Guest Reviews
- eduardo (2/5): Very expensive for the service offered - I have stayed in better properties in Moubtain view before - Nice property and condo - but the apartment itself was different from the photos. - The check in process with a code that was sent in the very last minute
- packages were stolen from my door and the condo has no cameras in the internal building
- when staff was made aware of the packages robbery they didn’t do a single thing to help
- Daisy (7/5): Terrible el Check in y Check out, pero el apartamento muy lindo y nítido - Precioso apartamento
Sumamente cómodo y limpio Terrible el check in y el check out
En el check in me dieron mal la ubicación del parqueo por lo que ingresamos al edificio incorrecto. Después de casi dos horas me contestaron la llamada y se disculparon por el error. Pero sinceramente deben tener más cuidado
Otra pesadilla el check out.

- Krista (10/5): Very spacious and perfect for five adults. Extremely clean and many amenities. - We received an email with the keyless entry codes and were able to get access on a second person's device. Easy! We had requested a second parking space and were told that could be accommodated. We did not ever get the space # for a parking space, but street parking was easy to find and very close.
- Fu (8/5): -
- Iain (2/5): Bad, because of being locked out through poor communication and incompetent use of the Latch app. - The property itself was good. The use of the Latch key app is a pretty terrible experience from the renter perspective. We got locked out for 7 hours. We extended the stay by one night and in doing so specifically asked and were told that the existing Latch app codes would continue to work. Needless to say they did not. We were locked out for 7 hours with no responses to our phone calls and emails to customer service. And a definite confusion over who's job it was to confirm the Latch app would continue to work; versus someone else who was issuing new codes. Completely unacceptable, wasted hours in our second to last day and no accountability after the problem was acknowledged.
- 지은 (7/5): - 모든 키가 휴대폰으로 된다. 아마도 인터넷 연결이 안되는 곳에서는 앱을 켜고 휴대폰 상단을 키에 대면된다. 즐거운 여행이였다
- Maarten (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment is clean and comfortable. Building access is controlled by an app that needs network connection, but no connection available in the basement where the entrance is.
Impossible to reach concierge or host. Not responding to email or phone.
- Sandeep (8/5): Great facility, good location, well managed. - Great facility, good location, well managed.
- Kemba (9/5): Superb -
- Carissa (8/5): - Absolutely wonderful place to stay - except could never ever contact anyone by phone to help in any way. After a long delay they'd send an email and call (which I always missed due to flights so go voicemail) and if I replied to email immediately I'd still not get a response until too late.
The Latch system (instead of keys, to enter every door and use elevators) did not work for my phone and no employees understood how it worked. I absolutely needed to have service which I did not inside of the elevator so an employee at the leasing office had to let me in so I could get service at the top floor . It took hours and hours of everyone's time.
We were given late checkout as an apology, which I appreciated.
(the leasing office people were really uncomfortable because it was not their rental situation, but helped as much as they could. We had just wandered in because we had the wrong address and thankfully they could access our floor in our building)
- Elizabeth (10/5): Nice - Always a pleasure to stay here
- John (10/5): Best deal - Good place for the price
- Janelle (2/5): - Does not match picture on listing.
No front desk; no one answers the customer support phone numbers.
Not enough towels or blankets.
This listing was inaccurate and very disappointing.
- Courtaney (6/5): - This property is nice, but everything is automated. During your stay you will never see a front desk person or any person that can assist. All communication/issues are communicated by phone and/or text. There are not physical keys to use. Instead there is a Latch app that you download and use to enter the parking garage, elevator and room/apartment, etc. It takes some time to get used to and not all of the entries & exits are listed logically. For our group, we all used one login and password, just FYI. Not sure we would stay here again, we realized how nice it is to have actual people to talk with at a typical hotel if you have an issue.
- Tiffany (10/5): Comfy, Clean, and Spacious - The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for the two of us. The location felt safe and had plenty of great dining options nearby. We did encounter a little trouble accessing the garage initially, but Ava was incredibly helpful in guiding us with the correct codes and app setup, which made things much easier.
I especially enjoyed the gym area! We got a good workout in, and the tenants we met were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay!
Next time we visit San Jose, we’re definitely booking the same place! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!
