• Anthony (7/5): - The location was very good, and included parking. The management of the B&B was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and included a large range of "made to order" options. The room, especially the bathroom, was very small and the bed wasn't comfortable. There was also a lot of street noise from crowds coming back from the pubs during the early morning hours. To be fair, I believe that this room experience would be typical of what one might expect of a B&B anywhere in Galway.

• Steve (6/5): Nice stay. Room too small - The accommodation was clean and bed comfortable, location was great. Short walk to the entertainment area breakfast was nice The 1st time I stayed at this hotel was excellent and marked the b&b a 10. This time however I was put in a chalet type room at the rear of the main house. Although clean and tidy it was way too small, you couldn’t sit on the toilet straight, the shower was minuscule and the quilt was too small for the bed, quite a come down from my 1st stay which reflects in my review, it’s a shame as the location is excellent, but the price should reflect the size of the room.

• Esther (5/5): Sehr gutes Frühstück und nette Gastfeber, Zimmer eher eng. - Die Lage war gut, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielseitig. Es hatte leider nirgends Ablagefläche im Zimmer um etwas abzulegen und mit den 3 Betten war das Zimmer bereits ausgefüllt. Keinen Platz für die Koffer zu öffnen. Das Badezimmer hatte leider auch überhaupt keine Ablagefläche.

There was no plug for the tiny sink. I was kept awake at night by the snoring of my neighbour. Whilst not the owner’s fault it suggests the walls are paper thin

( per lo standard Irlandese) Eliminerei la moquette dalla camera e metterei un armadio più grande. noi abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti e abbiamo lasciato i vestiti in valigia. non ci sarebbe stato posto per tutti. metterei dei ganci per appendere borse, giacchetti. ovviamente non c'è il bidet (almeno nella camera dove eravamo noi). a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Galway e a 10 min a piedi dal centro. a 20 metri dallo stadio del rugby

• LAWJM (6/5): Pleasant enough stay, but have been left with a sore back because the bed is not comfy. - The room was very clean, well stocked with tea and coffee supplies and is a short walk from the city centre. The Wifi is very good as is the cooked breakfast. The room is very small, which I knew, but the shower is tiny and has nowhere to put shampoo, etc., which is a problem as you can't bend down in the shower as it is so small. The bed is really very uncomfortable and the duvet is too thin for March. There was a spare blanket but it was still cold. The heating was working but the radiators need urgent bleeding as they are full of air, clank and don't give off heat. The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear conversations in the next room even though the guests are being quiet. The West coast of Ireland is a notoriously wet place so it would be good to have a couple of hooks to hang up wet coats on return to the B&B

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem, die Lage zum Zentrum vom Galway gut (ca 900 m Fußweg) und das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich gut und mehr als reichlich. Im Bad wären einige Ablagen für Pflegemittel und Zahnputzbecher sowie ein Handtuchhalter für von Vorteil. Ebenso hätten wir uns einen zweiten Stuhl und eine Ablage für die Koffer im Zimmer gewünscht.

• Ruth Foley (7/5): Convenient but quiet location and very good breakfast - The breakfast was very good and available on request from 7.30am which was helpful. The location was near city centre and train station but on a quiet residential type street. It was about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The water in the shower took a while to get warm.

Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des plats préparés à la minute par le propriétaire, un régal. Tout était parfait.

• Marc (9/5): Mijn verblijf in Galway was echt geweldig leuk en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. - Prachtige locatie,op loopafstand van het centrum, goede informatie en zeer leuke host. Openbaar vervoer bijna voor de deur van het B&B. Alles was netjes en proper. Helemaal niets viel tegen, alles was boven verwachting goed.

• Andrea (4/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Aardige gastheer die, toen hij onze grote koffer zag, ons een kamer beneden gaf ipv bovenin het hotel. Ontbijt was prima. Ook uitgebreid Iers ontbijt te bestellen. Fijn dat je op het terrein zelf kunt parkeren. De kamer was klein, de badkamer nog kleiner. De koud en warm kraan zit omgedraaid zodat je minstens een minuut of 2 a 3 staat te wachten tot de douche warm wordt, wat dan dus niet gebeurt. Het water komt niet alleen beneden uit de douchekop, maar ook van de bovenkant. Zeer kleine douchecel. Meubels gedateerd, tapijt viezig. Nee, echt veel te veel geld voor een accommodatie als deze. • MIGUEL ÁNGEL (8/5): Estancia agradable muy próxima al centro de la ciudad. - Aunque no está en el mismo centro de la población, sí está a una distancia corta del mismo. 7minutos andando. Se puede aparcar en el patio del alojamiento, aunque no tiene plazas para todos los vehículos si está lleno. Aparcamos en la calle junto a la misma puerta. Escalera estrecha para subir a la habitación.
