• Janny (10/5): Heerlijke relaxte vakantie - Prachtig en apart ontworpen. Ik was al in Maart dit jaar geweest met mijn oudste zoon en vond dat mijn man dit ook moest ervaren. Die was er ook erg van onder de indruk. Erg smaakvol eten en op het moment van laatste verblijf is er een heel groot terras extra aangelegd met ligbedden, waardoor je zo in een soort van riviertje onder brugjes kan zwemmen. Erg verrassend en niet onbelangrijk, je kunt er staan maar ook goed zwemmen. Ik schat dat het ongeveer 1.60 m diep is. Je hebt dus drie verschillende mogelijkheden in verschillende stijlen om te zwemmen/zonnen Wat voor ons een nadeel is dat de zee niet te belopen is i.v.m. er oud koraal ligt. Zelfs met waterschoenen is het best linke soep. Als je valt lig je open. De zee is wel prachtig blauw en het strand heel fijn om te liggen.

Rest was talking behind my back ,keep watching and talking about me and my egyptian husband. Entertainment poor also to sit on the beach chairs to watch it is not the best option. Hotel full of drunk english people,i would say this hotel for basic or low need people. Price way too high for this quality hotel and services u getting. Drinks are hortible, food edible .compared with any other hotel in Hurghada,this is the worst iv been. If u late to check out u have to pay extra every 2 h 60$,then 80$ its nonsense, all hotels allow stay till 12 in the night free of charge. 2bottles of water per day for 1room. First time i hear this ! Disco that good that is always empty. Pools stink of chlorine badly. Will never come back 100%!

This means we have to wait a long time to get a drink. The hot water in the bathroom was very weak, and I asked them for help, but it wasn't fixed.

• Guillaume (9/5): Extra - Superbe décor avec beaucoup de piscines tout autour. Ambiance « Flintstones» c’est top. Chambre très propre et parfaitement décorée. Le buffet est varié et de très bonne qualité. L’établissement devrait noter : « pas de réservation pour les chaises longues » comme dans certains hôtels. La plupart mettent leurs linges dessus dès le matin et ne sont même pas présents pour en profiter pendant la journée.

• Toby (1/5): A very distressing stay due to significant health issues that started during our visit. - The staff were very friendly, and the place was nicely relaxed. During our stay at the hotel, both my wife and I became unwell with symptoms including diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, and feeling faint. Eating seemed to worsen things rather than help, and we felt extremely weak and unable to function normally. We very nearly required hospital care and struggled to make our journey home. Five weeks later, we are still undergoing medical tests to understand the cause of these ongoing symptoms. While at the hotel, we also spoke to several other guests who mentioned they were experiencing similar issues during their stay. For context, we are generally very health-conscious and have never experienced anything like this before. We wouldn't recommend booking the spa. The guy told us it was only 50% refundable AFTER taking our money, and then they cancelled repeatedly and offered us next door instead, which we didn't want.

• Graham (4/5): Hotel is for youngsters - Hotel is lovely, exceptional clean, staff are very good and work lots of hours. The rooms are very nice and the maid was excellent. My 2 gripes about the hotel are, 1. Service is very poor fir drinks at the 2 bars and very poor at Betty's bar at lunchtime. You queue for a good 5 mins for a drink to be told, they will bring it to you, then you wait an extra 10 minutes for the drink to arrive. The day time music is extremely loud, you just cant relax and only 1 waiter brining drinks for the whole pool area. Lots of older people saying the hotel is certainly not for them. Other than that the hotel is really good. The poor service and how loud the music was during the day.

Unfortunately the food didn't sit well didn't think they had good variety and a lot of it I didn't even understand alot of the food wasn't seasoned and some of the theme night for dinner wasn't fully what we expected we expected more and different varieties of food.

• Denise (9/5): Une parenthèse de tranquilité. - Le fait que ce soit un all inclusive même pour les boissons est vraiment très intéressant, le côté buffet que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner apporte énormément de choix, et ils ont même des options, bien que plus limités, pour les lève tard et couche tard (ex 7h 10 pour le petit déjeuner "normal", et 10h30 - 12h pour les lève tard). J'ai trouvé la décoration très originale, et le soin apporté au détail (tables de chevets etc) La vue des chambres est magnifique! C'est un très bel hôtel et j'aimerais même y revenir un jour si j'ai l'occasion. Ce n'est pas grand chose mais toutes les 20 à 30minutes, la ventilation se mettait en route donc cela faisait un peu de bruit. Le dernier jour à l'hôtel nous avons été un peu malades, mais je ne sais pas à quoi cela peut être dû car nous avons mangé beaucoup de choses. C'est dommage car sur le coup tout était bon. Ceci dit cela n'entache pas mon expérience pour autant, car j'avais déjà entendu des échos sur la nourriture en général en Egypte et j'avais prévu des comprimés en conséquence. J'enlève cependant un point à la note pour cette raison. L'hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville d'Hurghada, mais si vous voulez juste profiter de l'hotel et sa plage c'est parfait.

