- Gabriela (10/5): Brilliant and comfortable hotel! - Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner.

- CARLOS (9/5): The best quality of this hotel is their staff. They really have and understand the customer service philosophy - Clean and pleasant The were not enough plugins
- Lynn (9/5): -
- Albert (9/5): great hotel to visit the sal de uyuni - great hotel with nice small pool and authentic atmosphere sometimes limited hot water
- psych4travel (8/5): It was just ok. - I don’t remember my room category, but it was a king bed and was plenty spacious in terms of the bed space. The bed itself was comfortable, but when I sat down I found an extra piece of chocolate under a pillow and one of the decorative pillows had a wrapper stuck to it. One downside is the rooms all face the courtyard so if you want fresh air you have to put up with everyone looking into your room. There is a fridge that was cold and the TV had English channels (you just have to scroll a lot). I was solo and given 2 bottles of water each day.
The bathroom was too small. Hard to sit on toilet because the toilet paper holder sticks out. The shower was a good size with lots of space for toiletries but the water spits out in every direction and the doors don’t fully close. There was hot water though. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown with just have buffet eggs and not made to order. Given it is a restaurant, this seems like an easy fix. The hotel restaurant was good, but pricy. Overall, I’d look for something else next time, but I booked last minute.
The staff were friendly. WiFi was fast enough to work, stream, and FaceTime.
- Naomi (8/5): Ok stay. Friendly staff and good WiFi. - I booked this pretty last minute and it was one of the only higher rated hotels left. The staff were friendly and helpful and the attached restaurant (Tika) was good. The WiFi was fast. Hot water was good. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and TV had English channels. The shower head sprayed water everywhere and the doors didn’t completely close. The rooms overlook a courtyard so if you want fresh air everyone can see into your room. I don’t know about cleaning as I found an extra chocolate on my bed under a pillow and the wrapper for another one stuck to the back of a decorative pillow. The floor was a bit gritty.
- Juergen (9/5): A gem in an unexpected place - The breakfast is exceptional. The restaurant is very good. The rooms and the entire interior of the hotel sport that "Mexican" scheme of warm, friendly colors. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My room didn't have a window and only indirectly allowed daylight to filter through screened skylights. I found that a bit claustrophobic.

- Akash (9/5): Nice romantic getaway - Great pool for relaxation. I felt really safe and the staff was wonderful. Really good breakfast. For an expensive hotel, they should definitely have an updated TV model, Our one couldnt even be applied a subtitle forget about a smart one. This will really amp up the value factor but overall great.
- Pip (8/5): -
- Barbara (9/5): Bardzo klimatyczny hotel. - Klimatyczny hotel w lokalnym stylu, położony w samym centrum.
- Ruth (8/5): A pleasant hotel in Uyuni. - It's a quiet and pleasant hotel. The address was unclear, we spend sometime in finding out the hotel.
- NAMSONG (9/5): -
- Eaa1947 (2/5): It will struggle to get a 2 star billing - I am sick of hotels who self rate their hotels. This “4 star” hotel will struggle to get 2 stars. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The 12 m2 rooms are a joke with no room to open your suitcases and certainly nowhere to sit apart from the beds. The window glazing and sound proofing is atrocious. Every noise outside the room comes inside. The rooms are painted in rustic colours and there are open wooden beams as decoration . There is no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. There is a heater in the room but no AC. Apparently one is given 1 bottle of water per stay regardless of the number of days you stay. The tiny TV on the wall is useless as the sound and picture are terrible and of course apart from Spanish there is no English TV channel. The bathroom is the worst we have experienced in over 100 countries visited in our life time. It is so small it is unbelievable. The shower taps are back to front and only after 5 minute you realise that as there are faded red and green marks on the taps. Pressure is very poor and the shower curtain doesn’t prevent the floor from flooding. There is a single hook but no other place to hang your clothes, towels or put your wet pack. Absolutely terrible. The walking path from the reception to your room is dangerously slippery and sloping in parts. The combination of slippery tiles, slopes with stones is very dangerous. Breakfast is the worst we have had. The omelettes were overcooked and dry. There was virtually no other hot food, there was a disgusting cut fruit salad. All in all this was possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in despite it’s self rated 4 star billing.
- Super Hotel. Sehr zuvor kommend.
Super Essen! Man bekommt tolle lokale Spezialitäten.
