Salvo esa nueva condición todo estuvo excelente.

- Arturo (10/5): Paradise - This Hotel is a Paradise in the outskirts of a town without many attractions. Not a tourist destination town, but I would say the Hotel was the main atraction ! Staff is Friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was Delicious ! Also important to mention, the property grounds are very clean and mantained ! And the price is a deal !!!

- Carlos (8/5): - Me guardaría ponerle 5 estrellas a todo, solo por algún par de detalles no lo veo conveniente: 1- Es tan estupendo el lugar que dan ganas de comer ahí pero pues no tienen restaurante. 2- Fuera magnífico si su alberca principal estuviese climatizada, para tener una mejor estadía en sus instalaciones o en este caso que dieran acceso a la otra alberca que tienen en un área secundaria a los huéspedes obvio siempre y cuando no esté rentada en esos momentos. 3- La habitación estupenda muy muy bonita confortable, solo sería de 10 si la regadera tuviera el mantenimiento adecuado. En síntesis la estancia fue bastante buena y agradable sin embargo tiene áreas de oportunidad para subir su nivel. Saludos

Solo podría como punto menos que el agua no sale muy caliente. El lugar no es muy cerca del centro pero en auto estás allí en unos 10 min y si no llevas en qué moverte, de recepción le llaman a taxis quienes llegan muy rápido.

- Belinda (10/5): Mala atención del personal del desayunador - Solo nos quedamos una noche ya que fuimos a la boda de una amiga peeo en nuestra llegada, en recepción nos atendieron muy bien y en la mañana desayunamos , la comidavestaba rica pero, una persona masculino nos dió la bienvenida y anotó el numeron de nuestra abutacion y nos dió la bienvenida pero las personas que sirven el desayuno como que no quieren hablar mucho , solo nos dijeron el nombre de cuatro guisados nunca nos dijeron que también tenían chilaquiles y hot cackes y pues tuvimos que comprar un panecillo empacado para acompañar mi café , de ahi en fuera todo bien , el hotel muy bonito . - vero (10/5): Me encanto - Es un muy bonito hotel, limpio,TRANQUILO, con música ambiental, atención buena, sobretodo la señorita del día de mi check out; la piscina muy bonita y limpia( lástima que el horario es sólo hasta las 8 pm); la habitación muy limpia, acogedora; el baño amplio, muy limpio. Como sugerencia, cambiar las regaderas, sobretodo la de mano, las llaves, que ya se ven oxidadas y la ducha de mano, ligeramente enmohecida.

Sin embargo , te ofrecen un desayuno incluido , el cual es muy malito , restringido y con pocas opciones .- deberian poner un bufette amplio como en muchos hoteles donde ponen jugos , fruta , yoghurt, cereales , huevos al gusto ,chilaquiles , algun guisado etc. solo te ponen chilaquiles o mas bien totopos con salsa , huevo revuelto y papa y te dan porciones extremadamente raquiticas .

- Verified traveler (8/5): Buena experiencia - El lugar es muy bonito, lleno de vegetación y te transporta a otra época, vale mucho la pena. Se agradecería que hubiera servicio de desayuno europeo o americano, aunque en Autlán todo esta cerca. Por la madrugada había música, que aunque no estoy seguro, creo que era del hotel. Y el sensor de fuego o humo dentro de la habitación hace un pitido que en la noche es un poco molesto.

- Clifford Glen (10/5): Exceptional Experience at this Hacienda! - It was a great experience. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were exceptional. Because we are English speaking it was nice to have people who spoke English. The rooms and setting at the hacienda are very well kept. We stayed in one of the unique chalets. We will definitely return. It is located on the edge of the city so we were happy to have our own car for transportation. Taxi’s were only a phone call away if one is needed.

I’m 6’5” and don’t fit in most queen size beds. . I got to hotel late and was very tired, so I didn’t complain until the following day. - David (2/5): 5 star boredom - The positives first: check in went smoothly, this property was a monastery at one time. The grounds are amazing. Unfortunately the negatives were numerous. We were supplied with one glass and one towel and took numerous requests to get 2 of each. The lamp only worked if you plugged it in and then unplugged it to shut off, the switch was broken. The bedspread was stained, with what we don't know. We ran out of hot water twice once at night, once in the morning, and at 3200 feet the water is cold. One English TV channel was provided, yes the one that rots your mind.. There is a beautiful glass enclosed restaurant on the grounds the one highlighted on their website, it's called Love, because they love to keep it closed. When I asked if it was open for breakfast, I was told the restaurant was out of commission. This hotel is way out in the country surrounded by greenhouses, There is nothing within 3 miles of this hotel. To eat you must go into town which is 3 miles away. Front desk informed us it was 80 peso's by taxi, but we later learned of a bus that passes the hotel. In a remote location like this a fridge and microwave would be a asset In the evening there is nothing to do, and I mean nothing A meager continental breakfast is provided.but we were not informed of this' The pool is lovely if you're a polar bear or like freezing. Would definitely not stay here again
- Jesus (10/5): Paradise - We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the highway and is convenient if traveling around the city of Autlan.

- William (10/5): Peaceful Paradise. Leave us alone. - We stayed 5 nights at Estancia in Autlan de Navarro. Absolutely loved our 2 rooms. Our 15 year old daughter had her own room which you can imagine gained many points for old pops.The people were awesome. So willing to help us with room service: calling out for taxi, pollo a la braza, and pizza delivery. We got the "Royal" treatment at "Via Real". Met other guests from Houston, Guadalajara, UC Davis, Sacramento. We got spoiled.Plus the property is so gorgeous in a rustic way. Mango trees and Mourning doves gently cooing.The pool never closes. Ice cold beer and wine fridge in the lobby. My co-workers at the hospital Laboratory asked me, "Is it safe to go to Mexico?" I am so bad, I said with a grin, "No, you better stay home." This is Maria and Bill's secret hide away. Loved it.So fun.
- Kirt (10/5): Beautiful place! - We had a great stay! The hotel is gorgeous & very picturesque! Not many people during our stay. Had the pool to ourselves. The pool swim up bar is not in service nor is there a restaurant onsite. If these amenities were provided you wouldn't want to leave the premises as it's that spacious and breathtaking.
