Guest Reviews
- Gromowski (10/5): - Nice and clean. Constant noise from interstate.
- Scott (10/5): -
- John (10/5): -
- Tay (5/5): Alright - I liked the location and the firmness of the bed The shower had hair in it from a previous customer I assume, there was also a smell of marijuana when using the bathroom fan
- Terry (8/5): Met my needs for the night - Easy access Small bathroom
- Paula (7/5): - Close to restaurants. Would have accepted pets. Change of plans caused us to cancel 2nd day before check out time first day but was given a run around about refund and didn't get it back.
- Benson (6/5): -
- Lynn (8/5): -
- Ronald (10/5): -
- Sandy (6/5): - Easy access to the interstate.
It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. No rugs on the floors
Only available outlets were near the sink. There were none at bedside.
- Jason (6/5): Clean, adequate older room. I'd stay there again. - Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Older facility, bathroom has been recently updated but they didn't do that great a job. Visible, unrepaired damage to cabinets and bathroom door jamb.
- Ken (8/5): - Great location for our travels Nothing
- Laughlin (10/5): - Cleanliness, polite people, Nothing
- Godwin (9/5): -
- Connie (10/5): - I was in the area for work and after a very long day being on my feet the beds are very comfortable. The lady that cleaned my room is very friendly and very offering to help if I needed anything. I would stay here again. Close to restaurants and shopping centers.
- Arnulfo (9/5): -
- Stephen (7/5): My stay was comfortable and relaxing. - The price, it was clean and quiet.
- James (10/5): Not fancy - Not fancy. Just clean and comfortable.
- Kump (10/5): -
- Caroline (8/5): - It was clean and quiet. A great value for the price.
- Patricia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jonathan (8/5): - Would be a five-star review if they offered room s that allowed smoking. This anti-smoking crap is insulting and I will start staying elsewhere if my smoking needs are not met
- Shane (10/5): - Not great to look at on the outside, but don't let that fool you, the rooms are actually super clean and comfy. Really good value for the money. Will definitely stay again.
- Mark (10/5): - Accommodating and old style cabin feels
- Tysha (10/5): Great - Good staff, clean rooms.
- Tysha (10/5): Good staff - Was great
- Godwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Rolla - Acceptable.
- Vic Zarley (4/5): Not the Best - Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. We had two queen sized beds. One of the sheets on one bed smelled of urine. Other than that the room was clean. But a clean bed is very important to one's experience.
- Deborah (10/5): - The staff was very helpful
- ANGEL (10/5): - Everyone is nice. Price is good for what u get. Will stay again.
- Scott (3/5): Poor -
- Matt (8/5): Inexpensive stay and expectation. - Want a clean room with a comfy clean bed for good price yes. Ceiling had water damage, tub had some damage and sink drained slow. Didnt care. Needed one night to sleep and carry on. Just fine. Stayed there multiple times.
- Dean (6/5): Regency - an older motel that needs some renovation
it was clean and the bed was comfortable
bathroom had been remodeled
coffee pot was provided
the price was very reasonable at 60 per night
- Verified traveler (4/5): Don't stay! - Cheap stay, but don't bother. Stained bedspread, black stains on the shower curtains and broken security lock on the door. We had to put a chair by the door at night just to make sure for room safety. I don't understand where the previous reviewers gave such glowing reviews. This is definitely not a good place to stay even in regards to the low price. Buyer beware!
- Brandie (10/5): - .
- Laura (4/5): - Sadly, my room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. The linens were clean, so there’s that however, the whole place was super-dusty, a broken lamp, dried shiny liquid on the television screen, door and floor. I had to wipe everything down before I could try to relax. The bathroom and sink area was okay. I couldn’t find another place last minute so I stayed and they were nice enough to allow 3 dogs. I don’t know if it was a fluke but it wasn’t good and the proximity to the road made it loud all night.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Priscilla (1/5): Gross! - Nothing They have roaches! We found them the next morning crawling in our chips. Needless to say, we left. The shower drain did not work and we had to wait 10-15 minutes between each shower for the water to mostly drain.
- Kelsey (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms were exceptionally clean, property was quiet and peaceful, very convenient location. Staff was prompt, helpful, and friendly during all interactions and requests. Will be staying at Regency again.
- Jessica (10/5): - Great place to stay for a quick visit to the area. Very clean and affordable. Checking in was very easy and pleasant.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (1/5): Never staying here again. - Nothing but location. We’ve stayed here two other times and facilities were fine, this time the room was dirty, frig didn’t work, drains wouldn’t go down and light was broken.
