- Anna (10/5): - Отель полностью соответствует параметрам цена-качество! Приветливый персонал, чистый номер, есть всё необходимое. Хороший район. Рядом метро, кафе, рестораны, магазин пятёрочка в соседнем подъезде. Белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца. Рекомендую!
- Oksana (8/5): Erinomainen henkilökunta - Periaatteessa ihan jees pikkuhotelli Vasilin saarella. Metrolle 15 min kävellen. Lähistöllä kauppoja, baareja, kahviloita, ravintoloita. Hotellin henkilökunta iloista ja avuliasta: pyysin illalla pari teetä - poika keitti teet ja nauroi vain, kun tarjosin maksua. Meille kuului 2 x aamiainen, mutta toisena ja kolmantena aamuna saimme kyllä extrana kolmannen aamiaisen 6 v pojallemme, joka "yöpyy veloituksetta". Muutenkin ilahdutti kaikkien iloisuus ja palvelualttius, joka on monin paikoin ainakin Venäjällä unohdettu. Good management - best personal.
- Celeste (8/5): friendly Russia - Affordable clean place, close to metro, public transport, shops. Worth a stay. Breakfast is personal with a few choices. Room had no window though, but otherwise ok.

- Jayant (2/5): Pathetic hotel, no lift carry luggage to third flo - Hotel cheated, charged twice took cash as well as charged card without information and approval. Very bad room service. No cleaning done regularly. No lift one will require to carry luggage to third floor
- Verified traveler (8/5): Отель цена-качество - Отель цена-качество, хорошее расположение, метро рядом. В целом нормальный номер, мне не понравилось окно,маленькое и почти под потолком, но это уже притензия к архитекторам. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Спасибо!
- Ekaterina (10/5): - За такие деньги - норм. Обслуживание - супер. Прилетели раньше чек ин, заселили раньше без проблем. Завтрак по записи с 8 до 10. Выбирать из 3 предложеннных блюд - каша, яичница или блинчики. Фена в номере нет, но это не проблема, на ресепшн постоянно брала. Очень близко к метро и 5 мин до центра. Единственное, что не понравилось - в номере не было окна :/ и вместо одной кровати было две.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good location, good price! Great staff!!! - The staff is super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast, the same every day. Metro is nearby, less than 5 min walk. Supermarket is around a corner , small convenience store that open 24/7 right next door.
- SERGEY (8/5): Деловая поездка - Отель соответствовал моим ожиданиям на "три звезды", за исключением завтрака: не было овощей и фруктов, на выбор чашка чая или кофе. Расположен рядом с объектом моей деловой поездки, поэтому я доволен. Жил в номере с балконом и видом на футбольное поле. Не было шума от автомобильных дорог. В номерах чисто, персонал квалифицированный и приветливый. Рекомендую,

- Jelena (8/5): Удобное местонахождения - получили удовольствие от наличия стадиона. У нас был балкон с видом на стадион. Где проходил футбольный турнир. супер! посмотрели футбол с удовольствием, тк любим этот вид спорта.
