• Robert (8/5): - Great location for access to the airport. Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. The waste basket in the bathroom had not been emptied but the housekeeping staff took care of it and apologized. Also the electric cord on the lamp on the nightstand was damaged and shorted out when I plugged it in. Got a shock from it. But again, the staff took care of it and was very apologetic. Overall, I would stay there again.
• roger (8/5): - With a 14 hour stopover in Hanoi airport, it was perfect for me, enabling a good night's sleep before getting on another long haul flight. The bed was good, the bathroom facilities were fine and the room was a reasonable size.

• NERIDA (6/5): - Nothing unique room was good but they tried to give me cheaper room than what I had booked. I booked a suite with balcony and at first was given a small dark room until I showed them my booking she then told me she would upgrade me I don’t know what from as I had already paid for the suite. Nowhere to eat except their red and the meals were terrible Would not recommend

• Bryna (8/5): - Excellent hotel to use as a quick stop gap when a flight home at an odd hour. $50 for the night to relax and have a shower before a 1am flight. No shopping and limited dining, so just ate at the airport instead. Only a 3 minute drive to departures and the hotel has a private car that they drive you over in for 80,000 VND.

• Karen S (6/5): - Adequate for overnight stay at airport. No services or breakfast. Stairs to navigate. Walk to airport.
• Jerry (6/5): - Convenient location. Fairly basic room, nothing special. TV didn't work, A/C didnt work properly, 2 burnt out light bulbs. Staff was unattentive, looking at their cell phones and talking to one another. Pretty much ignoring our requests.

• Zhao (10/5): - Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost 80000 for cut gave 100,000 vnd with tip. Tip is not required in Vietnam, but use to giving since from USA.

• John (6/5): - There are 2 Noi Bai airport hotels. I thought I booked the other and so went to the wrong hotel. This one, although close to the other is across the other side of a busy 6 Lane highway and difficult to find., whereas the one I intended to book is closer to the airport, just a short 10 minute walk along a path to the right immediately upon exiting the airport. Do not walk out to the airport car park.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 싼게비지떡 - 비행기가 1시 20분 출발이라 잠시 쉬다가 가려고 저렴한 호텔을 예약했는데 최악이라 비추합니다.
• W (6/5): Location is near airport - Initially we were shown to a room which was OK and the receptionist told us it was the last room. However, we were then told to go to another smaller room as the manager said that the receptionist made a mistake. This room smelled of smoke but there was no other room to change to. It also did not feel entirely clean and there were little to no amenities in the area. However, the location was suitable as we had an early flight to catch.
• Flockey (6/5): Nahegelegen zum Flighafen, erfüllt den Zweck - Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, und heruntergekommen. Hauptproblem, die Matrazen waren hart wie Beton, shlafen wurde zur Herausforderung. Der Besitzer dea Hotels war jedoch äuserst freundlich. Wenn man wie wir nur eine Nacht dort verbringt um Zeit zu ûberbrücken ist es das wenige Geld das man bezahlt sicher wert.
• Brenin (6/5): One night only - We walked from airport in about 20 minutes. Bed was rock hard and only had dirty comforter. The airport pick up says free but when asked it is 3 usd. Fine for one night, loud from airplanes but so tired, still able to sleep.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Zweckmäßiges Airporthotel - Das Noi Bai Hotel nicht verwechseln mit dem Noi Bai Airporthotel. Das sind zwei paar Stiefel. Das Noi Bai punktet eigentlich nur mit der guten Lage zum Airport und dem relativ günstigen Preis, ansonsten nur für eine kurze Nacht zu empfehlen. Die Betten sind knochenhart. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. (4 Stockwerke ). Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig, mehr aber nicht. Erwähnenswert noch der hilfsbereite Rezeptionost.