- Lenard (8/5): Very good -
- Colette (8/5): - Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing.
- Alejandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (9/5): Overall excellent - The location was excellent, for the purpose of our trip (our kid's Stanford move-in) There is an assigned parking spot, but the instructions were not clear because the email we received said we should park in one spot, but the information in the apartment stated another spot, had to call on a Sunday and everyone was pretty confused. It was eventually sorted out.
- Paul (2/5): - I've never been more appalled in my life. This was an expensive rental. I called as i was in the Uber to confirm information for checkin. I was asking to check in 30min early. Was told she would check and call me back...never called back.
Went to the 49ers game then to the hotel and couldn't get into the building. Called every number available through the callbox and emails presented and could not get in touch with anyone for an hour as i stood out on the street with my luggage. Ultimately had to book another hotel as it was close to midnight and i needed somewhere to go.
This was the second time having issues getting into the building and they refused to refund my stay. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great location - We always stay here when in the area. Our only irritant was the latch app key system, always a pain, but once we got in we enjoyed it.
- Soares (1/5): Bad -
- Susan (8/5): Very good - The multiple access codes
- Kevin (10/5): - No spices. Limited cookware
- Blair (6/5): Nice Apartment but noisy and access difficult - The apartment is well sized, clean and comfortable and is well located in the centre of Silicon Valley. Unfortunately the apartment fronts onto the El Camino highway and is therefore really noisy between 7am and midnight. Fortunately it quietens down overnight so sleep is possible. In the evenings though it is difficult to hear the TV over the traffic noise.
Initial access is difficult as there are two garages and 6 different lifts each access a limited number of apartments - the lifts don't indicate which apartments they service, so if you are unlucky you may have to go up and down 6 lifts before you find the right one. You also need to download an access app to secure entry, so if boy have arrived from overseas and you don't have cell coverage then you are in trouble. It took us two hours to gain access to the apartment and that was only via the assistance of some residents.
There is secure underground garage parking which is great but access requires you to get out of the car use your app to access the control pad to then open the gate, regrettably by the time you get back to your car the gates have already started to close again - sometimes you can get in other times you have to repeat the process - if there are two of you then you can use your passenger to trigger the gate whilst you then drive through.
- sung (10/5): - Cleaness!!
- Janet (4/5): - The property requires two apps to enter: the latch app and another one developed by the property. The instruction and code for the latch app never arrived - even after we contacted the property. My apartment uses latch and I have no issue receiving any related info except for this property. For the other app, there was always a "cannot connect to server" error message, preventing us to do anything. We ended up booking another hotel and since this payment was not refundable we basically wasted a few hundred dollars. Communication is way faster if you let Expedia customer service contact the property for you - we told the property about the check-in issue in the morning and there was no response until we contacted Expedia.
- Qiao (8/5): Very good -
- Edgar (9/5): Superb - Everything was fine but the water pressure was almost non existent Water pressure
- Edgar (9/5): Superb - Everything except the water pressure which was almost non existent Water pressure
- Sonalika (5/5): Passable -
- Sonalika (5/5): Passable -
- andy (6/5): - Clean and good location but no actual person to check in and the app that was provided few hours before your check in time was unreliable at times which was bit frustrating. Could not request extra towels since they did not have anyone on site.
- Jay (5/5): Passable - Accommodation Street traffic noise
- Jing (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (4/5): Latch key system made for a horrible experience - Getting into the property was a nightmare. The Latch smartphone locks didn't work. Their system was down the first night and I waited 30 minutes for someone to call me back and manually enter me into the system. The elevators require the Latch app to work and the app requires wifi. Wifi doesn't work in parking garages, so I struggled the first 2 days with getting the elevators to work. Not worth the trouble.
- Steve (10/5): - I liked that it had washer and dryer in room.the room was very nice.
