La hospitalidad de las personas del pueblo es sensacional No es que me haya gustado si no que una buena presentación y la cooridalidad del recepción debería de mejorar, empatía, carisma y sobre todo la amabilidad todo eso atrae a los turistas a que se alejen en este maravilloso hotel.

Hallway near my room was dark with non-working light. Teen soccer team was very noisy and though told management, noise level remained the same.

No AC , tv was not working and on top of that the they had a power outage that lasted 5 hours. I checked out the very next day and went to a better hotel that was 100 plus better

The second room was the same the third room was occupied finally the fourth room was ok but I felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep there and even though I had paid for 4 night I left and had to pay for another hotel.

• Talia (4/5): No volvería a ese hotel, intentaría con otro - Estaba sucia la habitación, se tapo la coladera de la regadera, un turno fueron mas amables, otro turno NADA amables, te toca caminar cuadra y media para dejar el carro guardado, no ofrecen el servicio de valet parking y si lo solicitas se enojan, fuimos a una fiesta y me toco ir en vestido y tacones caminando por banquetas mal hechas para ir por el carro, los domingos cierran la calle al rededor de la plaza, salimos ese día y el personal tampoco se ofreció a ayudarnos con las cosas, tuvimos que cargar maletas mis hijas y yo por que repito no todas las banquetas están bien y en el estacionamiento es grava no ruedan las maletas, yo me hospede ahi por que por internet se veía una buena opción y ademas no había muchas, Repito: el personal del turno de la tarde muy amable los de la mañana CERO si llegas a la ciudad encontraras mas opciones de hospedaje, si volviera a ir no me quedaría ahí Y tampoco lo recomendaría

• r11690 (4/5): Sahuayo - Staff was friendly. The condition of the hotel and rooms are old, very dated and cleanliness was poor and questionable. One of the rooms reserved appeared as if they had not changed the bed sheets. For the price of the room which was 500 plus pesos (about $25) that's what you get. We didn't stay and they would not refund money. But, it was money worth losing, hotel was just terrible.

El estacionamiento del Hotel está a una cuadra del mismo (lo que no se mencionó en la información del hotel), y no hubo desayuno porque ese día no abrió el restaurante (según me dijeron), desde un principio se hicieron de la vista gorda en todo momento en cuanto al desayuno, pero finalmente hicieron el reembolso del mismo. Aunque el motivo por el que elegí ese hotel fue precísamente por contar con desayuno incluído, y de ver sabido que ese día no abría el restaurante hubiera elegido otra opción.

• Mike (6/5): Nice hotel on the plaza - We booked this hotel because of location right on the plaza. The night we stayed there was a performance of local talent which was very good. There were many local vendors with great prices.

Stay Away! - I called ahead to make sure there would be no problem with me checking in at 2am since my flight would arrive later than the described check in time and I was told it was okay and there would be no problem. This hotel is old, ugly, and with terrible customer service. They didnt even have toilet paper. Not only that but they charged be for a second day because I checked in at 4am, double of what I was told and had planned with my husband and daughter. Stay away!