- Rachel (9/5): Comfortable Stay in Uyuni - The room was fantastic. The amenities of the hotel were great-breakfast, pool/hot tub. The staff were super helpful. Thr room was a little warm at night but fans helped cool it down.
- S (7/5): - Nice location, staff and restaurant. It’s an odd design, built around an inner atrium. It can be echoey and noisy. People can see into each other’s rooms. Not a lot of privacy. Because it gets hot inside and there is no air conditioning everyone leaves their windows open.
- Tochigo (9/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): -

- davidbF2109QV (10/5): Would stay here anytime - Almost perfect stay. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming, Hotel itself is quaint in a good way and very clean. Beds were comfortable, only complaint is the room was quite stuffy and could not open the windows facing interior courtyard on ground floor because no privacy. Bathroom also a little tight, but still all good.
- 654bernadettee (2/5): Poor treatment by waiter in restaurant. Would not recommend - We were not booked into the hotel but made a reservation at lunchtime for an evening meal with the receptionist who accepted the reservation. We told her we were staying in the hotel opposite and she was quite happy. When we arrived the waiter was very rude as we were non residents and refused to accept our reservation Another waiter who was much nicer offered us a dark table in a corner but the atmosphere was already unpleasant so we decided to eat elsewhere. The waiter’s behaviour was quite unacceptable. We have already been travelling for 3 weeks in South America and up to now everyone has been so hospitable and welcoming
- WendyS979 (10/5): Great Hotel - Spent two nights here, and loved it, such a quirky hotel, decorated beautifully and they clean the hotel constantly. Tea and coffee is available in reception. Pool was nice to use in the afternoon. We ate in Tika, the restaurant attached to the hotel and it was great, so easy. Five minutes walk to shops and foreign exchange shops. Would stay again. Lovely staff who had our key ready before we had to ask for it, and their English was amazing, much better than my terrible Spanish!
- 998didierp (10/5): Excellent - Neat, confortable, staff helpfull and speaking English, good restaurant, great breakfast, swiming pool, sauna, hammam, jalousie... I recommand that hôtel near the market.
- Karsten (9/5): -
- lindsyk2018 (10/5): An excellent stay. - A lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff and good facilities. Would highly recommend. Pool was great as well as the courtesy tea and coffee by the open fire.
- Angela (8/5): Location was great, staff were very helpful and the amenities were good - The property was in a great location My mattress had a big dip in it….too soft.
- Caroline (9/5): A nice clean hotel with stuff just can’t do enough for you. Unfortunately, the shower is in the bedroom were clean but n - It was clean and the staff were really helpful, they responded really quickly if we had a request. The room was too dark for my liking, especially the shower room. Showers should always look clean, but with the mucky coloured tiles, I am sure it was, but just didn’t feel inviting. But that’s my little quirk, it may be standard decor for the country/area we were in.
- Ramesh (10/5): - Great hotel and friendly staff. Great breakfast and service.
- Xiaofei (10/5): - We stayed in three different hotels in Uyuni, and this one is for sure the best!
The decoration is homey and the room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. We also had great breakfast in the morning.
- Philipp (8/5): -
- Karla (10/5): - Very conveniently located with beautiful rustic looks! Customer service exceeded my expectations!
- Jennifer (9/5): Great hotel stay after basic 3 day salt flat tour - We had such a brief stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful - check in was efficient and we organised everything at check in, e.g. taxi to airport the next morning, room service menu as the restaurant was fully booked. Room was very comfortable and warm with a hot shower and good toiletries, which was a welcome change after a 3 day/2 night salt flats tour. There were nice breakfast options at the buffet. As we were only staying the night and were exhausted from our travels, we did not raise this but there was an unpleasant smell in our room. It smelled like a repellent spray.
- Saratrive (6/5): Nice rooms , but poor hygiene and maintenance - We stayed at this hotel for one night with friends. We arrived in the late afternoon and checked into our rooms. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of gas, and since the patio is enclosed by glass, there are no windows opening to the outside. The rooms themselves are nicely decorated, but unfortunately the sheets and towels were stained and had hair on them. The bathroom was extremely small for a triple room, and the radiators were not working properly. Although we reported this to the reception, the issue was not resolved.
Breakfast was varied and nicely presented, but unfortunately the bread tasted moldy and was inedible.

