- Steven (7/5): S2 hotel is ok. - The location is very nice 👍. I got lucky and stayed on a night where there was a very nice breeze at night and sat outside with a cold adult beverage. Not crazy expensive. My room had windows that overlooked the swimming pool. It was quite noisy when people were there because their voices would echo pretty loud. Wasn't trying to sleep then, but would have been hard.

- Emkheng (3/5): - The location is good and the room is very spacious I booked 3 rooms and went to check-in around 16.30PM (which had already passed the mentioned check-in time) but 2 rooms were still under cleaning and not available to check-in. So I needed to wait for about 4 hours (until 19.30PM) for the room to be ready.

The room door key knob is out of date and difficult to open. They should update with key cards . The pool was small and enclosed with four walls in a tight area.

We had to change rooms on arrival because the phone and the TV didn't work, and the unit didn't have a balcony as advertised. (misleading) The second room, faulty TV, faulty shower equipment, and. a. "balcony" with enough space to stand alongside the AC condensing unit. (misleading) The hotel is situated at the far side of the beach without any public transport service. No car, you WALK 4 kilometers to the other end of the beach where you find some restaurants. The "hotel" does NOT have restaurant, there is an independently operated facility to have breakfast, BUT they won't put the charge on the hotel tab. Very inconvenient when we had ordered breakfasts at reception. The ALL-SMILING receptionists has MINIMAL English communication skills, leading to miscommunication. One smart person without English skills used his iPad to give us a message "Speach to Text" to tell us where w could find the restaurant. The swimming pool was small, COLD and dangerous to get in and out of. Unbelievable. The faulty areas in our room took 2 hours to fix while we were in the room. The room has only ONE seat. The shelving is only just wide enough to balance an iPad on. You laptop could tumble off, so you have to sit on the bed. Anyhow, we patiently soaked it all up and kept our sense of humour. There is no way we will return there, not will we recommend this place to others. Bottom line, they should walk the talk VERY VERY Clearly, so that potential customers know exactly what they are buying. That makes SENSE & CENTS. And as A Dutch enterprise you should know exactly what this means to operate a sustainable profitable business. Goeden fag. See story above...

- Rian03 (9/5): S2 Hotel Bangsaen - a Great place to stay! - I like the location of the hotel especially for the business reason i went to the Hotel, It is conveniently located to the major road in and out of the city, parking is ample and access to the hotel is easy to get to. The staff are helpful, friendly, supporting and check in and out was fast and effective. The buffet breakfast is great, the room size is actually larger than anticipated and clean. There wasn't anything i didn't like because the photos, description and what you book match and is accurate, the amenities were as expected, the room was spacious and clean.

- Karin (6/5): The cleanliness needs to improve. - Good location, and close to the beach and reasonable price but not clean. Front staff just did their job, just gave the key, not even greeting or direct to any facilities, I just found out by myself. The room was not impressed, the toilet was dirty and full of mould. The tap didn't wipe, the water dropped from the door to see the yellow water on the toilet floor. A cockroach died on the hallway, the group of cleaners walking around there but no-one cleaned it up.