- James (2/5): Never again - Parking Such a mess. I booked and paid for a different property. They called day of arrival and said that the property I paid for was double booked. They moved us to a different property about 2 miles from the one I paid for assuring us it was comparable. They offered us early check in at alternative property...THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Called multiple times to get access to unit, talked to 4 people, all assuring us we could get in....NOTHING. Finally allowed access at 330 pm when promised 10 am. Train noise all night. Car noise all the time. Would not stay again
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not great - Room was ok. No onsite staff. All interaction was via phone or email. Communication was awful. Reply took hours. All communication took multiple contacts, never got the same answer, no one cared. Road noise was so excessive. Beds were crap. Electronic lock system never worked the first time and was excessively cumbersome. Minimal kitchen plates, cups. No supplies. Would not go back.
- Bogdan (2/5): - Agency didn’t work appropriately, they just didn’t give keys
- Mercy (8/5): Check in very difficult but once we figured things out it was marvellous. I would stay here again. - The location is ideal for visitors to the area - major shops and dining options easily accessible. The property was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Getting into the building was an absolute nightmare!!! We didn't receive proper entry instructions until a few hours before our arrival which was really awkward since we came in on a 10 hour flight. The address of the building is deceptive because we actually ended up in the building next door so the package that we had sent by courier actually got lost. We had no idea where to collect mail and there is nobody to ask anything about anything. Took 3 days to figure out where to throw the trash.
The FIVE different sheets of instructions about what is not allowed in the premises was very intimidating. $600 fine for this or $200 fine for that... it was difficult to just relax and enjoy the space. Instructions for using the TV system were not very clear... ended up hardly using it at all.
- Gianna (2/5): - One of the worst experiences but no one to blame because everything is done through two poorly set up apps. When we had stayed here a few years ago, it was not that simple, either, but at least there was a key waiting for us to enter the room once we figured out how to park the car in the garage. We were pleased with our stay and the amenities and the double suite we booked. It was like living in an apartment. The full-size kitchen was convenient, and it felt like we were staying in a home vs a hotel.
Unfortunately, I cannot review our current stay because we could not figure out how to even get through the gate to park the car. We could see our parking spot, but we had no idea how to get through the gate. The internet was a Catch 22 as we could not access the instructions without walking out of the garage, yet we needed the internet connection to attempt to open the gate using their new latch system. It was a comedy of errors!
Additionally, we did not know that picking up a key was no longer required. They should update this information and not send it as an attachment via email. We assumed the entire time that we would be picking up a key once we figured out the gate.
Nobody picked up the so-called 24-hour help line. By this time, it was close to midnight. Exhausted to the bone, we left and went to another hotel. Global refuses to refund us for this farce!
- Yoko (5/5): Passable - Communication was really poor and never smooth. I felt like I was always chatting with a robot. Each time I send a request or inquiry, I got tons of auto replies and never the reply I wanted, which was really frustrating. The laundry machine was placed right next to the bed, which made a huge noise... There was a nice family-size dishwasher but there were only minimum number of glasses, cup and dishes so I needed to wash them after each meal, meaning the dishwasher was useless. Overall, i felt that the entire service, facility was just for business and didnt feel any courtesy.
- Steven (1/5): Bad -
- Jianghua (2/5): - The communication and management were terrible. I was locked out 9pm in the night and no one is in front desk. I couldn't get into the property. I called service hotline, was told someone is coming to help me, nobody showed up. I was stay outside of the hotel for one and half hour. It was cold and horrible experience.
service needs some serious improvement.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent place. Convenient location. Will used again.
Mattress little bit too hard for my likeness. Overall, highly recommended
- Hernan (10/5): - Well maintained, clean and a good location
- Sadik (10/5): Great value - The unit was very nice! It was extremely well-stocked with essentials, the decor/design was modern, and there was so much space. The check-in process was a little convoluted, but nothing too major. Included, secure parking was such a great bonus too!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The entire property was great. High end, luxury apartment, well outfitted and nicely decorated. Great location near restaurants and shopping.
Check-in procedure was difficult. Had to find an unlit box on the back wall of a dark garage. PAINT THE BOX OR LIGHT THE BOX!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Building is on a very busy street but our unit was in the back so we had no noise issues. There is a mall across the street and several restaurants nearby. The unit was small but comfortable and far nicer than staying at a hotel. The pool heater was not working for our entire stay so we were not able to use the pool.