Maga a szálloda egyedi hangulatú, a medencék szépek és tiszták voltak. A bárokban azonban kevés az ülőhely, a pultnál rendelt italokat nem kaptuk meg azonnal, azzal az indokkal, hogy majd kihozzák, ám ez a kevés személyzet miatt meglehetősen lassan történt meg. Érkezéskor hosszú ideig vártunk a londínerre, ezért végül magunk próbáltuk meg megtalálni a szobánkat. A környéken kevés a programlehetőség, mindössze egy-két butik érhető el a közelben. A wifi gyenge, a szobákban már nem volt elérhető. Az ételek nem igazán feleltek meg az elvárásainknak, a kínálat is meglehetősen korlátozott volt. Összességében inkább egy 4 csillagos szállodának felel meg, számunkra pedig túl nyugodt hangulatú volt a hotel.

They really cater more then enough food but i do think the one bar that serves snacks all day long is abit small to cater for all the people. Also would be nice if they served snacks like chips or peanuts at the pool bars to nibble. But they actually cater more then enough- what i mentioned would just be the extra luxury:

The hotel staff is always greeting everyone which makes a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The music is lovely. The whole hotel amazing. Looks like real stone. Flinszones yabadabadoo! I love it here and would totaly recomend!

I really appreciated the large number of pools, and the water billiards was a fun and unique feature. The bars were great, with a wide selection of drinks, and the comfortable sun loungers made relaxing easy. The SPA area was amazing – I definitely recommend the massages, they were absolutely worth it. The evening programs were enjoyable, and the beach party was especially great with a fantastic atmosphere. I also highly recommend trying the à la carte restaurants the hotel offers – they are absolutely perfect. The only small thing that could be improved is the food selection, but otherwise everything was excellent and we had a great time.

• P1188LElaurat (10/5): Christmas at caves - Just returning from christmas at caves… Christmas: Compared to other hotels the christmas decs where poor, still putting bits up on xmas day. Xmas day is celebrated on xmas eve, the hotel did a wonderful spread with all different meats and amazing desserts, they went all out. Food and drink: Those who moan, if you dont want to go to a different country with a different culture with a variety of food stay home. The food is fantastic something every day cooked well. Fresh salads, meats and pastas breads etc. ive been to many hotels in egypt and i could not fault it. Same goes for drinks quality is fine, pool bar does the best cocktails frozen and if you give a little tip here and there you are well looked after. Animation The animation team try their best and there are activities all day, mowgli and naglaa are the best. The girl with the fringe needs to keep her eyes to herself and not look at men when you can clearly see theyre in a relationship. The entertainment at night is also repetitive and boring it needs to be mixed up as does the music same song at the pool daily gets boring after a week. Hotel location 25 mins to el gouna and marina cant complain 3£ to get to eother if you know how to haggle Hotel is ok but looks better online Flies are a pest bring fly spray Overally very good stay but wouldnt return to same hotel its more of a gimmic than a resort

They were full of energy, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do. From morning activities to evening shows, they managed to keep guests happy, engaged, and smiling all day long. The shows were creative, fun, and well prepared, with great interaction with guests of all nationalities. Every night felt special and different. The entertainers were not only talented but also very friendly and respectful. They always took the time to talk to guests, invite everyone to join activities, and make sure no one felt left out. • heatherhY611RI (4/5): Loud, Smoky Party Vibe with a Peaceful Beach Escape - Smoking and vaping all over the place, and loud music plays continuously from 10am until 10pm. The pool area has adult games followed by loud evening entertainment. If you want a relaxing, quiet, holiday, do not book this hotel. The beach is lovely and is the only part of the resort that feels calm. It provides an escape from the party atmosphere elsewhere. Breakfast was OK. Omelettes good. Lunch and dinner desserts displayed nicely but main courses more like school or canteen food than resort dining. The main indoor restaurant is dark, bleak, and unwelcoming, taking the “cave” theme far too literally. The best food and atmosphere were found at the Arena restaurant on the beach. However, this is not part of the hotel so you need to pay.

The resort offers stunning views, especially around the caves and beachfront, making it perfect for relaxation and photos. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, giving a true vacation feel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Food and drinks were great, with a good variety and quality throughout our stay. The pools, beach access, and overall layout of the resort made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a unique atmosphere, Caves Beach Resort is definitely worth visiting. I would happily return again!

• GoPlaces68310474841 (10/5): Caves - Here for the fortnight, the staff are amazing. They are always willing to help with any problems you may have. Particularly, the entertainment staff. There is a wide range of cuisines and entertainment on in the evenings. Can’t be more happy
