- Kime (2/5): - Breakfast non choices as well... disappointed. Room's facilities and cleanes very poor. Some of the facilities was broken. Dirty.
- Elisa (6/5): Correct - Proximité du ferry et de la station de bus. Un Restaurant à proximité. Climatisation dans la chambre. Correct pour une nuit en transit car nous ne sommes pas très regardante sur les hébergements. Si vous avez d’autres possibilités d’autres hébergements je vous conseilles d’aller voir ailleurs Chambre sans fenêtre, odeur de renfermé, literie inconfortable, présence de nuisible

- Norizan (4/5): Kurang sempurna - Lokasi hotel ditengah² bandar mudah nak makan dan beli barang. Mula² diberi bilik 225...bilik tak kemas,ada rambut kat bantal dan cadar. Tukar ke bilik 226....lebih baik tapi ...tv screen warna biru, tandas tak sempurna bergoyang dan mungkin ada najis keluar dari tepi bawah tandas yg longgar. Sarapan - 7.45 am baru sampai mee goreng bodoh, mentega utk roti bakar bau tengit. Tetamu tak harapkan sarapan yg sempurna tapi perlu buat lebih baik dari tu. Lebih baik buang perkataan sarapan atau jangan pancing tetamu.

- Hairi (5/5): - Loc. Near to the naval base Deterioration of the room's equipment. Broken shower head. Unoperational safe box. Broken lamp. No coffee replenishment for 3-day 2-night stay. Late Breakfast served so i can't comment on breakfast quality. Spoiled iron.

Also need alert with hotel outside environment to well maintained. We noticed got cracked drain cover at side building that can causing risk especially for children and senior citizen.

Been booked the place 1 month before the trip..room is full with rat's shit, air cond is dirty..bed linen with dirt..the smell of the room showed that the room is never been occupied for a long time..reason given because they never had a huge number if booking before and some room never occupied..it is such a lousy excuse because it is not a last minute booking..they should prepared in advance..

- Nur (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great, walkable distance to the waterfront, have few restaurants nearby. The staffs are very helpful. The aircond in my room was not too strong and it could not reach to the bed just below it. The room also had a distinct smell.