- ZS (8/5): - The space is good. Nice size kitchen, bathroom, walk in closet and storage cabinets. There are only enough plate ware and towels provided for 2 people. Bring extra. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sinks in, and there is not much support. The sheets are losing their elasticity. Not enough warm covers are provided for the kids to sleep on the sofa bed. That mattress needs replacing too. The shower walls still had hair from a previous person. The TV in the bedroom has a blown out speaker so the sound is muffled. The apartment served its purpose, but it needs some extra stuff.
- Donna (10/5): - Good location, great amenities large rooms, internet good great bathroom and washer dryer
- Vicki (8/5): - Everything about the place were great except the bed in the master bedroom. It was way to soft and makes a lot of noise every time you turn or get on and off the bed.
- Magnus (8/5): - Nice fully equipped new apartment. Much better option than a hotel during this pandemic. More cost effective for multiple people. Close to everything in the way of take out and groceries.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Curious about the new apartments. - Check in was bit of a hassle....so much to do, compared to hotel. ie. the rental agreement, and they said i needed to get them my vehicle info. for parking but the lady said, "I am not going to be at that property this weekend". Having to move your car to
"the street" which has no parking along that stretch, only because the key must be left
in the apartment and not in the lock box where you get it initially. This could all be easier and less confusing, but whatever. the place was clean and nice. I was however disappointed that the instructions said to "leave the place how you found it", yet they charge $125 for cleaning! I missed that little print, when viewing the listing! So instead of paying $240 plus tax, etc., I was charged $420. Quite a bit for just 2 nights, for my budget. But the Bay Area is over-priced across the board!!!, thanks to the tech monopolies that have destroyed our home town.
- Bryan (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - Nice and clean. Comfortable. Would recommend especially if staying for a few days and you want a more home feel. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a hotel experience and the services that come with that.
- Annabell (8/5): Horrible checkin, nice stay - The property is in a good location, very close to dining and shopping options. The apartment itself was great, light, airy, very clean, and had everything I needed.
The checkin procedure however was horrible. The lockbox didn't work because it was jammed. After spending an hour on the phone with someone (after an 11 hour flight) explaining to them that the lockbox couldn't be opened, they finally agreed to send someone to help me. 2 hours of waiting in the parking garage and someone came to help me.
Overall I had a nice stay but the checkin procedure definitely needs to be improved!
- Imran (2/5): - Clean spacious apartment , my unit located literally next to major road so very noisy couldn’t sleep all night , abysmal poor customer service , extremely rude and unhelpful, didn’t have a parking spot although was allotted one , had to spend 30 min every night looking for street parking , spent a lot of time holding for customer service who basically said “ we will notify the appropriate department in the morning “ , property in California, customer service in Boston so if you have any issues good luck you are on your own . By day 4 they stopped calling back ,
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved the large space and full equipped kitchen very large bedrooms and bathrooms carpark in Everest basement fantastic location everything you need close by and 10 mins to highway
- Elizabeth (10/5): Spacious, modern, clean! - The location and facility was fabulous. The accommodations were new, modern, clean, and spacious, with various amenities included (hair dryer, dish soap, Keurig cups, etc). The private balcony was great, as was the other facility amenities (pool, jacuzzi, outdoor seating/fireplace areas, fitness center). Agreed with other reviews, that obtaining the keys initially was a bit like solving an escape room I reverse, but I was up to the challenge.
The ONLY thing I was dissatisfied with was the bed comfort. The beds were much firmer than I prefer, and I did not find the mattress comfortable. However, I would highly recommend this place to stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great spacious exec rental. Convenient location very clean
- SCL (4/5): - 1- check in was confusing and convoluted. it was a process involving unclear direction, a lockbox, keyfobs, no information on parking/spaces.
2- the mattress was so incredibly uncomfortable, it felt like an inflatable mattress or at best, a bad foam pad
3- only 1.5 toilet paper rolls in the space, for a four night stay
4- no full length mirror
5- cheap, cheap, cheap furnishings throughout. From the TV to the sofa bed (we already talked about the mattress)
6- threadbare towels (why? this rental wasn't exactly low price)
Will not stay here again, which is unfortunate as it is well located. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they can bring their own bed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Check in process very complicated but otherwise all was fine
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Large modern apartment. Great amenities.
Broken garbage disposal. Cheap hard mattress. Opaque customer support. Traffic noise. Confusing security systems.
