- Jerie (8/5): It was good. I’ve stayed there a few times. - Large room, clean and comfortable. Good price
- LEE (5/5): -
- Bradley (8/5): -
- Shane (7/5): -
- Logan (6/5): -
- David (3/5): Will do in a pinch if you have no other options - Dirty, dingy, dated,
bathroom fixtures haven’t been cleaned in years, stopper in sink missing, coffee maker so dirty was unusable, poor bedding, pillows flat and stained, poor lighting, loud a/c
Sketchy location
- Justin (7/5): -
- Gary (4/5): Not somewhere would ever stay again. - There was no breakfast. Facilities outside and inside needed major upgrades. This was rated a 4.2. Should have been more like 3.0 at beat. Musty smell in room. Extremely limited TV channels selection. First room offered had an extremely rusted refrigerator . We rejected it and got another room.
- Jesse (7/5): -
- Joshua (8/5): -
- Teresa (4/5): - Location Not clean. Staff didn’t speak English
- Trevor (10/5): - The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.
- Jerie (5/5): I was disappointed about shower and the staff only offered me to shower in another room after I was checking out already - It’s clean and large, quiet I had no shower in the morning because the faucet was replaced on tub and was frozen. The TV also wouldn’t connect to be able to watch Roku
- Jerie (7/5): -
- George (8/5): - a little run down, but at the price it was good deal, and we slept like logs after a weeklong camping trip.
- Josiah (7/5): -
- Ncci (4/5): Used to be a good hotel, not anymore - The room had a strong smell, the chemical they use to wash the bedding is too strong smells really bad.
The room didn't have a blackout curtain, just a clear color curtain that let all the light in day and night.
The Tv and remote didn't work properly. few channels options.
The shower had a leak that never stopped.
Maid knocked on my door at 9:30 asking me if i was leaving, wtf??
- Paula (1/5): Asked for a refund for my last night cause of family emergency and was denied it God for bid if you have family emergenc - The drains in the bathroom and sink wouldn’t drain there was duct tape around the outlets and on the baseboards all around the room
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The proprietor was friendly and made a special effort to give us a room that was easy to access. The room was very well kept, and immaculately clean. You can tell that things were replaced as soon as necessary, and not wholly renovated, so there is some hodgepodge to the decor, but everything is clean and new. The full fridge came in handy, and there is plenty of room. They make special effort to think of extra touches. We were really impressed. What a great value!
- Darrin (2/5): - This place was so nasty we paid not to stay there
- Deborah (5/5): Passable -
- Hongwei (6/5): - Room it’s okay but the hallway it’s messy as seems. It much regular clean up going on. House keeping don't knock the door when wanna clean the room.
- Chris (4/5): Better find a different place - It’s an okay motel. Definitely wouldn’t want my whole family staying. The room looked part way renovated. New floors and tile on bathroom walls.
The room was missing its smoke detector which I believe is illegal. The hair blower didn’t work, mold on shower curtain, and cigarette holes on the comforter. There was also water under the lamp. Not sure how it got there.
- Heather (7/5): Good -
- Dionne (5/5): DWilliams' Review - The room was clean. The location was close to other venues we were attending. I did not like that we could not view MORE channels on the TV.
I also did not like that there was no phone in the room. It also would have been nice to have a lamp/light on the nightstand or between the beds.
- Ross (7/5): Good -
- Pat (6/5): - The area looked a little sketchy and the place reeked of weed.
- Denner (1/5): Bad - Price. Shower. AC. Dirty floors, dirty toilet, hole in a wall, front door didn't close properly, kitchen sink had no hot water, bathroom sink was cracked .
- Gregory Lydel (6/5): - It was okay.
- Brad (1/5): Horrible nightmare! Not clean. Zero rest - Nothing! Room was not clean. It felt Ghetto and old. They are renting out long term to people. My room had an adjoining paper thin door to the people in the next room that had a non-stop barking dog, were screaming and fighting all day and night and had the Tv volume up full and sounded like the guy was lifting weights. It was like being in the same room. Owner said they had no other rooms and did nothing at all about their disruptive long term tenants Let me count the ways. This is a zero star motel renting long term to hood rats.
