Возле отеля масса кафе, особенно запомнилось место напротив отеля с тайской кухней-рекомендую. Любителям европейской кухни там тоже не стоит переживать, возле отеля самая большая концентрация кафе и ресторанов в стиле английской кухни. район тихий.

• P Garrett (10/5): Great Hotel in Central Pattaya - From my check-in to check-out, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The manager, John, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, as were the rest of his team. Really nice, caring people. The included breakfast tasted great, and there was a good choice of Western and Eastern food options, which I found suitably filling. The hotel is perfectly located on Soi 13, between Beach Road and 2nd Road, so the beach and heaps of bars are very close, as well as lots of shopping at day and night markets and malls. I'll come back again. Nothing, it was brilliant.

• Orel (1/5): A deeply disappointing and unhealthy stay marked by unsafe room conditions and a complete lack of ac - The only positive is that the location is good. The receptionist was very kind and tried her best to be helpful in a difficult situation in front of the management. I booked a 4-night stay under a non-refundable rate, assuming a basic standard of safety and cleanliness. However, a “non-refundable” policy does not entitle a hotel to provide rooms that pose a health risk. When a property fails to meet minimum habitable conditions, the agreement is fundamentally breached and cannot reasonably be enforced. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with a strong sewage odor, accompanied by visible mold across the ceiling and in the corners. It was evident that wallpaper had been used to cover underlying dampness and structural deterioration. The smell inside the room was far worse than in the hallway, clearly indicating a localized ventilation and moisture issue. The property itself appears very old and poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture that adds to the overall neglected and unsanitary atmosphere. While the receptionist made an effort to assist, the manager refused to engage directly. She called him on speakerphone in front of me, and I clearly heard the entire exchange. When asked if he would speak with me, he explicitly replied, “No, I would rather not speak with him,” demonstrating clear avoidance of responsibility. An alternative “Deluxe” room was offered, but it suffered from the same mold and odor issues. The staff openly acknowledged that the room had technical faults and informed me that no technician would be available until the next day. I have a recording of this conversation, confirming that the room was not ready or suitable for occupancy at the time it was offered. Additionally, the manager falsely reported my arrival time to the booking platform in an apparent attempt to misrepresent the situation and justify denying a refund. Despite this, the hotel admitted to reselling the room shortly after. This experience highlights the importance of caution when booking unfamiliar properties. Do not compromise your health for a non-refundable rate. Never book more than one night at an unfamiliar place. Avoid!

• Oliver (8/5): Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen aber ohne Frühstück. - Die Dusche war super. Die Matratze war okay zum schlafen. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach fand ich sehr schön. Jeden Abend konnte man den Ton vom TV unseres Nachbarn hören. Der Kaffee war geschmacklich jeden Tag anders und teilweise für mich ungenießbar.

When you complain, the manager turns his back and walks away. This is just another way the establishment deceives people. At breakfast, you only have the choice of either sweet or savoury. For 54 euros per night, they give you a room with a view of the single-storey car park. It should only be chosen if you are in dire straits. Never again.