- Richard (10/5): Fantastic stay - Was fantastic!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The place was very cleaned and it didn’t feel like a hotel, it felt like an apartment complex.
- Mr.Abe (10/5): - Looks like a brand new apartment, nice and clean. Secure, big beds. Every appliance you need in the kitchen. We had a great time here. Highly recommend
- Andrew (10/5): Business Stay - The suites where fantastic. Only 5 minutes away from Downtown Mountain View so it was great to be so close to all the bars are restaurants. The Suites were a fabulous standard and had loads of room, good wifi and a great gym that I used and a pool that I didn't not but looked great.
I would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property the unit and all were great. No complaints
- Claudia (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The apartment is so beautiful, and most importantly, it feels like a home. It has a washing machine and dryer. Walking 15mins to restaurants and walmart. :)
If I have my own apartment, I would like to design like the one I stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nothing to complain. The check-out procedure could be written more clearly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The building is new and quiet, with many amenities (that I didn't take advantage of). I liked it better than typical hotels in the area (I come for work frequently) because anything in the same price range are typically poorly renovated older buildings. The furnishing is great, though the lack of a front desk (since this is an apartment) did make it a bit more difficult to "check in" (had to follow a long list of somewhat complicated instructions).
- Kristian (8/5): Apartment stay - Lovely apartment. 100% self service
- Tamara (8/5): Overall good but a few issues - The apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped and in a good location. I would stay again. Not without some issues however, check in is incredibly cumbersome (though you do get thorough instructions ahead of time - but working out the instructions is a bit of a maze when you first arrive), I didn’t receive any details regarding WiFi in the apartment (needing it to work when jet lagged at 3am meant being unable to contact someone), the balcony door would not close (someone came the following day to fix this after calling).
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is not a hotel. Renting a luxurious condo. Condo was very nice and clean. Location was great too. But no front desk.. so couldn’t ask for little things like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, garbage bags and etc..
- Timothy (4/5): - I didnt like the check in process. That was rediculous. The bed felt like plywood with a sheet on it. It was nice and clean and secure tho.
- Wim (10/5): Great stay - Easy check-in process (self check-in by collecting key in a specified place, received check in instructions beforehand). Large & modern apartment, very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located. Enjoyed this much more than hotel stays. Highly recommended.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property was new. There is zero service. No WiFi. Puke in the hallway. Staying here should be thought of as camping. There is zero global or luxury about this place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Property was in a great location easy in and out. Parking at times was difficult but over all I would highly recommended this.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice but not comfortable - The apartment was in a great location. It was clean and updated. However the bed was extremely hard and squeaky. Also the door to the balcon did not fully close which let in alot of wind and noise
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic on site staff. Facilities arr clean in a great location convienent to everything.Exercise room, pool, hot tub, under cover parking, secure, easy access, great outdoor facility on roof with TV, grille, seating, frig for nice relaxing time. Clubhouse inside. I felt like a was at afine resort but with freedom to use the place as I wished.
- Scott (10/5): - Nicely appointed and clean. Starbucks and other food options across the street. Check in process is fine as long as you can follow instructions.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The correspondence. Got there late, no one answered at customer service. The directions in the unit about key drop do not match the emailed instructions. Why not just have the parking fob and key in the lock box? Can leave them in the room.
A map of the property with showing the parking and which building the room corresponding would be helpful.
- Patrick (10/5): - My stay was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Check-in was a very smooth process, and I just happened to bump into the person who installed my key lock-box. He gave me some great tips about the property and pointed me in the right direction for the right elevator to take, which is key to not getting lost on the property. I'll admit, getting lost on this property if you have the time. The property is a beautiful reflection of the beauty inside the suite—great art, modern furniture, and a comfortable environment. I slept like a baby after feeding times. The place was very clean, and the layout of the suite I rented was just enough room for two people; perfect for our stay. Communication with the rental staff was transparent (exactly what I wanted), and they made sure to relay important information regularly. I downloaded the mobile app, which made my check-in and check-out the easiest process I've ever had. Here's a tip on check-out that can be seen on the check-out folder: Be sure to move your car out of the garage and into a guest parking spot before leaving your keys in the suite check-out folder. I will be staying here again in the future. No question about it.
