- Ahmad (6/5): Basic hotel - The location is strategic, at the heart of town. Easy to get by. Plenty parking space. Lift is available at the hotel. Baby cot was provided for free if you request over the counter. The toilet could be cleaner. Toilet cover was broken, shower water pressure was slow, the light in the room was so dim. The room was basic, tv with no access to any channel. I expect more for the lrice i pay of MYR169 per night for twin bed.

Friendly staff TV has no channels, my room toilet had problems. Soap was so hard, likely expired But the staff managed to change to a new room

- Nur (9/5): Recommend - Love the location & surprisingly this hotel is quite big for a 3star. Check in & check out was smooth. Room was ready upon my arrival. Ironing facilities is at the foyer area. Only 1 dustbin provided in the room, should put 1 in the bathroom as well. Parking might be challenging as they dont have own parking in the building.

- Ismail (7/5): Expectations is not NO but so so. - The reception staff Ain was very friendly. The only things other than Ain, must equip the other reception staff with the essential info before placing them at the front. There was only one bin in the room and no fridge. There should be another bin inside the bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom was fair only and when you use the mirror in the bathroom the lighting was inadequate. A little pricy when there is no breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights but room was not made up. Do we need to inform? The room was next to another space probably a party or activity room and the window was included in the room. I guess it is the last room available.
