian, we did not order the BBQ buffet. However, we had to wait until 2.30 or 3.30 to have a la carta Lunch. I hope this can be changed in the future and we can order some food at any time.
- Barteldt (10/5): Exceptional - Whats not.to like, mindblowing place you need at least 2-3 days to just absorb every piece of perfection Nothing place is perfect
- Daniel (8/5): Very good - You are literally staying in a very large water park, what more can be said! Breakfast is tasty but the choices for lunch and dinner are limited and the food for these meals is not very good.
- Kenneth (1/5): DON'T Waste your Money if its still operating - They Double Charged us for our Room, Clearly shows on our Bank Statement 2 Payments of the same amount. On confronting them they assured us we would only be billed once and when we found they still billed us Twice they REFUSED to refund the Money Dishonest Staff, The whole resort is run down, hasn't had anyone there since before Covid so everything is falling to pieces and in need of repair. Swimming Area was closed as these was only 2 or 3 people staying there and they didn't want to turn on the Slides or power for a few couples. Buffet Breakfast was Cancelled as they didn't want to do a Buffet with no one staying there so we just got some eggs and bread and certainly NOT what we PAID for breakfast. The whole resort is close to Closing down so VERY DISAPPOINTED that what we thought we were going to wasn't anything like advertised.
- Maria (7/5): Good - I like the bathtub, hot springs, mud bath, water park, places to go. Water refill is available many construction ongoing during our stay. The view given not nice no balcony
- Aaron (6/5): A strange experience that we’ll talk about for years to come. - The hotel is located within a water park & is an OK alternative for families wanting something different to DaNang city hotels or beach resorts. The setting up in the hills is lovely.
The rooms were perfectly comfortable.
The resort was fun, albeit super quirky. I lost count of how many times we said ‘this place is weird’!
The mud baths were a good experience. Definitely worth doing.
It’s only 25 min drive to BaNa Hills cable cars. It’s not geared up for Western tourists. Not many staff spoke any English & we really struggled with the restaurants. The food that we did order on the first night was not good & didn’t seem fresh. The second night we avoided the restaurant altogether & ate food that we brought elsewhere.
Many of the water slides were closed or they would only open for short periods.
It’s a fairly noisy hotel. It didn’t bother us too much, but we could hear guests in other rooms.
- Yana (1/5): Bad - Everything was not so exiting
- Kuganathan (9/5): excellent - excellent service front office staff
- Renusha (9/5): A hidden gem in the heart of BaNa - perfect for a family getaway - Family fun, relaxation and excitement all in one fantastic location. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the Ebisu Onsen resort is located inside the water park, offering access to water rides, dinosaur park, hot springs, steam, sauna, pools and temple. Free buggy service make getting around the park easy. Staff are incredibly helpful, always asking where you would like to go and offering directions or radioing the buggy service for you. Excellent BBQ restaurant (Asian Style) on site offering delicious BBQ combo meals, hot pot and a la carte menu. Not all the water rides were running (this may have been a maintenance issue), but not really a big deal given there was so much more to experience.
Some guests were a little noisy at night, but not too late.
- Binh (7/5): Good -
- Barbara (6/5): Pleasant - It's the only hotel inside the water park. If you want to stay there, it is your only option.
There were only few people inside the park, we had entire pools to ourselves (on a Monday).
Breakfast was ok but not inside the hotel.
Water park ticket is included. The hotel has a strange vibe and does not seem to be fully booked when the homepage says it is. There were only few people. After the park closes, only one restaurant is open which is very expensive, almost empty and pretty much only offers buffet. I would suggest bringing your own food or ordering snacks from the room service.
Walking around the park on your own (especially after the park closes) is not appreciated, the personnel will take you to the restaurant (which is the only place you can go) via electric car.
As the water park and the hotel are in a very rural area, there is nothing to do in the evenings.
Water slides are only open for very short time periods. Height and weight limitations for water slides can be a bit restrictive if you are on the taller side.
- Miriam (9/5): Superb - The room was cosy and clean and very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast lots of choice. Water park was great fun for kids of all ages and kids loved the mud bath and.dinosaur Park too
- Dalinda (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - The staff was very helpful. They arranged to add a vegetarian meal for me and my husband as there are no many vegetarian options in the restaurant. Also, they arranged a cake for my husband because it was his birthday. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay in the hotel again. They made our stay an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and I was surprised to see that the bathtub and shower use hot spring water. The view from the balcony was stunning. The bad was very comfortable. The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful, very relaxing, and enjoyable. There was nothing that I didn't like. The place is perfect!
