Guest Reviews
- Larry (2/5): Never book here - This place was vile. I left after one hour
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
the workers were very nice and polite, and the room was clean.
seems like the people who stay are people who stay for a longer length of time, more like living there, which is ok because it seemed like a friendlier atmosphere.
- Liberato (4/5): Needs a lot of work and missing something - Not recommended
- Verified traveler (6/5): Solo Hiking Trip - This is a standard motel in need of some basic condition upgrades. I stayed one night during a hiking trip and just needed a place to shower and sleep. Overall, the room was clean but the age of the building shows. A major drawback was that there appeared to be several long-term guests at this location and there were several noisy disturbances coming from these individuals during the night. I was asked to pay a $20 cash non-smoking deposit at check-in which was refunded at check-out.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Disgusting all the way around.the worst customers service I’ve had in a long time.flat out rude!!!!!!
- Derrick (6/5): - Main complaint is that there is no heat, it was a bit chilly but hey it’s what you get for $50
- Rayna (6/5): Clean and quiet - Nice manager and staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): It’s alright - Service is decent and hotel overall is kinda run-down but clean. Beds are way too soft and pillows are not good. Wi-Fi speed is alright. Could use a little paint job in room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Large clean room, but no in-room coffee, bowls, utensils etc.
- Brian (2/5): Avoid at ALL COSTS - Terrible place! Front desk did not speak much English and did not know I even had a reservation. Got to our room and found out that the room had AC, but it was a window until and we could not plug it in! The TV was not connected to the cable and we had to connect it. Once connected, there were no channels. On top of this, there were filthy people walking around the property in pajama pants and the guy next to us was working on his truck as if it was a repair shop. This was a motel that people lived in. We immediately went back to the office and tried to talk to the front desk person and asked for a refund. They refused. Also, in our hurry to get the heck out, I left two nice jackets behind. I contacted them and only after I threatened them with legal action did they reply to my email. I told them I left two jacket behind and told them I would pay for shipping. They also refused to box them up and ship them. I'm getting a refund from my Chase credit card and never ever staying at this place. Avoid this place at all costs! HORRIBLE,NASTY, and RUDE!
- Gail (6/5): Hmm - Cheaper stopping at hotel than buying on internet
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Was in town for the weekend. Hotel was safe enough that I didn't feel uncomfortable.
- Debbie (2/5): Don't waste your time or money - This run down excuse for a motel refused to honor my Expedia reservation. They looked at the printed copy of my paid in full reservation and refused to honor it, then gave me an attitude. Never, ever again. Bottom line - don't stay here!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The conditions of the motel were pretty terrible. I mean, I wasn’t expecting much, and really just needed a roof over my head, but there has to be some minimum right? The room smelled like stale cigarettes despite the no smoking signs everywhere, the “carpet” was stained and bubbling up, the bathroom was dirty, and everything was in disrepair.
- Karla (6/5): Best price, ok facilities - My expectations were not high as I was looking for a good price rather than a fancy motel. This motel was the best price of those I was able to find on-line. I had a non-smoking room, but smoking must have been done at least right outside the door as there was a smoke smell. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were okay and the bathroom clean. The fridge and tv worked fine. It was an okay stay - except for the smoke smell.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A no frills hotel that was great for the night.
- John (2/5): Bad hotel - So misleading! Do not stay! Would have left if not for the fact that I would have had to pay anyway.
Do not plan on using on-line hotel bookings anymore, because of this. I will contact hotels directly.
Did not know people live in this place as a home. That would have helped me choose another place.
- Susanna (2/5): Don't stay here!! - Dirty, AC was not working! Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and mold.
- Jeff (8/5): A lil country for all you city slickers.... - It was an alright motel. It was clean, staff was nice, and it was cozy, but I was a lil taken aback by the time warp. They still use metal keys for the rooms and the toilet was made out of wood. No Im kidding about the toilet but it was clogged the majority of the time we were there.
- Lorae (2/5): - Terrible!
