Guest Reviews

- Alicia (6/5): Beautifuk rustic location, close to activities, great staff, LOUD, close to pyramids - The staff of the hotel are attentive, kind and truly loving I really enjoyed interacting with Ara and the others. Location is a very easy walk to any of the pyramids as well as town and many food options. Water bottles are given in the room and available if more is needed. There is a restaurant and you get a discount on the breakfast buffet which is great! My breakfast was $150 pesos most days (incredible!) SO LOUD, there was a bar attached to the property that plays music til 3am Friday and Saturday and around midnight in Sunday. I was given a different room, however my room was in front of a bright light all night so I could not get natural light, there was also a funny smell if I opened the windows, my door lock was broken, bugs occasionally crawled under the door, and more. Beautiful yet rustic accommodations. bring EARPLUGS.

- Fossilization (10/5): - Excellent. Very close to the pyramids. The water in the pool is warm.
- mathieu (1/5): - Aucun personnel, lieu non entretenu, ultra bruyant, sentiment d insécurité
- Santiago (10/5): Awesome place and great location , very amazing staff - Great customer service, great location
- Vedat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hao (8/5): Very good - Location
- Dana (6/5): In general, staff caters much more to the restaurant customers than the hotel guests. - The breakfast was a buffet with many delicious choices. Staff that are far more concerned with the buses bringing in day visitors to the buffet/restaurant than the hotel guests.
- Carolina (7/5): Good -
- Marco (6/5): Pleasant - Very close to the pyramids We called ahead to ask at what time breakfast starts before booking. We were told 7.00 so we booked since we wanted to be ar the pyramids rigtht at the opening at 8.00.
At check-in we were told breakfast starts at 8.30 😞. I ended upndriving to town to buy some bread and crackers.
Please note thet the place was suuuper noisy, the bar besides was blasting music till 3am. Luckily the check-in lady agreed in giving us a different room on the opposite side which helped a bit.
- Christian (8/5): Great location, great value, good stay - Location to the Teotihuacan complex, the adventures that can be booked right through the hotel. No AC, so had to leave the windows open(no screens) and there was a lot of noise. Construction, Dogs, Fireworks. Also, the smoke from the thermal dome made room smell of smoke.
- Gia (9/5): Superb -
- Andrespl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Petr (8/5): Very good -
- Rebekah (4/5): If you really need to stay in this area... - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring the pyramids and the town--we happened to be there during a local festival, which was really fun. We had no way of knowing that the room we booked was next to a disco blasting loud music all night long. The "private entrance" to this room is actually a sliding door off the terrace everyone walks on to enter the hotel, and the curtains do not reach the ground. We therefore asked to change rooms and the staff was very helpful. The other room was quieter and more or less okay, but hot water was unreliable and it smelled a bit funky in the room. Pool was unusable, seems it has not been maintained, and other aspects of the hotel need maintenance as well. Perhaps it would have been wiser to just do the day trip from CDMX...
- Alejandro (10/5): Exceptional -