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Trung (8/5): Very good -
- Nikita (7/5): Good - the services was good rooms were small and staff could not speak English.
- Choon (7/5): Good -
- Fei (10/5): Exceptional - Huge park, very well designed. Unfortunately lot of parts were closed, but the hot springs are soooo enjoyable. Great value for the price. No rooms for a family of four, which is pretty standard family size. We had to book two rooms.
- Yogeshbhai (9/5): Superb -
- Bình (10/5): I had a great holiday - I like everything about this place, food are awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of places for kids to play. I'd recommend this place for family to stay and have fun There are so much more potentials this place have, there are a few locations that are fixing or haven't been built yet, maybe it'll be done in the future
- Tetty (10/5): good for family and group retreat. - lots to experience, love the hot spring experience, quite (could be because of the season)
- Katja (9/5): We had a great stay with lots of fun running the slides and relaxing in the hot pools. - We stayed at Ebisu Onsen with two kids (11 and 13) and 8 adults. The hotel room was really nice. First the sink in the shower didn't work properly but we just had to mention it to the housekeeping staff and they sent immediately someone to fix it.
The slides and hot pools were great. Especially the pool landscape is wonderfully done, excellent work!
In the restaurant we had once Hotpot and once BBQ which was great and at a very good price. Some slides were only open at a very specific time during the day.
It seems that only 1 restaurant was open in the evening.
The massage was not as good/nice as was the massage in a Spa in Da Nang city.
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaeha777 (8/5): Very good -
- Chi (10/5): Great value, staff, and a lot of activities - This is our fourth visit to the hot springs resort. Our daughter enjoys the outdoor ateas particularly fhe dinosaur park and hot srpings. The food is fairly priced and decent. The staff are professional and friendly.
- An (8/5): - The facilities were good, enjoyed hot spring, mud bath and landscape, relaxing
- Peter (10/5): - just a wonderful place to relax!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property has so much potential but falls short. Menus are confusing and not full translated. What is included with the stay is not properly posted. Staff is not very knowledgeable about where certain attractions are located. Reception bathroom was disgusting. The room's tub did not drain. Very hard to get food outside of breakfast time. I could go on and on.
- Verified traveler (4/5):
- Teresaz (2/5): - Lousy and indifferent guest service. Lousy breakfast, big lie about distance from this establishment to Ba Na Hills ( 20+ km not 2.5 miles) resulting in high cost of transportation to Ba Na Hills, very restrictive amenity which not disclosed on website.
- Jackie (10/5): Dream for lovers of Dinosaurs and Hot Springs - Fantastic escape in the hills with natural hot springs.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Don’t be fool by the online pictures.
Room smell which we had to air out. The food choices are very poor. Resort has only one restaurant on site and they serve the same set dinner menu every night.
Be prepared to bring extra food if you’re planning to stay for more than a night. We were not even allowed to order from the room service menu because they were not making it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rooms needs to be clean before guests check in. Our room had paint paster falling off from the wall. We asked too switch rooms but none was available.
Not a lot of food options and the only restaurant on site servers the same dinner menu every night we were there.
Bring your own food if your planning to stay more than one night.
- Randall (8/5): Love the hotspring - We love the hot spring and the mud bath. The room we Stayed had power problem and they had to transfer us in the middle of the night. The elevator smells bad like moldy smell. Staff are friendly, love the bathroom size and cleanliness.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My family with 2 teenagers 15 k 16 had a ball. We enjoyed everything here. I realize staff have difficulty with their Englishj but it's common in Vietnam. They are trying their best to attend to our needs. What a great place for nature lover like us . Wish we could have stayed longer. Such a relaxing place to unwind and easy way to get to Bana . Food is pretty good at the restaurant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great time - It was great from room to park to onsen
Everything was fun
Thanks
- An (8/5): - Enjoyed staying, onsen, the restaurant was ok
- Dylan (10/5): Let Nui Than Tai Ebisu look after you too - The Ebisu Hotel located in the Nui Than Tai Hot Springs park was very elegantly apponted and all amenities were of high quality. The Hot Springs and Water Park was so beautiful and relaxing that i felt like i could just feel my stress and all issues of the world dissolving minute by minute. This is a must if you are after a few relaxing days in the sun while in Đà Nẵng
