- Tatiana (4/5): I’d like to come back - I arrived at the hotel at 9.30 am. Check in starts at 2 pm. The lady on the reception desk offered me to come back at 2 pm. Well I came back to the hotel at 1.20 pm, while I was waiting for the time in the armchair, other guests have arrived and were accommodated in the rooms. What a discrimination! The trash can was full from the previous guests when I arrived. Probably the cleaning service forgot about it. Although the shower looked damaged, it was working. The breakfast was pretty good for such location in the center of Moscow.

- Valentina (8/5): Hotel scelto per la posizione e non per altro - Un soggiorno di tre giorni per lavoro. Hotel molto piccolo, ma carino ed è in pieno centro di Mosca, a due passi dal teatro “Bolshoi”, la camera era a piano terra e appena aprivi la finestra, perché faceva molto caldo, c’era tanto rumore dalle macchine che passavano sotto le finestre. La camera pulita, e ha un servizio di tè o caffè, il bagno è grande con una bella doccia, ma meglio non farla perché il vetro della doccia è a metà e così quando vi fare la doccia tutta l’acqua esce fuori e dopo dovete asciugare il pavimento! La prima mattina era una domenica ( non so se è questa la causa e c’era tanta gente) e ho dovuto aspettare la colazione 45’!!! Dopo due lamentele e dopo 40’ d’attesa mi hanno portato un caffè! Le altre mattina era tutto a posto e ho fatto la colazione normalmente come in tutti gli Hotel del mondo, cioè tu arrivi e fai la tua colazione.

I was upgraded to a bigger room and it’s still was tiny)) I can only imagine the size of economy class room, probably the size of the closet😉 I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was ok for one person. Clean, friendly and close by to center city.
- David (8/5): Its OK - This was my first trip to Moscow so I don't have anything to compare. By UK standards this was a run-of-the-mill 3* hotel in the centre of Moscow. Location is amid all the brand shops, but a good 15 minute walk to the nearest subway. No problems with the Hotel. A bit dated, but it was clean, good internet, acceptable breakfast.
- Karl (10/5): Ecellent - Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Went alone and on arrival got an upgrade to the room. Hotel is a few minutes away from the red square and a stones throw away from restaurants. This was my second time at the hotel. Would book at this hotel again if i ever go again to Moscow. Very happy.

- kiki (4/5): - フロントのお姉さんやクリーナーの方はテキパキしていて好感持てました。 ただ部屋の壁がとても薄く、上階の方がトイレを流すと まるでゲリラ豪雨かというような爆水音が頭上から聞こえ、 隣の部屋のおじさまの電話の話し声や毎日朝5時半に起きて見る スポーツチャンネルの音声まで全て聞こえました。 なので自分が遅くに帰ってきてシャワー浴びてドライヤー使うのが 非常に申し訳なかったです。

- Donata Maria Va (8/5): Primo assaggio di Mosca - Ottima posizione a due passi dal Bolshoi e dalle vie pedonali con caffè e ristoranti. Camera ampia, ma, essendo un sottotetto, poco sfruttabile. Soprattutto il bagno era invivibile. Anche la mancanza dell'ascensore per un terzo piano non è il massimo. Personale alla reception disponibilissimo.

- ANDRES (6/5): Muy buena ubicacion. - Lo mejor y muy destacable la ubicacion, muy cerca de Plaza Roja, Metro, Teatro. La habitacion con alfombra muy gastada, el resto bien. Desayuno muy pobre. No tiene ascensor (ya lo sabiamos). Es dificil identificar el hotel desde la calle, los carteles son pequeños y solo en cirilico.

- Muhammed (8/5): Great location - We chose this hotel for the location, and the price is excellent for the location. The rooms are not in the greatest condition, they are aged. We had booked a standard double room, we were given an attic room which was tiny and claustrophobic. We requested a room change which was granted the next day, Michael was extremely helpful. The new room was a good size and much more comfortable. Breakfast was average, enough to keep you going. The same breakfast is served daily, but the quality was good. Based on the location and price point, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

- Marcia de Gusmão (8/5): Solicitar taxi para o aeroporto na saída.ABSURDO ! - Há vários recepcionistas no hotel e a maioria não falam inglês bem. Foi altamente decepcionante na saída ao solicitar taxi para o aeroporto.Perguntei ao recepcionista que falava bem inglês, na véspera de minha partida sobre valor de transporte para o aeroporto, mostrei a passagem com o nome do aeroporto e horário, esse me alegou um valor e afirmou ser preço fixo, escrevendo até mesmo em um papel e que chamariam o taxi meia hora antes da minha partida que era as 4 da manhã. Assim sendo,cambiei o valor dito para o pagamento para Rublos,pois não aceitavam cartão.Um outro recepcionista estava no dia da minha partida, pedi que chamasse o taxi,apareceu um carro comum qual ficaram uma meia hora discutindo sobre terminal de aeroporto, mostrei a passagem, esse falava em russo e não parava, ligaram para alguém que falava inglês e foi finalmente resolvido.Ao chegar no aeroporto, paguei o valor que tinham dito e que estava anotado.O motorista se enfezou falando rispidamente em russo dizendo que o valor seria 3 vezes mais e também teria que pagar pelas malas.Não tinha Rúbios suficientes, tendo que pagar em Euros uma quantia absurda .Portanto tenham atenção sobre traslados para aeroporto partindo desse hotel, eles não têm nenhuma organização e você fica suscetível a pagar absurdamente o que eles querem.

- Irina (4/5): Central location - If you want to stay in the walking distance to all central tourist districts, but don't care much for a comfort a quietness, then this hotel would be a perfect choice. Yes, I paid minimum for my stay, and thought this is the reason that I get the room with window opening to the inner footway with a smoking place, where every evening and early morning there was gathering with the smoke and a talking noise coming to my room. I wanted to pay extra, to move to the better room, but been told that the only difference would be is the size of the room. The shower wasn't working properly, the water pressure was extremely low. Instead, the smell of the cleaning deterrents was extremely powerful.

Only down was that it does not have an elevator, but does have people to carry your bags. Each room is unique and even though it was in a great neighborhood it was very quiet.Wifi was free and had a good connection time. If I ever return to Moscow I will stay there again.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Love this hotel!! - Moscow in June--highly recommend that trip! Our hotel was perfectly located near the Bolshoi theater but off the noisiest roads so we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool night air. English speaking concierges were a big help and a lot of fun. Breakfast was abundant with both hot and cold items to choose from (or both if you are hungry enough!) and plenty of tea, coffee, juice, water, fruit, yogurt, granola, cheese, cold meat, hot meatballs, potatoes, porridge, eggs, pastries, bread and jam. Be aware that there are no lifts (elevators) in this hotel so book a room on floor one or two if you don't like stairs. Also, the lobby is through the gate and across the parking lot so when the taxi lets you off at the curb you may not see the hotel right away. A note about cab fare from the airport--do not spend any more than 1000 Rubles ($20) no matter what they say. Even official looking taxi services will try to take advantage of you so consider yourself warned!

- Micah (10/5): Great for out-of-town guests. - In town for business, knew it was a newer hotel but decided to try it out. It was very nice, the front desk staff spoke fantastic English. The room was clean, the hotel was kept looking nice. My only complaint would be that you need to bring your own bottle opener if you want to drink out of the mini-fridge! HA!
