Chambres sont agréables Problème de fuite d'eau dans une chambre en arrivant.le personnel à trouver une solution rapide Hôtel extrêmement bruyant. Nous n'avons pas dormis pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous avions regardé les commentaires sur ce logement. Aucun signalement.nous sommes à côté d'une voie rapide avec des camoins qui passent toute la nuit.

Ofrecen camita, dispensadores de comida y agua, bolsitas para recolección y te dan golosinas para tu mascota de bienvenida. El alojamiento te incluye un desayuno ligero de cortesía, y en la noche ofrecen café, galletas y en esta ocasión que fuí, molletes. El hotel tiene terraza, me gustó que tiene mucha vegetación.

Alejandro (7/5): Had higher expectations 0 - The hacienda feeling and grounds. The pool and natural surroundings. Parking lot Too far from town and out of the way. Unless you're on that side of town or going to the airport or Guadalajara. I recommend it for a 1 day stay no longer. Location is important to me, and I personally didn't like it even though I had the convenience of a Oxxo, next door. Too far and didn't like the atmosphere felt more like a motel than a hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke fruit with coffee and toast with jelly. No eggs or anything. The coffee was too strong, so I asked the waitresses for a glass of milk. Response was that it 's not included, and it's going to cost you. I know that I never said I would not pay. Never brought it!!! Gave me attitude and just hovered while I finished. Didn't appreciate it.

Fui al área de alberca la cual por cierto están sucia y olía a pipi, pedí toallas varias veces y la encargada molesta me dijo que si me urgían por qué las estaban lavando, obvio yo no llevé toallas y mi peque se quería salir de la alberca. Nos dio hambre y 5 a las tres ordenamos comida, ya no querían vender por qué el restaurante cierra a las 3, al final accedieron a vender, a las 3 con 5 ya no pude agregar nada a mi pedido, ellos me vendieron lo que quisieron. Me empecé a tomar un refresco que yo tenía y me querían cobrar descorche. Tardaron años en llevarse los platos sucios. La puerta del cuarto no funcionaba bien. Salí de mi habitación u al regresar estaba abierta y fue que me percaté que tenía mala para cerrarse. Olvidé un cargador de IPhone y llamé para ir por él pero lo hicieron perdedizo. Los cuartos muy pequeños y encerrado el calor.

Josh (7/5): Good - The room was very clean and looked really nice. I would probably stay again but bring ear plugs and an eye mask to block the light. The staff were really friendly. It was noisy. I could hear the TV of the room next to me at 4am and also the voices of the occupants of the next room. The noise from the road nearby was very loud. The curtains were white and thin and let the light through even though there was 2-3 layers. Maybe a darker color is needed. The bed was not soft.

I note that the management is upgrading things. Our cooktop didnt work, we commented and right away a new (brand new) one was installed. If you are lacking something, ask to see if they have one. Great bird watching and iguana watching right across the street on the hanging bridge. Lots of little stores down the street to get your basics

Esta bastante comodo, solo que un poco ruidoso por la carretera muy cercana. Lo negativo fue el desayuno incluido: muy limitado, ni siquiera incluye té o jugo. Pedimos un jugo y nos dieron de botella. Al preguntar dijeron que habia sido un error del chef cuando definitivamente sabian lo que nos dieron y nos lo quisieron cobrar como jugo natural..

RICARDO (4/5): No vayan - La alberca no estaba funcionando y alegan que estaba indicado con letras chiquitas, no es cierto, la tarifa que pagué es 30 %mayor a la que tienen al público y su explicación fue para que reservas por Internet !, la habitación muy ruidosa

fernando (8/5): Excelente para familias de 2 adultos y 3 menores - la habitacion cumple con lo indispensable, somos familia de 5 y nos toco 3 camas, pocos hoteles ofrecen este tipo de habitaciones, solo fue una noche de paso, pero cumplio con nuestras espectativas, 2 adultos 3 menores, en general solo bien.
