• Jobel Marie (7/5): Modern Hotel with Decent Breakfast - Stylish, modern hotel in a good area kinda halfway between the tourist spots and residential part of Hanoi. The interiors were nice and there's a proper Japanese-style toilet with a bidet and all the bells and whistles! Not too many options for breakfast, but you can order a fresh bowl of pho along with eggs your way. Beds were comfy, WiFi was strong, and there's a small gym on the rooftop level. We took the city view room at the end of the corridor and it was a bit hard to shut the curtains because you had to pull them behind the desk. There was also a faint urine smell in both bathrooms, plus when you take a shower, water would pool by the side of the bath tub and drip all over the floor.

• Verified traveler (8/5): だんだん良くなってる！ - 今までタオルが人数分なかったが今回は用意させていた。お風呂の温度が今までダメだったが今回は良かった。朝食で納豆が出てコレも良かった。不満はビュッフェの際に皿がない、テーブルを片付けない。部屋から景色が見えない。今まで一番良かった。改善されています。

• hiro (6/5): - 過去数度宿泊させてもらっているが毎回シャワーの湯量が少なく湯音が低い。 またエレベーター内でスタッフと一緒になっても先に降りてゆくなど接客マナーに乏しい。
• Hiro (10/5): - 今回は１０日間の滞在でしたが、家のような感覚で、ホテルに帰ると フロントスタッフさん達が笑顔で迎えてくれて、本当に良かったです。
• A (10/5): - スタッフが日本語が堪能なだけでなく、すれ違った時に笑顔で挨拶してくれるなど、日本のホスピタリティを感じました。 少し残念なのは、早朝に入ろうとした露天風呂が熱すぎて入らなかったのと、テレビが映らなかったことくらいです。どちらも大した問題ではありません。 コスパがとても高い宿です。

• Hiro (10/5): - いつも利用させて頂いております、場所も便利、しかし観光というよりは最近はビジネス関係者が多いように思います。
• QC8118 (8/5): - 日本語ができるスタッフさんばかりで、英語ができなくても大丈夫でした。クリーニングは、部屋においてくれるタイプではなく、ロビーに取りに行くタイプです。日本のテレビも見れるので時間も潰せます。
• Cheono (6/5): - 객실내 와이파이 연결이 좋지 않아 노트북 작업(데이터 성신), TV를 볼 수 없었음.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - スタッフの皆さんが日本語も英語も出きたし対応が丁寧でとても良かったです。 部屋で疑問等が出てもすぐに対応して頂き海外でのストレスが出ませんでした。 又、タクシー・各種チケットの手配・道案内までイヤな顔をせずにして頂きました。 トランプ大統領が来られているので風呂に入れなかったのが残念ですが目の前の道路を走られたのを見れたのは最高の思い出になりました。スタッフ・マネージャーの皆様本当に有難う御座いました。 ハノイに来たときには宿泊させて頂きます。

• H　MB (10/5): - 久しぶりに　クレタケキンマーに宿泊しました。以前よりもさらに スタッフさん対応良かったです。また今回　いいなと思ったのは 大浴場のお湯の温度が完璧でした。内風呂は丁度よくまた　外の露天風呂は　内風呂よりも少し温度設定が高めで、いつもは毎日温度が違うのですが、今回は3日間とも同じ温度設定でびっくりしました。 この大浴場は　どこの5スターホテルも勝てませんね。 また楽しみにしております。

• hanchin (10/5): 전체적으로 만족 합니다. - 강추 합니다. 우여곡절 끝에 입성하게 되었는데 5박하는 동안 만족하였습니다. 방이 깨끗하고 조용해서 더 좋았어요~ 일본 분들이 자주 이용하시는곳 같았는데 직원분들도 일본어를 하시는듯,,,,ㅎ 호텔 이름도,,,,ㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 편하게 자고 쉬기에 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 다음에도 하노이 가면 이곳에서 또 잘 생각입니다.

• Yao Kun (6/5): 早餐尚可。房間有異味， - 浴室狹小，洗澡水出水很小。 使用免治馬桶不錯。

• ヒロ (10/5): - 快適なホテル　特にテレビが　日本の番組が見られます。部屋も静かで快適、フロントスタッフも日本語対応でとても便利です。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 清潔感のあるホテル - 部屋は清潔感があり、日本のテレビも見れます。朝食は充実しており、カレーライスはお薦めです。周辺に飲食店がすくないのが残念。
• damian (4/5): - ハノイの3星レベルのホテルにしては、 清潔感があり、朝食も安心して食べることができる。しかし、日本人客のレベルが低くく、客室のドアの開閉音又は通路での会話が騒音。