- barry (10/5): - Needed an economical room and this worked out good
- David (8/5): - Great place for rhe money
- Akinori (8/5): - A decent place to stay and the price was good.
- Angela (10/5): Nice stop over - Just passing through. Two adults and two 12 pound dogs. The room was very clean had plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom small but workable. First time in a few years when I stayed somewhere that I didn't have to pull the filters from the cooling unit and wash them to get the smell of cigarette smoke out.
- Jon (6/5): - Average at best. Somewhat on the shabby side. Toilet ran constantly. No ice machine.
- Perez (1/5): Bad - The room smell very bad the blanket are dusty and they have a big big cockroaches
- Nesha (1/5): Bad - Room is dirty, towels and bedding was dirty. We asked the guy at the desk to at least give us clean bottom sheet and he gave us a crumpled sheet that didn't look like it came from "clean" pile, it looked like it was used. It was late and we just needed a place to sleep so we stayed the night using our own clean shirts to cover the pillows etc. Slept and left that dirty place.
- Jack (6/5): - The place needs updating
- Christina (7/5): Good -
- Rob (8/5): Better than expected. - Price was good. Check in a super quick and easy. Rooms are pretty nice. My only suggestions is even though the place is smoke-free the room smelt like smoke. Also could use more outlets, or extension cables on the nightstand
- Margie (5/5): Passable - Little outside door hotel motel. Lol I would definitely pay 65 for a goodnight sleep! Bed hard
- David (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, good price. What more can you ask?
- William (5/5): Get what you pay for... - The water was very hot, and good water pressure. Nice big flat screen TV. Looks like they have tried to make improvements with bathroom and flooring . the ac is super cold. It is okay for the cost just a place to sleep. The first thing was the outside appearance it looks so run down wasn't sure if we were going to check in. But we did then the room I as hit with a very strong odor when I opened the door. Then the lights where very dim. The room looked old and dingy. But the smell was very pungent. Even the hand towels and bath towels had the same thing. Killed a silverfish bug in bathroom that was only bugs alive we noticed. Over all I would not return to this location, I would find a better place even if it was a few dollars more
- Daniel (10/5): Nice little no frills hotel! - Nice little hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a small microwave and little fridge w/freezer. It's not fancy but more than adequate. I'll start again next time I go that way.
- Eric (10/5): - Everything was in great shape, clean, and secure. We were very comfortable.
- cmarie (8/5): - nice location, easy check in and out. would stay there again.
- Lisa (1/5): COME IF YOU WANT BED BUGS. - I woke up at 4 am with bed bugs on me! We had to bag our clothes, shower and get out to ensure none of these bugs hitchhiked with us! This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff of the hotel LIED to us and said they could not refund us our money because they didn't have our credit card. booking.com had already transferred the money to them so they just wanted to get rid of this. They have had this problem for months as I have read similar reviews from four months prior.. DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!
- AJ (6/5): - I was not really expecting the 4 seasons considering the cost of each room. The overall look of the rooms was much better than what I was expecting. They looked to have been updated probably in the last 2 years. There were several cosmetic issues I saw in my room. No cover on the bathroom vent, the toilet would bang against the wall when you stood up from using it. One of the other rooms that I had booked (I had 4) did not have a smoke alarm. another one my daughter and her boyfriend had first the door keycards would not work so they were told that one should stay in the room, or they would have to get the attendant, so they changed rooms. In that room they saw a roach. So that was it for her. They got a refund and found another hotel. No one else in my group saw any bugs. Even though we had nonsmoking rooms. There was a lingering smell of smoking in the rooms. Overall, for the price we paid for the rooms I am not surprised with any of this. If you want a cheap room This is the spot.
- Pattie (4/5): - This was supposed to be a non-smoking room (with a $100 cleaning fee if one did smoke). It reeked of smoke. They did give me a mostly used air freshener to use when I went back to the front desk. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom and everything just generally needed a GOOD scrubbing. The sheet was stained. The coffee maker looked rather disgusting and the cups were not wrapped. The highway noise picked up a lot around 6am. The pool, if one were interested, had no water in August. On a positive note, the a/c worked, there was a fridge and microwave and a LOT of rooms were available! I was a late check-in for one night and tolerated it. It could have some potential if it were seriously cleaned, but I wouldn't want to stay there again.
- Xochi (7/5): It was a clean and comfortable place on an over night stay for a road trip. - Super convenient to park right outside my door and it’s right off the highway. Cigarette burns on the bedspreads and the toilet wobbled.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Affordable - Nice ordinary cheap room
- Verified traveler (4/5): Motel stay - Normal Motel.. however smelly and seemed that wasn’t cleaned a lot
- KARL (2/5): Avoid . - Disgusting.
