• Sara (8/5): Buon soggiorno - Il ragazzo della reception é stato molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era spaziosa e anche il bagno non era male. La colazione é abbondante. La posizione non é il massimo, noi per andare a mangiare in un ristorante abbiamo preso la macchina. A piedi non é distante ma la strada é buia e poco trafficata.

• Roland (7/5): A good clean and affordable place to stay away from the centre of town - Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice and the staff were very accommodating The room was cold, although it was snowing outside.
• Zainab K (9/5): Excellent value and location - Great location for those that don't mind walking to shops and restaurants.The room is clean, has good heating and nice thick blankets to keep you warm during the cool evenings. We had to checkout very early, and the team kindly prepared us a small takeaway breakfast to bring with us (in lieu of a breakfast on the rooftop). The complimentary breakfast was quite basic, and very carb heavy (three different forms of bread). If you want eggs, you'll need to order and pay for it.

• MYRIAM (9/5): - Un très bon petit déjeuner complet (jus orange naturel, thé ou café, pain, beurre, confiture, vache qui rit, viennoiseries et particulièrement delicieux les msemens). Très bons plats également. Je me suis régalée de la pastilla vraiment exquise et de la harira.

J'ai sincèrement voulu encourager le concept ,une école-hotel , mais j'ai bcq regretté, cette nuit il neigé et il faisait bcq froid , pas de chauffage pas de réponse.....

• Andreas (8/5): Halbpension in der Hotelschule - geht gut klar! - Es war kalt und hatte geregnet. Wir wurden gut aufgenommen. Abendessen im Zimmer (weil oben war es zu kalt) war wunderbar. Alles ganz unkompliziert. Das Frühstück analog genauso. Alles gut! (wir waren Ende Dez. 2025 dort) Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbad mit WC war 1 Stockwerk unterschiedlich - anders als geplant / gebucht; jedenfalls aus unserer Erinnerung. War nicht dramatisch, aber nicht ganz toll.

• Betsy (8/5): Un bon petit hôtel - Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel d'application. Le réceptionniste a été très agréable et arrangeant à l'arrivée (il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la chambre initialement donnée, il nous en a proposé une autre tout de suite). Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Les petits plus : une clim réversible très appréciable avec des plaids supplémentaires et une place de parking gratuite dans la rue, juste en face de l'hôtel ! L'insonorisation des chambres est délicate, nous attendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans l'hôtel et dehors comme si tout était ouvert. L'eau chaude et la pression nous ont manqué, surtout en cette période de grand froid.

• Radosław (8/5): Comfortable - I can't quite tell if this place is a school, a hotel, or a school for future hotel staff (probably the last one?). In any case, it was clean and comfortable. A good base for trips to the nearby mountains. The guy at the front desk helped me out a few times (thanks, man!). It was a bit cold in the hotel (December), but the room had an air conditioner with a heating option. I'm not sure if I legally used the kitchen (it looked more like a room for a cooking class). I just needed to boil water. After a bit of searching, I managed to find a stovetop kettle, but it wasn't the most convenient to use. A simple electric kettle would have been a huge help. A hairdryer (one for the entire hotel, available at reception) would also be a useful addition, but from what I saw during my trip, that's a rare thing in Moroccan hotels. The place is very out of the way, so take that into account if you are traveling on foot.
• Hassan (1/5): HORRIBLE SERVICE - - The toilet was extremely dirty, no soap no toilet paper. I reporter the issue to the management but nobody cared. - The breakfast quality and selection was poor - The kitchen where they prepare food is dirty and staff don't follow basic hygiene standards which put the health of customers in real risk.
• ABDELOUAHAB (1/5): Très très médiocre - Très médiocre. J'ai réservé 2 chambres pour 2 adultes, à notre arrivée on a trouvé une personne à la réception qui ne savait absolument rien sur notre réservation, Après avoir nous donner les chambres, on a constaté que dans la première chambre y'a une télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, alors que dans la deuxième pas de télévision, et c'est le même prix pour les deux. Les deux serviettes sur les deux chambres étaient déchirer et sur les salles de bains nous ont mis 2 sachets de shampoing de 50 centimes. Plus le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Quand on a réclamé à la personne qu'on a trouvé à la réception il nous a dit qu'il remplace quelqu'un d'autre et qu'il ne peut pas nous aider. On a constaté par la suite que les commentaires qu'on a trouvé sur internet venaient du personnels qui travaillent à l'hôtel (des faux commentaires). expériences très très mauvaise. Et un hôtel très médiocre.
• Jan (10/5): - Super, klidné ubytování na okraji města. Velmi pohodlné postele, funkční klimatizace, velmi rychlá wifi a milý personál. Celkem dobrá snídaně v ceně. V zimě se dá místnost dobře vytopit. Ubytování je na okraji města, asi 500 metrů od hlavní silnice.

• Yvonne (8/5): - Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good enough, and the room was clean with air conditioning. The only downside was the noise from the boiler (I think) it turned on at random times, even at night, and was very loud. It kept waking me up.

• Taliesin (9/5): Vocational School & Hotel - This is a hospitality vocational school's mini-hotel, they did not go into it with me but it is cool that it is a part of their practical education. The floor below is classrooms, there is a terrace where breakfast is served. Pretty standard basic hotel room in Azrou for a fair price. Has an ac unit in the room. Bathroom smelled a bit like old pee, and when the other room showers you can smell the drain a bit. Breakfast is all bread (with some spreads).
