Chambre sans fenêtre odeurs de renfermés, carrelage abîmé un carreau cassé dans la salle de bain, la plus mauvaise chambre 306 que j'ai eue dans mes 40 années que je viens en Thaïlande et ce par booking.com 😡👽👽 une honte. Je n'ai pas fait de photos car vous devriez faire inspecter cette chambre par un expert qui vous confirmera l'état déplorable de cette chambre. Bon si vous voulez faire un remboursement je vous saurais gré sinon je ne pleurerai pas, mais envoyé inspecter cette chambre et vous constaterez l'état. J'ai payé 31101 Baht pour une poubelle merci booking.

- burnett (1/5): Dangerous bathroom (mould). - Nothing, the room wasn't fit for human habitation, it had mould spores on bathroom ceiling which made me poorly, checked out 3 days later, it cost £475 for a death trap. No refund , nothing, I wish to make a complaint about it.i have video proof of how bad it was. Mould spores on bathroom ceiling, made me poorly, I had 10 nights in ICU through an infection.

- DaviD (10/5): 2nd stay at harrys - My second stay at Harry's and it's got better. Food in the Restaurant starts at 99 baht and goes upto a Ribeye steak for 1300 baht. It's one of the rare places you can drink in Central pattaya and not be bugged for lady drinks. My room was on the 3rd floor , but the building has a lift . I had a large king sized bed. I'm already looking to book for 2 weeks in November 2026. It's that good.

Hotel has many drawers, big cupboard with handful of hangers, a small fridge (not minibar), ashtray & toilet rolls. Cons: Rooms doesn’t have in-house phone, safe deposit, glass, cups, no wifi password (certain rooms), lack of bathroom amenities, tv not clear. Overall rating from my group: 1-10(6), although no star rating but it can improve on the cons for more pleasant stay.

- Steven (5/5): I should have extended my stay in an apartment on LK Metro! - The location of this hotel is excellent for those who like to party. Cleanliness of the apartment was below what I expected - in comparison with other (..often cheaper) apartments I have also stayed in on LK Metro. The restaurant lost my custom. I didn't try the breakfast, or any other meal because I'm vegetarian, and the menu is clearly for carnivores only.

- Todd (7/5): I got what I paid for; basic room. Good location. - Good location if you want to party. Staff is great, very helpful. Very noisy up till 2am. Construction noise starts at 7am. TV is so small can't really watch it. Room keys hang on wall in open hallway freely accessible to anyone. Room has no way to secure important items.

- Kevin (3/5): avoid unless you are staying there for latenight partying - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good, Swedish style. the "nighttime entertainment" turned out to be a loud rock band that played until 2AM. The room was extremely spartan for 1250B per night, the water heater in the shower didnt work. So unless you plan to be out partying until then or later dont expect to get to sleep before then. In addition, the rooms were were much more tired than they appeared in the photos
- Colin (7/5): Good - Most everything The fact that i made a part payment (deposit) when i arrived. When i settled the full bill at the end of my stay i was over charged by 500 baht. I know this as i made a note of the deposit as a sterling transaction at the time so as not to forget. The staff refused to believe me. I should have asked for a receipt when i handed them the deposit. Having said that they should have offered me one also. Very worrying.
