• Tiong Who (9/5): - Like the beautiful house and every detail in the house. The owner was so thoughtful provided so much goodies from coffee machine, umbrella, mosquito repellant to little things like earplugs! In fact the street is quiet at night, I don't need the ear plugs. The unique mosque nearby can be quite loud early morning. Just ber with it for 5mins cos even earplugs won't help. No 5 stars for them, so I can stay here easier in future.

• Abigail (7/5): Overall it was a good stay. More pros then cons - Location was excellent as I was close to the river and Jonkers and close by to everything that you need. The place was tastefully decorated. I liked the convenience. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Not enough pillows. Only 3 was given for a queen size bed. The road is pretty narrow outside the accommodation and to park your car there is pretty cramped. Lucky we brought our small car. If you drove and have a big car better park it elsewhere.

• I-ling (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of old town! - The house is absolutely beautiful! It is like a little Perankan museum, looks even better in person! The provisions were generous and thoughtful details shows that the house is lovingly cared for. Location is so convenient! We ran short of cash and luckily there are atms just 6min walk away. We can take shelter in the house whenever it gets too hot or starts raining(umbrellas provided). There are so many areas to explore around it, so many good places to eat and do shopping. We enjoyed the premium facilities provided by the owner like a good coffee machine (even provided milk!), smart tv with movies and dramas. Owner is very responsive to my multiple queries. There is free internet though the listing stated otherwise. A bit of street noise and mosquito bites but I would stay here again in a heartbeat! A real gem in malacca!
• Zameer (10/5): Exceptional - The overall layout and design of the place is nice and culturally beautiful. Plus, the distance to the famous canal is just 5 mins away of walking. There's no designated parking because the road is too narrow (one-way). You have to park a bit far at a paid-parking area. It's like a 10 mins walk.

• Nani (10/5): Exceptional - The interior is very nice. The bed was comfortable. The coffee machine is the best!🤩 The owner was very polite. They let us in early since the house was ready. Was nice of them to not charge us for breaking the lock. Our mistake but the owner was kind to let us off without charging us extra. Thank you. ❤️ Nothing. Probably just the parking area but then it is in the middle of Jonker anyway so it's ok. 😅

• Wu Song (8/5): - had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited messages. so a bit of drama but all was ok. the parking space is actually public lots that are on the narrow public street itself. hotel will take care of the charges somehow but you would need to purchase parking coupons when parking anywhere else in this area. ask a local for details. the property looks nice and spacious with a queen sized bed on the ground floor and another in a separate room on the second floor. Aircons in both areas need servicing as they were both not very cool. there were mosquitoes but that resolved quickly after a few hours with the mozzie traps. there is one outhouse style toilet in the backyard, but getting to it was not as convenient because the yard was covered in rounded river stones and there were a few relatively flat raised narrow wood textured "planks" placed at intervals to walk on. the yard looks nice but you have to mind where you walk. last thing to note is that the beds are exceedingly hard... like lying on a padded plank. very uncomfortable for me.
• Mark (9/5): Home away from home - I loved the atmosphere. It is a very attractive space and it felt good to be there. It is also an excellent location right off of the main walking street. I would love to live in this house! The beds were a bit hard, and I didn't feel safe with the weak front door. Also, a new TV with Netflix would be nice for when you want some down time. Finally, it would be a big upgrade if they adjusted the lighting. One switch turns on every light. So it's either super bright or totally dark.

• Kok keong (4/5): Cleanliness - The bedsheet is not clean. And the floor under the bed is full with dust. And I was told is.had being clean. Pay so much but not clean environment.
• Choon (10/5): Recommended for family traveler.... - Perfect location, walking distance to jonker walk, hardrock and river side. Nice and cozy room for family. Only draw back is for those drive, you will have to find own parking at road side. Don't park at non designated parking, you will be compound for RM100.
• JASON (10/5): - Overall satisfied with the service although the frame of the mattress bed collapsed 😓. We informed the staff and they took immediate action by providing us another room and apologised to us. Worth a stay!