- Miguel (4/5): - I don’t write reviews very often, but this one I just have to write this so that people know what they are getting into. To be clear, the actual room is good. It is fully furnished and well maintained. But you should understand that this is not a hotel room. It is a room with furniture and towels and that it is. There will not be daily maintenance. But these are fine, I kind of already know it when I booked. The terrible thing is with the check-in. I received absolutely zero help with my check-in. The instructions were hard to follow; the lockbox was not easy to locate; and worst of all, it is impossible to find on-site staff to help you with the check-in. The customer service was utterly unreachable as well. I in the end stood in chilly wind for an hour not able to check in. So people should know that this is a fully self-service room rather than a hotel and expect no help at all at the property. If you are familiar with the process, the room itself is good.
- Nancy (10/5): - Beautiful, clean, modern, quiet, safe. Heated pool and hot tub with complete bbq setup. Clubhouse, rooftop and outside lounge are perfect for small and large gatherings with friends. Numerous restaurants and stores across the street and within blocks. Great on-site manager. Separate trash chutes for recyclables and entire bin for cardboard. Excellent place to stay, especially for an extended period of time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Confined paring spaces, Contact through Global Suites is ok. Working between expedia and with check in move in procedures a little complicated but ok also
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent location, amenities and easy booking. Ample parking space and conveniently located close to downtown
- Melissa (8/5): Beautiful place! - Business trip didn’t start out very well checking in. Person who was in charge of setting up our lockbox forgot and it took me an hour to get a hold of someone, just so happens the person was still in building with the keys to get in. Other than the check in part, the apartment was new and beautiful. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable! Great location. I would stay here again! I would have given it a 5 star if I didn’t have difficulty checking in.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This property is outstanding. Nothing to critique. The only issue I had is the "move-in" process. The so called lock boxes are not easy to find or use.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment was very modern and comfortable. It was a quiet place and the parking is safe. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out of the apartment. The water pressure in the shower is low and the coffee maker didn’t work.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice except from 7 am till 11 pm the upstairs tenant running all day
- Tatiana (4/5): Too new. Noise level is lottery. - I had 1 week stay at GLS or Montrose apartments.
The apartments themselves are spacious and reasonably equipped. Nice spacious gym. The check-in process is tricky but well described in welcome-mails/package. WiFi is very good.
Cons are various.
- yes, there's no reception. So if you have any problems, you have to communicate via email with inevitable delays.
- apartments facing El Camino are noisy. Even with closed windows/balcony.
- the building is newly built, so it's full of chemical smells. Especially in the apartment itself. I contacted the service reg. that problem. Well, they tried to solve it. So the next day the apartment was full of chemical smell of cleaning substance.
- those apartments are not serviced. So you don't get any laundry/cleaning.
Comparing to an old and weary inn hotel next-door, I cannot see much benefits. What do you get? Apartments-format as well, but totally unserviced. Looks shiny, but smells and has noise. Tricky check-in procedures... Only looks better. Well, you decide whether it's worth it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was well appointed and super clean.
Check in could have been easier as getting the key from the lockbox, finding the unit and parking were time consuming. Also, the condo had atleat 10 papers on instruction for different things. All of this could have been consolidated to one.
- Jim (6/5): - simply beautiful property. Gym is a ways off, but has a good amount of room and equipment. the apartment was very nice.
Issues with opening lock box. was given wrong code
Unable to read dials on lock box in the underground garage because there is not light
Unable to call the help line to get the right code to unlock the box because there is no phone/cell service in the underground garage.
have to walk down long driveway in the dark with heavy traffic while pulling a suitcase to and from the garage multiple times because the lock box did not work and their was no cell service made things even a bit more of a pain.
All in all the check in process was awful.
- Karen (8/5): - The room is really nice, great condition and very comfortable. Only a few areas can be improved: 1. the checkin process is not that easy, feels like a treasure hunt to find the key. At night would be even worse. 2. the blinds in the bedroom is not light blocking, you will wake as sunrise 3. I can't find receipt for expense purpose. it's not at hotel.com and it's not emailed to me. and there is no front desk to ask for a paper copy. what am I suppose to do?
