• Mark L. (7/5): Good stay in a great central location - The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, making it very easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly fine for my needs as I was only staying for a short stopover. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I also found the price-performance ratio to be very good. The flat white in the café was a nice bonus and tasted really good. The room was quite small, which might not be ideal for longer stays or if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage.

• jajavalB (6/5): Nice location, cosy room - This hotel locates in the citycenter, within walking distance to Maharaj night market, weekend Krabi walking street and esplanade along Krabi river. The private room space around 18-25 meter sq. With personal bathroom, walking shower . Three points of poweroutlets, hanging rail for shirts, dresses but there is no refrigerator. Bed is high from floor but not difficult to get on. There may be street noise at night but it is less noisy after 22:00. There is no breajfast buffet but coffeshop for light meal and a cupof coffee at lobby , opening hours is 8:00-18:00.

• Wanndara (8/5): Great Location & Friendly Staff, but Some Minor Issues - The location of Srisuksant Square is excellent, making it easy to explore Krabi. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. There is a café conveniently located right next door, which was a nice addition. While the staff was kind, communication in English was sometimes a bit challenging. The pool table was unfortunately broken when we arrived, but it was repaired after two days. The room itself was quite small, but this was already indicated in the description, so it was expected and served its purpose.

• Tanya (7/5): Does the job for a short stay, not amazing - Nice location. Clean big bed. Good AC. We could leave our bags during the day before our flight left. That was kind. Fine for 1-2 days Krabi. Price was good for us compared to other last minute options. The hallway is extremely loud and echos a lot. You can hear people come and go at night from your room. Staff came across as unfriendly. The least friendly we’ve had our whole trip. I don’t think they mean badly, but they need training. They did not know how the car machine works for card payments and they could not give us a receipt as proof of payment (they finally managed after 1,5 days). They were lying on the floor and playing on their phones while housekeeping. Check in sets the tone for me. We always like seeing the room quickly before paying. They seemed hesitant and refused to give us a key before payment. This came across as unfriendly to me. How are we going to run off without paying? We have to walk past reception and all our stuff is in the room. The dorm rooms are not in use. Neither are the communal bathrooms. So you can use those before a late flight. The ingredients are there, but staff needs training in their job and friendliness.

The room wasn't big, but it has everything you need (except for the fridge maybe), is in a great location and you can walk everywhere by feet. Missing fridge, also they say they say they only take cash at the reception, but when I said I'll just cancel and book via Booking they suddenly have a card reader

• Caitlin (2/5): Very poor - The staff are kind and the location is good. We arrived to our room and the air conditioning was broken. We didn’t move rooms until midnight when while moving rooms we discovered ants all over our clothes and things we then noticed they were all around the room. We moved to a new room- not the same as the one we booked for the night. The next day we moved back to our original room as they had fixed the air conditioning. Overall staff were kind and did what they could we are both just very disappointed with the hotel

• Louise (8/5): Very good - The staff were super friendly and helpful. They arranged for us to check in early, booked a boat trip for us and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. It was very clean, really close to the night markets and easy to get around. The beds were super hard and our room was quite loud. I think that would depend on location of the room as it was outside noise.

The location is very central, a corner away from the night market. The staff is kind and all smiles. I’ll definitely revisit when I’ll go back to Krabi :)

• Shin (3/5): Rude and arrogant staff - 1) Upon check-out, the staff took a look at my room and said the brochure about house rules is missing in the room. I've never seen the brochure since I checked in, but she insisted it should have been there. She guessed I lost or stole it and asked me to pay 100 bahts. I refused to do so because I didn't lose it or sign any agreement about the damages upon check-in. I told her she didn't have any proof that I lost or stole it and just left the hostel. It was quite uncomfortable experience. 2) Wi-Fi is patchy. 3) They say no shoes, food, or drink is allowed inside the room, but I saw most of the guests bend the rules. 4) The room is cramped even for one person.

I was also down the street from the night market and had lots of local stores/river near. The beds were a little to hard for my liking but I still slept good!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was very hard making it uncomfortable. Mattress needed the duvet folded up into quarters to make it more bare able but still uncomfortable.

Owl café has good options for breakfast and to work if necessary. Centralised location, not far from night markets shops, pier.

The place was clean The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. it feels like there’s no mattress at all. There is no soap at the sink and only one key. the staff speaks next to no English so communication is very difficult - however, they are very friendly.