- Dominique (10/5): Recomendadisimo - Excelente, me encantó todo. Las camas duras, único detalle.
- Odise Grembi (10/5): - Amazing services, jacuzzi, sauna, pool, good heating, nice beds, good breakfast, good water pressure, quiet, arranged taxi to airport as well. We were very surprised to find a hotel like this in Uyuni, no flaws at all, perfect.
- Gianluca (10/5): -
- Diana (6/5): - Stanza molto fredda .
- Hayley (10/5): You won’t regret a stay here - If you’re coming off the salt flats this is the place to stay!!! It is warm and has the most cushy, cosey duvets! There are also electric blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the food was also top notch.
- Ali (10/5): The best place to stay in uyuni city - Everything was good and nice Nothing much
- Minesh (10/5): - Early check-in, when possible
- Johannes (8/5): Very good - The food in the restaurant is good.
As Uyuni is really not the most beautiful place in Peru this place serves a bit of an Oasis in the town so go there if you want a good standard I felt there was not really a place to escape in case of an emergency or fire as the rooms do only have a window to the roofed courtyard and only one way out of there. I know this is a s bit weird, but never had that feeling in a hotel before.
It was our first night in Bolivia and they made us pay in dollar even when we wanted to pay on soles. The exchange rate they offered was ridiculous. Be aware of that an pay with the official rate on soles, don’t let yourself be fooled .
- Nazia (7/5): We had a pleasant stay.staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great - Staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms don’t have a minibar/ fridge. During winter there is condensation on the ceiling of the rooms and bathroom which drips onto the floor at night.
- Marie (8/5): Very good - Good rooms good restaurant and helpful staff A bit expensive compared to other hotels in Bolivia offering similar amenities
- Sip (7/5): Good -
- Gorodetsky (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very nice. Located in an central area, very close to many restaurants and tour offices. The reception is open 24/7 and they were very happy to provide help and assist us with everything we needed. The pool and hut tub is very nice and have a great temperature. We enjoyed the pool after our trips to the Salar de uyuni. The breakfast was good and the rooms were big and spacious. I would love to stay again.
- Kanika (9/5): Superb -
- Philip (10/5): A warm, comfortable stay in a great place with excellent staff. - We stayed here twice, either side of our 3-day trip into the salt flats. Everything was perfect, the hotel has lots of lounge areas, each one with a fire which is so welcome because Uyuni is a cold city. Rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we returned to Uyuni. Special mention to the lady on reception (unfortunately we didn’t catch her name), unbelievably helpful and efficient, she went out of her way to make our two stays even more enjoyable. Our only comment is that breakfast is a bit dull compared to the delicious evening meals in the same restaurant, but absolutely everything else was terrific.
- Philip (10/5): Best place to stay in Uyuni - Everything, especially the incredibly helpful and efficient staff. Superb restaurant attached right next door, strong wifi, everything really good. Nothing at all
- Katie (10/5): Best place to stay in Uyuni! Indoor heated pool, sauna and electric blankets - All of the staff were super lovely! Hot water, heating in the rooms and electric blankets. Breakfast included. Free tea and coffee all day. Indoor heated pool and sauna. I stayed twice and have a great stay both times. Would stay again next time. Everything was perfect.
- Julie (8/5): Good hotel above the usual standard in Uyuni. Ask for a room where the bathroom has been refurbished. - One of the better hotels in Uyuni. Restaurant was good. Staff very helpful. Beds were comfortable Bedroom was cold and we needed to ask for a heater. The bathroom was tiny and in need of a refurb.
- Sabyasachi (10/5): Best in Uyuni - Great hotel in Uyuni. Amazing room and great staff. Food is excellent. Location is also good. Best option for Uyuni. Nothing
- ozallan (8/5): Small Rooms but Good for a Short Stay - Although my room was very small & the bathroom one of the smallest ones I have ever experienced, it was a very nice hotel & a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in an adobe style with orange washed walls and a large courtyard surrounded by the guest rooms.
My room which would only be able to house a single person, had a double bed with electric blanket. There is also heated in the room. There is nowhere to hang anything up. There is a small TV on the wall but minimal stations with a poor signal. There is reasonable wifi throughout.
The bathroom had a good walk in shower. The toilet is so close to the wall & shower it’s hard to sit on it with any comfort.
There is a good breakfast on offer with a selection of hot & cold dishes.
But for one night it is a pleasant stay.
