Staff were very welcoming when checking in and out. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Our room was huge which was a nice surprise. We loved how dog friendly it was as well. The area for dogs to go to the bathroom was filled with poo. No one cleans up after themselves which is rude. Bring a bag and scoop your dog's poop. It's not that hard.

Lots to choose from and normal sizes (i.e. not super mini sizes). Always bottled water and good coffee available in the lobby. View from our room was great of the town and mountains. Only a very minor thing is that the entrance and exit is a bit tight for the hotel off the main road. Would have been great if there was a second entrance at the back but that isn't really anything you can control.

- Heinz (10/5): - The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and had coffee. Rooms were laid out well, lg hot shower, large tv, comfortable bed, separate area for coffee, fridge and microwave. Our room faced the traffic and was somewhat noisy till about 11 pm. I loved the breakfast options and free water bottles. It was also close to most sight-seeing areas and downtown. They provide a map of the area. I would only recommend they turn on the fire pit in the evenings without having to ask the front desk. It would be used more I think. I would definitely go back.

- Sandra (8/5): VERY nice hotel - Every employee we encountered was nice, friendly, helpful, courteous. The breakfast was amazing. The bathroom was super clean and neat. The only reason we gave 4 stars is that one of the beds squeaked every time he rolled over....kind of annoying at night... and both beds were REALLY firm mattresses. Otherwise, VERY nice hotel.
- Amanda (10/5): - Room was very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had from a hotel! Great variety, everything was hot and staff was attending to area to keep it stocked and cleaned. They also offered us complimentary waters and great cookies at check in. We came in late and left right after breakfast so we didnt get to use any of the amenities but everywhere we saw looked clean and kept up.

- Tommy (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel; I have used it frequently and will continue to do so. These items will not prevent me from staying there. Two cons: 1) The TV and bed are arranged at right angles in the room. It makes it difficult to watch while in the bed. The TV swivels some but not much. 2) Not really the hotels fault but the traffic noise from 421 is very noticeable in the rooms on the front side. The backside rooms are probably quieter. Left turns out if the parking lot can be tricky with the traffic on 421.

- Paul (10/5): - Our family of four stayed here for our final trip of the summer before school starts. We loved the breakfast and little touches like bottled water in the front lobby. The rooms and facility were clean and updated. Would highly recommend to all!
