- Macarena (10/5): Muy bueno!! - El hotel es muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias, la cama es muy cómoda y el baño también está muy bien. En cuanto a limpieza, excelente. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer pub street, se encuentra cerca de restoranes ricos y económicos. Respecto del desayuno, un poco simple pero cumple con lo necesario y tiene diferentes opciones, por lo que puedes elegir a tu gusto. Tuvimos solo 2 eventos aislados un tanto molestos, que no son responsabilidad del hotel. Tuvimos una lagartija en la habitación que cantaba de noche, y se escuchaba justo sobre la cama. Además, se nos metió un grillo a la habitación. Para ambos casos el personal nos ayudó a intentar atraparlos, sin éxito. De todas maneras se agradece la intención de ayudar.

- Elif (9/5): Incroyable - L’hôtel est magnifique : les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses et vraiment agréables. Le personnel est très gentil et la piscine est un vrai plus, d’autant plus que nous avons eu la chance d’en profiter presque seuls. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon. L’emplacement est pratique, proche de nombreux restaurants, marchés et boutiques de souvenirs. En revanche, la rue de l’hôtel est remplie de bars pour « adultes » ce qui peut donner une ambiance particulière et quelque peu malsaine. Cela dit, cela reste indépendant de l’hôtel en lui-même.

- DeHart (2/5): Not a good experience - The hotel is reasonably priced for what you get This hotel is not nearly as nice as was the Khmer Mansion hotel for about the same price. The staff mopped the marble floors using excessive water with no indication and I fell on the stairs and broke ribs. There was no communication from management about my condition. This would have been a lawsuit in the States.

La ubicación es muy buena también. El menú del restaurante necesitaría algún cambio, si estás muchos días se termina haciendo monótono. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

- Clara (10/5): Stilvolle Unterkunft im Herzen Siem Reaps nahe zur Pub Street - Riesiges Zimmer, welches sehr stilvoll eingerichtet war. Das Bett war extrem bequem. Getränkepreise im Hotel mehr als fair. Das Hotel hilft beim Flughafentransfer. Es liegen viele Flyer für Aktivitäten in und um Siem Reap aus, worüber wir einen Kochkurs gemacht haben. Die Pubstreet war fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem war es in der Unterkunft selbst super ruhig. Der Pool ist toll!

We had a small issue with water pressure in the shower when we arrived but it’s was solved immediately by the staff. Comfy beds, very clean, quiet and friendly, attentive staff. Would 100% recommend! There was nothing I didn’t like.

- Cheryl (9/5): - This hotel is perfectly located within Siem Reap within a 10 minute walk of Pub Street and the night markets, so away from all the noise but close enough to be able to enjoy them. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. The wooden carved furniture in reception is simply beautiful! Our room was great with plenty of space to unpack and a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was a nice area and towels readily available - the loungers in the pool are a great spot to relax! Breakfast was in the restaurant and there was enough choice to suit most people.

- Oleksandra (10/5): - Highly recommend staying at The Night Hotel. The staff was very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed for almost a week. The breakfast was great with options on a menu as well as some buffet options. We also had one lunch and one dinner at the hotel. The food was great and we had the full attention of the staff there when we ate as unfortunately the hotel restaurant is under visited. We thought it was a fair price for the quality. The room itself was comfortable, with good amenities. The pool was great, a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day by the pool with a drink. The location was good as well, many restaurants and shops surrounded the area. The only thing we didnt notice until later was that we had a shared balcony, which was shared by a smoking individual for a few days of our stay and thereby the smoke would tend to smell into the room.

The staff are very nice and friendly but need to be more strict with customers who don’t follow the rules. There were group of travelers who were very loud any time of the day and night and smoking. I’m grateful that I was moved to different room away from them but other guests were suffering. The location is little bit off not so pleasant to walk at night. Nothing scary but just not nice.

- Christian (10/5): Für einen Aufenthalt in Siem Reap sehr zu empfehlendes Stadthotel - Schönes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig, großer Parkplatz, großzügiges gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr gut zu einem gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

I think it was great value for money. They also have options to extend your stay, by the hour. - Salman (9/5): Excellent Stay with Minor Issues - A beautifully decorated five-star property with spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities. My complimentary upgrade to a large corner room featured a comfortable bed, generous bathroom and a work area. The courteous staff even accommodated a late check-out. Good located, this hidden gem offers exceptional value. Although many staff members had limited English skills, they were extremely courteous. On the morning of check-out, I waited about 5–10 minutes for hot water in the shower but eventually had to bathe in regular-temperature water. Later, hot water became available at the sink. Aside from this minor issue, it was an excellent stay that I would highly recommend.

Cheerful and very helpful with local knowledge. When we forgot to take the room key out of the holder and locked ourselves out they couldn’t have been more understanding !! We are fine walking but it’s 7 - 10 mins from the central Bar Street area …. That maybe a little far for some people with the heat …… Tuk Tuks are readily available at the main entrance should you decide not to walk though.

Thank you to all of you. Great location. The hotel is set back from the street, so very quiet. Wonderful amenities. A lovely bath!!! And even umbrellas in the cupboard. Beautiful view from the balcony. Such comfortable beds. Many hotels have those hard beds, so it was well received to have comfy beds. Lovely swimming pool Smart TV. Room cleaned every day We had planned to stay elsewhere during our time, but kept coming back here, as hard to beat this amazing hotel. Very hard to find a complaint as we loved this hotel so much. Maybe more hangers in the wardrobe. :)

- Dian (10/5): Wonderful experience - Outstanding service, staff goes out of their way to treat you special . Rooms are excellent, location is perfect . Facilities were truly luxurious and clean, food was great , and we would love to stay more just to enjoy the hotel facilities.

- Luc (10/5): Value for money and very comfortable - We were upgraded and the room was super comfortable. The bed was huge and the shower , bathtub, toiletries were really nice decorated. We enjoy the happy hour at the pool and the breakfast was super good mixed with local food.
