• frank (6/5): Good rooms poor service - This hotel has nice big rooms with everything working well.The downside to the room is that the beds are rock hard and i know some people prefer that. This hotel is catering for Chinese tours here today gone tomorrow so to speak. I must say i found most of the tour groups behaving well. The big negative about this hotel is that breakfast is a complete disaster Food is all cold if any left, the soup station is never , manned, the food is never replenished so if you go in late forget about it. The staff in the dining room would all be shown the door if i owned the hotel. Clearly they are not happy and I think feel they are overworked.Like a lot of hotels in Thailand people are not trained so they have no idea how to go about working the floor.
• Thomas (10/5): Very very happy😁😁😁 - Excellent service and exceptional value for money,very nice clean modern rooms,staff very friendly and more then helpful,if this hotel was closer to the centre of Pattaya it would alot more expensive,it still has everything you need close buy,good choice of restaurants,bars and shopping centres within 5 min walk,its a bit of a walk to the beach maybe 20 mins or the bus takes 5mins costing 20thb.i really cannot believe the overall service you get for the cost of stay,exceptional.breakfast is spot on aswell.

No closet/drawers i n the rooms. Seems that it was mainly used by Chinese. We had difficulties to find a clean table to sit at for breakfast! Broken chair at pool damaged our cloths

Emplacement un peu trop éloigné de la plage et des rues animées pour pouvoir y aller à pieds. Wifi ne passe pas dans les chambres!

• Stuart (4/5): Not Great for the Western Tourist - This hotel was a bargain at £50 for two nights but unfortunately it was very much "you get what you pay for". To be fair to the hotel, what it offers for the more local customers would be perfect; a large outdoor pool and breakfast tailored to local tastes. When booking this 3 star hotel, it felt like it fell short of what other 3 star hotels have achieved for me in the past. * The shower only supplied like warm water throughout the day * The decor was fatigued and dated * Breakfast was limited for the traveller who has come from more distant countries * The view from the balcony was a building site * A strong odour was in the air surrounding the hotel * Lighting was very dim in the room * Air conditioning was loud, making it hard to sleep All these points are quite minor but all add up. I must add however, the staff were very polite and friendly. As said, although this hotel wasn't ideal for me I see that it may still be perfect for families travelling from nearer areas who are on a budget.

• christopher (8/5): Worth the stay but out of downtown pattaya - Booked into another Hotel but that was a little run down, So moved to this Hotel, Service was warm and inviting, We were put in Room 441 and if you stay there ask to stay in that room it was the best. WiFi was awful didn't work perfectly connection wasn't the best throughout. The Staff were friendly however the manager booked us a taxi through a friend I think and we got ripped off as we asked to take us to the Big Shopping centre and they charged us 250 Baht we didn't realize it was a 15 min walk, The driver deliberately drove through the backstreet to make the trip feel longer. Overall experience was a good 1 here Also the breakfast is basic at best but the pool is amazing

• Bassam (6/5): Could be better (a bit noisy) - WiFi doesn't work from the rooms. The rooms are big and spacious, It was ok for me, but it wasn't as luxurious as it looks in the photos. There are big constructions exactly on the borders of the hotel, which make it noisy during the day on the swimming pool and a bit noisy in the room. The breakfast is Chinese food, average quality for me, but the restaurant wasn't that clean and I saw some cockroaches on the tables three times! However, the rooms are very clean. The location in North Pattaya, so you need a motorbike for sure. there isn't much around the hotel as a short walking distance. I personally extended my stay couple of times because the rooms are big, the price was good, and I have my own 4G internet which I bought from the airport (12GB at 500 batt around $15 and it's recommended to buy this package anyway) and finally, I just take omelette in the morning which is all I need for breakfast.

Leider reisen täglich viele Gäste ab - fast nur Chinesen und Koreaner - die alle in den Frühstücksraum drängeln. Das macht sich beim Frühstück bemerkbar - sehr laut und nicht gerade einladend. Hotel liegt etwas abseits und es ist nicht einfach ein Taxi zu bekommen.

