• IOANNIS (3/5): Γενικά χάλια. - Δεν μου άρεσε το δωμάτιο γενικά. Για θεα είχε ένα τοίχο στα 2 μέτρα το μπανιό μια τρύπα με μυρμήγκια να κυκλοφορούν στο δάπεδο. Το ψυγείο ήταν χαλασμένο και ζήτησα να φέρει άλλο κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ.
• Mary_Read (5/5): The hotel requires specific renovation - There is a Syn.Ka and Lidl store very close by, and there is also a view of the mountains from the window. The lighting in the room was poor. The kitchen was always dim, and the kitchenware was unusable. The bottle holder in the refrigerator was broken, and the handle itself was broken. There were no chairs on the balcony (we had to bring chairs from the room to sit on the balcony). The room was dimly lit, making it impossible to read a book. The mosquito net in the bathroom was torn.

• Nick (10/5): Very very good! - Location, clean, terrace with very nice view, close to shopping malls and beach ... ! Very good! Minor issue I could possibly say (very minor ... I really liked being there). I some rooms (I booked twice), there could have been more equipment to cook ... but, on the other hand, I am not an average user, I was there learning to cook in part. All and all, everything good. Its more feedback to them then anything else, and I did not report this to them, just trying to find something bad here ;)

• YIOTA7 (6/5): Έχει δυνατότητες βελτίωσης. Πιθανότατα θα το ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω. - Ήταν πολύ κοντά στα Χανιά, είχε δίπλα σούπερ μάρκετ, ήταν ηλιόλουστο, άλλαζαν σεντόνια κάθε δεύτερη μέρα. Το wifi δεν ήταν πολύ καλό. Θα ήθελα λίγο περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα. Επίσης ο τρόπος που είχαν στερεώσει την κουρτίνα του μπάνιου δεν είναι ο ενδεδειγμένος.
• Jess (8/5): Wonderful clean stay close to Chania - The place is very clean with cleaning services arriving every morning. It’s also in an excellent location next to two giant supermarkets, down the road from the local beach, and next to a bus stop to get into Chania. Would highly recommend if you have a car and can’t find somewhere suitable in Chania. The accommodation is a little dated considering the price and it not being in Chania. Could probably do with a freshening up, and the kitchen area was incredibly cramped with minimal facilities considering it was next to two supermarkets so people staying there would most likely be cooking. We also never knew who actually were the staff members operating it…

• Gabriela (8/5): - The room was spacious and the closest beach was 15 mins away. Close to two supermarkets, a bus stop right out the door, and lots of shops and restaurants. My room overlooked the road, so it was a bit noisy. I had trouble sleeping the first night, but no problems after that.

• SPYRIDOULA (10/5): - Το σημείο και η τοποθεσία σε σχέση με το κέντρο των Χανίων ήτανε ιδανικό. Άνετο πάρκινγκ. Κοντά σε παραλίες και σουπερμάρκετ
• tommco (6/5): Ottima posizione, con poche più accortezze all'interno dell'appartamento avrei dato un 8 - Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti in auto da Chania, di fronte c'è la fermata del bus e ben due supermercati: uno accanto e uno di fronte. Parcheggio per l'auto sempre disponibile, cosa non da sottovalutare perche se si prende casa a Chania è IMPOSSIBILE trovare parcheggio. Possibilità di noleggiare auto proprio sotto gli appartamenti. Letti king size. Il servizio in camera ogni due giorni cambia gli asciugamani. Cucina molto piccola ed essenziale ma utile se si vuole fare qualche pasto in casa. La struttura ha più o meno 8 appartamenti tutti simili, ho prenotato due appartamenti e nel mio non c'era la tenda per la doccia e il rubinetto perdeva, ogni volta che facevamo la doccia allagavamo tutto il bagno. Inoltre lo sciacquone del water era difettoso quindi ogni volta che scaricavamo dovevamo aprirlo e sistemare il galleggiante. Durante il soggiorno ho ricevuto un messaggio da parte dell'host che ci informava che ci sarebbero stati addebitati 10€ per ogni asciugamano macchiato irrimediabilmente anche se quelli forniti e le lenzuola avevano già qualche macchia. Il monolocale è molto piccolo e c'è solo un corridoio dalla porta che segue il perimetro fino alla cucina e al bagno. Il letto matrimoniale (formato da due singoli) e quello singolo sono tutti attaccati e ricoprono praticamente tutta la stanza, visto che eravamo solamente in due nel mio appartamento, credo che l'host avrebbe dovuto provvedere a rimuovere quello singolo. Il terrazzino è molto piccolo, non è come quello che si vede in foto.
• Viktória (9/5): - We arrived 3 hours earlier and the stuff was so nice, that they prepared our room much earlier than the check in time. Everything was near, shops, restaurants and beaches too. Room was clean and the cleaning lady brought clean towels and toilet papier every 3 days. We really enjoyed our stay there. We had some troubles to connect to wifi - most of the time it did not work, but we had mobile data so it did not bother us at all, we also did not mentioned that to stuff so maybe they could do something about it if we would told them that the wifi doesnt working properly.