- Trisha (6/5): - Room had been updated but a little dirty. Bathroom was not clean.
- Brian (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (10/5): - All good
- John (8/5): - Independent Hotel.
Inside room was VERY CLEAN.
Property is located in a business park type of area.
Easy walk to local establishments for Food, Beverage & Shopping. my only criticism is they would not answer the telephone when I called to inform them my arrival was significantly delayed due to canceled flight
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Leslie (6/5): - Shower did not work so we were forced to take baths. It is difficult to wash long hair without a shower so this was a huge inconvenience. Multiple items within the room in need of repair. Room was overpriced at $110 due to multiple events in the area. Room was adequately clean and the area felt safe, but the door handle to our room was loose and felt as it could break off with enough force. Staff were very nice. Would stay again for lower price and room with shower.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Needs a complete make-over - Entrance door is a sorry sight of pealing paint. The refrigerator is pock-marked with rust and is also pealing. The shower plumbing is very hard to manage; no one of age should stay is this place. The mattress is worn out and extremely soft. The pillows were poor. The decor is from another era. The furniture would not sell at a garage sale. I was told at check-in that the cable is out, leaving about 12 local channels only.
- Peter (8/5): - The room was clean, the refrigerator in the room was noisy and kept me up a little. The manager was very nice and it was reasonably priced as we came for the Berkshire Meeting.
- Brad (7/5): We would stay here again for the price and location - Perfect location for what we needed. Priced very affordable. Could use some updating but was a pleasant place to stay
- Lamb (4/5): It is old needs fixed - Nothing No water in the sink
- Kathy (9/5): Superb -
- Jerie (8/5): I’d stay again - Big room, kitchenette, recliner. Quiet. Bed was “ satisfactory” pillows stiff. Pool was closed. The reason I chose this property.
- Brad (4/5): - The room was clean but in bad need of repair. Electrical switch covers missing. Duct tape on the walls covering something??? The outside door had most of the paint chipped away. The water temperature control valve on the shower was impossible to figure out because it opened as many turns as you would want it to turn in the one direction. Once we found the ‘sweet spot’ to get warm water, it just kept getting hotter and hotter to where we had to start over from off to a temperature that was comfortable. Then we didn’t turn the water off until we had both completed our showers. The waste basket rim was broken in several places. But we both thought the mattress was very comfortable even though we were only provided two flat pillows. The parking area was very well lit during the nighttime hours.
- Matthew (4/5): - Place is run down...
- Josh (8/5): Relaxing - The owner was very nice and polite he took me in a reasonable time and accommodated me in any way I needed There's nothing I didn't like about the property except for the price was maybe just a smidge too high
- Tamara (10/5): - Convenient overnight stay, close to the hospital.
- George (4/5): - Bed stand light with no bulb. Plunger by the toilet? What message does that send?Door security lock broken. Stain on a pillow case. Kids running around in the parking area. (And they don’t speak English). I know because I tried talking to them. Overall not a good stay.
- Aramis (9/5): Great Stay - Great Price for good Clean room Could use new Shower head in the room we stayed in Room 237
- Ernest (8/5): - It was good. Nothing wrong with it.
- Ronald (6/5): Pleasant - The gentleman at the counter was nice The beds were very hard, and the pillows were very old and flat and smelled old musty . The sheets and blankets seemed to not match like they went to thrift shops to get them. They also had a refrigerator that was unplugged and rusty.. I'm glad I was there only overnight. I couldn't sleep at all
- Glenn (8/5): Very good - Nice beds clean bathroom had large fridge and microwave Flat pillows broken lamp
- William (8/5): - Property is dated and not kept up.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Location was convenient.
Price was right
- Lisa (8/5): Great location, clean facility, reasonably priced. - Attending an event at a nearby establishment, this facility was in an excellent location. The photos made us think we’d step into an 80s time warp but there was new LVT and paint. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was reasonably priced and I would gladly stay there again.
- Lindsay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (6/5): - The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfy. The fridge was clean on the inside but a lot of on the door and frame. There was a hole above the bed which was covered in duck take. The outlet next to the bed was also held together by duct tape
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Cecelia (10/5): - While the hotel is older and needs updating, it was clean and we had no issues. Employees were all friendly and helpful.
