Etta (2/5): Shocking, appalling property. - PLEASE FORWARD THIS MESSAGE TO THE APPROPRIATE EXPEDIA STAFF: First, you report to a Chinese restaurant in town; then follow their vehicle out to the location 3 miles away. No staff (or breakfast) at the house; you go to the restaurant for that. House is just a tired old grungy outdated house built out of cheap materials many many years ago. The property outside is very scrabbly, messy, unkempt. Absolutely no charm whatsoever; has the look of a bootlegger's house. I did not stay beyond the 'orientation" and got my down payment refunded. This listing is not serving Expedia well at all. You'd be shocked and appalled if you saw it! Proprietor said it was recently occupied for months on end. I said I couldn't imagine who'd want to stay there for months. Reply: they were dock workers! Amateur trying to make a fast buck while giving the guest absolutely nothing but the heebie jeebies.
Marg (8/5): - Very friendly people. We had booked on line for a queen size room but since no rooms left they put us in a cabin at no extra charge. Our experience was very good and we highly recommend it. The young couple who own & run it are very hands on.
Kim (8/5): Inexpensive ,comfortable and convenient - Don't let the appearance fool you. This is a clean comfortable house that can accommodate a group, family or a couple. Mike is a pleasure and very sweet man, and has several properties that will surely accommodate you. We were on a craft brewery tour and there are 2 excellent ones close by. Thanks for your help Mike.
Donnie (10/5): - We were extremely impressed with everything about the house we stayed in & will definitely suggest this place to anyone ever going to Digby in the future. Amazing price & so very clean.....Conway House is the place to stay!
