Rosalinda (8/5): Would stay again - Staff was responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the historic view of the property. Though breakfast was not included we decided to eat here and the service and food was also good. Parking was convenient. Location was great. One of our group member’s bathroom was not as clean as the other rooms. There were loud guests in the patio passed 10pm which was inconsiderate.

We had the same waiter each day for breakfast and he was very kind and attentive...he remembered what we ordered each day and it was like he already had it ready and waiting for us. Awesome experience! The stairs in the Family Room squeaked every time someone was walking downstairs, so in the middle of the night, for the bathroom, it was very loud.

Our room was clean and kept that way for us even though we only had a 4 night stay and the food prepared in their restaurant was delicious Sorry to say anything negative but the wifi was not to be counted on from our room.
Zuzana (5/5): Passable - restaurant serves very good food and its reasonably priced, the staff is very nice, closed to city center, closed parking 1,5 street away it's definitely nothing like 4*, but rather a solid 2*. they try to keep it fancy because of the design but it's definitely not worth it. what bugged us the most: no wifi (not working anywhere), supercold tiled floor (no slippers available..), no windows in the room just doors that had wooden panes which could be opened, no real hot water and very bad preassure, safe didnt work. we spent 2 nights - more than enough..

Verified traveler (6/5): - Ya comenté que nunca me sugirieron un upgrade ta que yo no se cuántas habitaciones tienen libres, y solo habian 3 ocupadas en ese momento lo cual me entere al estar ya ahí, mejor el ballet parking fue el que me sugirio isitas y lugares a donde ir, eso si las instalaciones y el hotel en general muy bien esta hermoso y céntrico

Adam (10/5): great hotel in converted 300 year old hacienda - Hotel in converted 300 hacienda. Huge room with high ceilings and lots of room. Wifi worked great, and TV had many channels. Near the center square with about 10 restaurants and some shops, however if you wanted to walk any where else the streets were VERY steep and narrow, tough with small children and almost impossible with a stroller.