- Cecelia (10/5): - Clean but older units. Needs updating but being clean makes it ok.
- Andrea (6/5): Pleasant -
- steven (6/5): Road trip - Road trip
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Nancy (2/5): - This was a place for day laborers, not travelers. The place was filthy. People were working on their cars and one car on the lot was up on blocks. The description on Expedia was completely false.
- Amanda (2/5): Very poor - Outdated , dirty, and rusty
- Jose (8/5): Very good - Large and clean room. Confortable beds. Big refrigerator, toaster, cabinets, etc.
It's like my home!
- Chris (8/5): Good value for the price. - The price was affordable, the room was clean, and the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The description of the room mentioned a toaster, but there wasn't one.
- Tara (8/5): Very good -
- Phillips (1/5): Bad - Had trouble getting into the room. Beds were uncomfortable. Didn’t feel comfortable or safe
- Sjeff2795 (9/5): Superb -
- Betsy (7/5): good price for a place to sleep - clean. nothing fancy but a decent place to sleep. loved the kitchenette with full sized fridge! bed not that comfortable, but sufficient
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Ralph (6/5): - Okay for $75/night, but we will not be rushing back
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dene (10/5): Exceptional - We like the staff they are always friendly and our room is always nice . I'm not sure
- K v (6/5): - Out of date room but clean and well-equipped.
Stressful because we were trying to change the reservation within the allotted time, but due to hotels.com system crashes while communicating and completing the adjustment, we missed the window and had to be charged extra.
- Donetha (8/5): Great room for the price - Clean. Comfortable. Had an apartment sized fridge and a microwave. Staff was super friendly. Enormous room. Fridge did not work. Room could use some updating (paint, etc).
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mathew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (4/5): - Property is run down and need of repairs. Junk is under the stairs. The fridge in our room had rust on the door and there were holes in the bedding.
- Kelly (6/5): - Staff was friendly,room was clean
- Reid (8/5): - Terrribly dirty room with stains all over the carpet. Bathroom in bad shape with grout missing from the floor and door obviously patched for holes. Window coverings torn, bedding with burn holes and stains. We had a three day reservation but moved out after one. We were afraid to even check the swimming pool area. We saw drug paraphernalia outside of the hotel. Just say no to this facility.
- Crystle (7/5): Good -
- Steve (8/5): - Great staff
- Verified traveler (10/5): Diamond in the rough - No frills suite full kitchen 2 beds good area older hotel great family ran I believe.
- Bob (6/5): Needs upgrading but decent - Full fridge spacious No bath drain second floor. Older tv. Tried to tell booking I cancelled my appt. Which was a lie
- Gerald (6/5): Facility needs a massive remodel. - Location & price Outlet covers are broken- safety issue. Gap under door let insects in. Gap was about a half inch high & 3-4 inches long. No light by sink.
- Charla (7/5): Good - Very friendly staff and clean. Dated
- Sally (6/5): Okay - This was a roadside motel. It was starting to look really rundown. They cleaned our room each day which was nice.
- Jennifer (8/5): - It was clean and comfortable for a night passing through town.
- Melody (6/5): - I did not like the weird dark printed sheets. Hotel sheets need to be white. Dark sheets tell me youre hiding something.
- Brad (8/5): Decent stay. - Good location, quiet. Defrost drain from freezer leaked into fridge.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not safe! Dirty! Walk away! - I felt totally unsafe here. There were cigarette buts on the stairs, it was dirty, and seemed really sketchy. I paid for the room before seeing it, as usual, but after doing so I just felt like I’d be better off going somewhere else. It was just us 2 ladies. We ended up at a Motel 6 which was 5 star in comparison. The hotel refused to refund my money despite Hotels saying it was fully refundable. Hotels.com only offered to give me a $25.00 credit on their site. I will definitely not be trusting the rating system on the site again and will be booking directly from now on. Very disappointed.
- Mitchell (7/5): Good - Friendly

- Kale (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Baby shower - It was very the staff was cool and helpful