• Andrejs (3/5): Although the location is convenient, the stay was stressful and unpleasant due to the lack of mainte - The location was great — only 5 minutes from a wonderful beach, right next to a supermarket and a bus stop. The room had air conditioning and a kitchen. The room was poorly maintained: there were no chairs, only two towels for three guests (we had to ask for more), and minimal room service every two days. We had to throw out our trash and even ask for trash bags. The Wi-Fi never worked, despite repeated reports to reception — we had to use mobile data, which resulted in unexpected costs. There was also a problem with the shower curtain, which barely stayed up until it finally fell off completely. The staff promised to replace it, but we left after a day. The balcony and room were full of ants and insects, even on the beds and table, and this problem was not resolved. The bathroom drain cover was broken, and there were exposed electrical wires near the ceiling, which was unsafe. It was only possible to sleep with earplugs. We also asked for shower gel, which was confirmed but never delivered. Many of these problems have been reported in reviews for years and remain unchanged.

• Beldean (9/5): Surprisingly good - We were surprised because the room looked way better than the pictures. For the money we paid I think this is one of the best property to go to if you want a good location near the beach and also don’t want to spec to much
• Tia (5/5): What you pay is what you get - -Comfortable beds. Spacious room - Relatively close to few beaches around ( do mind that with the average pace you will need min 15-20 minutes by foot, walk in the sun to reach one of those) - bus stop to Xania in front of the apartments ( to the Hania city center 20 min max) -clean towels, toilet paper- all provided regularly -air con working properly (otherwise you couldn’t sleep) What you pay is what you get :) I can really adjust to anything, but the fact is that room needs quite repairs and improvements : Fridge was rusty from the outside, the heater serves you only to warm water, milk or something simple (certainly not to cook anything, and it my room the heater looked quite old and rusty. Cleanings of the room could be better-there were some parts of the kitchen with all dust and dirtiness inside of the cupboard. - I went to the beach quite late-every morning a cleaning lady knocked on the doors to check do I need cleaning ( Would appreciate some more privacy in that regards) -New shower in the bathroom - socket in the kitchen out of the wall, not sure that is even safe to use

• Raluca (8/5): Perfect - The location is ideal, being close to the beach, shops, and numerous restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which is convenient for having breakfast in the room. The price was amazing, making it an excellent value for the location and amenities. The cleaning frequency could have been improved. The floor didn't seem to be vacuumed during our stay, leading to a noticeable accumulation of sand. Additionally, it was difficult to sleep with the window open due to the noise from street traffic.
• Richard (8/5): Very good apartments. - Good location near beach, shops and restaurant. 15 minutes walk to Chania along beach path. Spacious room and large balcony. Comfortable beds. Okay bathroom with shower. Kitchen equipment okay as long as you don't want to cook a lot. In fact very basic kitchen.

• Jana (6/5): Despite the downsides we enjoyed our stay. - Great location - near beaches, restaurants, bus stops, shops, good beds, everyday cleaning service, friendly staff. A/C worked well. The kitchen was equipped poorly for basic cooking - no microwave, very few glasses, plates and cuttlery. Basic seasoning like salt and sugar would be welcome. WiFi was unusable, our devices disconnected from wifi when the door was closed. Shower was extremly small and the showerhead was of very poor quality.

• Yasemin (6/5): basic budget accommodation - Great location a short walk from 3 gorgeous beaches. easy to catch a bus or taxi into Chania town which was approx 10 minutes away. the room wasn’t cleaned or sheets changed during our holiday. Wi-Fi not good and the shower was freezing cold for the first two days as they did not inform us we had to turn on the hot water ourselves.