The pillows smelled like vomit. The bathroom had black mold EVERYWHERE. There were no outlets so the bedside lamp couldn't be plugged in.
The pictured room is not representative.
- KARL (2/5): Avoid for your safety. - Disgusting.
The pillows smelled like vomit. The bathroom had black mold EVERYWHERE. There were no outlets so the bedside lamp couldn't be plugged in.
The pictured room is not representative.
- Kaloust (8/5): Very good -
- Justin (10/5): - Well keep
- Allison (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (10/5): - Quick easy check in. Bed was comfortable. The towels looked stained and the bathroom door and other areas were visibly dirty. Otherwise good if you need to sleep close by work.
- Daniel (2/5): - Didn’t really like anything about this place. Biggest pet peeve: No Ice machine. I wouldn’t stay there again.
- Justin (10/5): - The staff was very professional and the room was clean
- Justin (10/5): - The staff is very professional respectful rooms are nice and clean
- Jeffrey (4/5): Big disappointment - Pictures were deceiving. Ceiling was rippled, outlet badly damaged, pictures on wall was ready to fall (frame was too heavy for hook), pool was not functional, car parked outside kept honking (someone playing with lock on key fob) door would close completely
- Hopkins (9/5): Little getaway - Everything was very nice and clean management was wonderful 👍 Couldn't stay longer
- Ximena (4/5): - I paid in cash but the front desk worker forgot and woke me up in the middle of the night to try and make me pay despite paying. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke that wasn’t very clean in general.
- Mathew (10/5): - It was a good stay. Much nicer than I expected. Very friendly staff
- Xavier (10/5): - I have only had a great stay
- Xavier (8/5): - I have only had a great stay here.
- Ancy (7/5): It was good, if u looking for a stay for cheaper prices. - The location & we needed just the bed to sleep n washroom .. which was clean enough It’s not that clean. Had few flies .. small bathroom
- Xavier (10/5): - I have only had a good time here
- Xavier (10/5): - I only have had a good stay
- Christina (8/5): - Love all the soace
- Paulette (10/5): - Clean room, needs to install towel hooks and safety bars in bathroom
- Jason (6/5): Livable - The room was nice and clean, and everything else was fine except for a couple of bugs. The window was on the ground floor and was unlockable which was a little uncomfortable, but I had no problems over the night. Wouldn't bring kids here.
- Shelbie (8/5): - It was easy to find and to check in.
- Salita (10/5): - Everything was fine
- Seyid (6/5): - The property was not ready for check-in at 3 pm, we were only able to enter after 70 minutes of waiting. Although it was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled like cigarettes inside. There was a dining table and a desk, but there was no hanger or hair dryer. The bathroom wasn't bad.
- Allison (6/5): Pleasant -
- Felipe (10/5): Really great Cost benefit - Exactly what I expected. Good price for a good place to rest.
- Kerry (6/5): - Do not let your dogs spill water on the floor and you have to clean it up, they have not mopped that place in forever
- Rena (10/5): Perfect for a quick stay - Great service when checking in and room was perfect for the stay.
- Rebecca (5/5): Passable - Near many restaurants and shopping areas. Had clean sheets and pillowcases and towels. There were dust bunnies and hair on floor. Looked like mold or mildew on wall in tub. The sink stopper was not hooked up to work. There were a lot of gnats in the sink continually. Staff came to fix TV but not able to get anything but MTv after resetting dish box, so nothing to watch "due to storms."
I am not sure this establishment will prosper as it needs a lot of work and attention to detail.
- Lais (7/5): Good -
- Derek (5/5): Keep rolling past Rolla. - It was clean and basic. It was noisy. If you like the ambience of your room sitting in the middle of the interstate with trucks crushing air brakes all night, this is the place for you. No wifi. Depressing impression.
- Dragana (6/5): I would never come back. Even if they fix everything. Pictures on the booking are not adequate. - Good location. Bed was comfortable. AC was working ok. Parking in front of the door. Outside it looks like deserted. Torn and faded drapes in the windows. Not very clean. Bad linens, not even ironed. Dirty floors. Mold in the bath. Small soaps, no liquid soap. Hair on one towel. Bad driveway to Inn. Noisy neighborhood. Worker at the desk working slowly.
- Nieters (3/5): Do not recommend - Price Not comfortable, bathroom is so small that you can barely turn around in it. Overall, the whole unit is small, dirty, no ice machine, pool broken
Will not be staying there again.
Do not recommend it. Would rather pay more somewhere else
- Jonathan (4/5): - TV lost satellite signal all night was very aggravating and nothing can be done about it