But it will eat your time on travel........But hotel is first class as per standards

Every day from early morning till late night, buses makes noise and exhausts. Construction works are disturbing from early morning. Administration suggested to move another room, but there right bus parking beyond the windows. Not cleaning the floor in a bathroom. Seals in the corners need renewing. The pool is cleaned each day, but stupid hindu swimming with large groups, noisy and blown their noses into the pool. It was disgustingly. Breakfasts includes a number of dishes, but every day the same. Pineapples often not fresh. Tables are not stable, shaking. Close to Tesco Lotus, Bus station and Makro food. This part of Pattaya has high prices.

• Nina (2/5): Kaamea hotelli! - En suosittele kyseistä hotellia kellekkään!!! Henkilökunta tuskin kuullut sanaa asiakaspalvelu; ei tervehditty, hymyilty tai edes katsottu päin. Englantia ei paria ihmistä lukuunottamatta kukaan puhunut. Huone oli ensi katsomalta siisti, mutta tarkemmin katsottuna piintynyttä likaa ja pölyä joka paikassa. Lämmintä vettä ei suihkusta tullut ja kielimuurin takia tätä asiaa ei saatu korjattua. Suihkutilat molmissa huoneissa löyhkäsivät. Aamiainen suunnattu aasialaisille eli tarjolla riisiä, kasviksiä jne. Länsimaalaisia silmällä piten löytyi paistettu kananmuna, paahtoleipä, voi ja yksi hillo. Ei tietoakaan kurkusta, juustosta tms. Aamiaissalissa lenteli lintuja, joten ei järjin hygieninen paikka. Viimeinen niitti arkkuun olivat aasialaiset matkustajat, jotka aloittivat käytävillä meluamisen ennen seitsemää! Ainoa positiivinen asia hotellissa oli kiva uima-allas. Summa summarum, pysy kaukana tästä hotellista!
• Andrew (4/5): worst location - room is really big and services are enough. but problem is the location. its the worst. many taxi driver dont know this hotel and its not correctly written in google map. there is just only one path but it looks like there are the other. if u call uber, driver will be very hard or go other side.

• Matthew P (10/5): Great value... shhh... keep it our little secret - We love this hotel. Quiet,clean, and a free breakfast. Huge rooms and quite the value. A little bit away from the beach, but easy to take a taxi into the zone if you want to get to the beach and action. The only thing that I would change is the firm beds. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

• Sang (6/5): Bad employee at check out. - we stayed 2 days with 6 rooms, checked in feel warming. However, when we check out, we checked out 5 rooms, keep 1 to return at 3pm. The receptionist man looked not happy, and not friendly, asked me to pay 500 baht for late couple hours even we book that online for $20. Talked with me unfriendly, insisted with 400 baht. Overall is good if when checked out be friendly.

• matthew (8/5): Spacious Rooms - This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and a great swimming pool. The rooms are very large, spacious and beautifully decorated. The only drawback is that there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby and the location is quite far from all the action.

Before he left the room, he kept saying: "no tip?! no tip?! no tip?!" which made me very angry. And the room's air conditioning was super noisy which I couldn't sleep the whole night.

• Dmitry (10/5): Strategically located - for those who know Pattaya - If you intend partying and drinking every night, you may be better off in central Pattaya a/c guesthouses for a similar price. But you'll likely get much less in terms of comfort and service there, compared to this, dare I say, resort. And yes, the breakfast is included in the price - Thai style buffet, reasonably various for this hotel category. The pool is small but usable, the gym could benefit from turning on the A/C though. If some nights you'll (most likely) want to enjoy the nightlife, no problem at all - before 11pm it's not difficult to catch a (10 baht) public songthaew on the North Pattaya road going straight to the Beach road. And I never had to use a motorbike taxi when going back late at night - twice I was lucky to catch a songthaew with few passengers from the Dolphin statue, other times it was a pleasant (20 minutes) walk back to the hotel, and there are motorbike taxis waiting anyway if you hate walking that late. Definitely will stay here again for a week or even two, if the price won't go up.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel but don't close to beach - it is nice hotel but sometimes cleanliness no good
• keith (6/5): A bit far away from city centre and beach - Nice swimming pool. Breakfast buffet disappointing: no percolated coffee, just hot water and instant powder! Little food left at 9.15 am, when they started clearing away. Room itself was nice and quiet, but no sea views. Some reception staff helpful. Lots of package groups, which took over public spaces on occasion.
