- Yousuke (10/5): - 内風呂&露天風呂、夕&朝食全てが最高でした。スタッフさんの接客も外国の方でしたが、言語に全く問題なく、配慮も素晴らしくおもてなしの精神を感じました。さすが月洸樹さん、噂通りかそれ以上の最高のお宿でした。ただ、70代の両親にはちょっと食事量が多かった気がします。

- andrea (8/5): - Nice sophisticated ryokan. Attention to detail. My first dinner and breakfast were wonderful , second Wasn’t as good. The a/c was right over my bed so the air blows at the bed, not too comfortable. The bed sinks in the middle. We took a taxi from Kumamoto, it took 2 hours. The private baths were great. There are no snacks in the rooms and nothing to order, bring some ! Only 8 rooms so lots of privacy.
- andrea (8/5): - Nice, lots of privacy. Limited English. I don’t think they want to cater to westerners, other than the dinner menu nothing else is translated. I had a hard time with the a/c control which is all in japonese. The private baths are great. The food was wonderful on the first night but not as good on the second , same with breakfast. Overall enjoyable.

- Harumi (10/5): - 2度目の宿泊でした。食事の時間、タイミングがとても良かったです。2度目ということもあり、 勝手知ったるで、時間的にも余裕が持ててとても楽しめました。お料理、お風呂言うこと無し。スタッフの方もとても感じが良かったです。最後に頂くお土産が肉味噌だったのですが、（鶏味噌と牛肉味噌一瓶ずつ） 同じ物を２つにしてもらいたかったです。 前回のハンバーガー🍔が私は食べたかったです。復活して欲しいと願っています。 また、絶対宿泊したい宿です。

- Harumi (10/5): - 今まで宿泊した施設の中で一番でした。 全てが最高。強いて言うなら、食事の時間が長すぎてお腹いっぱいになり、最後のお肉が食べれなかった。夕食に3時間、朝食に2時間かかりましたので、あと1時間ずつ短縮できればなぁと思います。時間が長くなると、満腹になり食べれなくなってしまって。それが勿体なかった。

The whole experience was wonderful and the service was very good. Our main server, Divas, was very polite and attentive. The stocked minibar and check out present (packed lunch) were a very nice touch.

- ふじたけ (8/5): - 弓張というお部屋に泊まらせていただきました。 非常に素晴らしい宿でした。食事も非常に美味しかったです。 お部屋の露天風呂も気持ちよかったですが、外の天空の温泉が眺望が良く、特に素晴らしかったです。 ただ、一点だけ残念だったのは、天空の温泉の予約管理の透明性があいまいでした。最初の電話では翌朝の午前中が空いていなかったのであきらめようとしていたのですが、そのあとダメ元で電話したら空いていました。 月洸樹を満喫するにあたって、天空の温泉からの景色を見るというのは欠かせないと個人的に思っているので、事前に何時であれば予約可能なのか教えていただくか、予約システムをパネル式にするなどしてわかりやすくしていただけると嬉しかったです。 また泊まりに行きます。
- 匿名 (8/5): 静かな旅館 - 家族旅行で二部屋に分かれて宿泊しました。 各部屋露天風呂付きでした。お食事も部屋食にしたので他の宿泊客に合うことなく寛げました。 天草も近いので、海と山両方のものを楽しめましたし、熊本県産米もとても美味しく満足です。 お部屋は贅沢な作りで快適でした。 アメニティーも充実していて女性はこだわりがなければ基礎化粧品なども持ってくる必要はありません。 黒川温泉街までは送迎をしていただけて、温泉街の雰囲気も楽しめました。 各部屋で温泉の趣が違うので、また違う部屋に泊まってみたいなと思いました。
- Hong Kong (10/5): - 環境，溫泉，食物，服務及住宿都令人極度驚喜的旅館！私人溫泉分為室內及外兩部分，下雨也不受影響。天空溫泉更令人讚嘆不絕。晚飯及早餐吃剩的白飯，職員主動替我們做成飯糰，不會浪費。Check out當天，更為我們預備阿蘇牛做的漢堡，以供一路上享用，真是無比細心！應可以稱得上全日本最棒的溫泉旅館吧！

- Pongdanai (10/5): Best experience - It took us approximately 2 hours on a rental car from Fukuoka. The hotel is new and we stayed at one of the villas (Izayoi) with private onsen pool. Dinner and breakfast included was extraordinary and we were even offered a lunch meal for free before departure. We had a comfortable stay and pleasantly surprised to see snow the next morning. Service was excellent and we would love to go back there again.
