La ubicación es excelente, con muy buena conexión al transporte público. Cada día nos repusieron toallas limpias y botellas de agua fresca en la nevera, un detalle muy práctico que agradecimos mucho con el calor del verano además del aire acondicionado (1 por habitación). Las camas eran cómodas y pudimos descansar bien tras nuestras jornadas de visitas. El baño incluía una bañera de hidromasaje, que aunque no funcionaba del todo bien (algunos chorros estaban rotos), seguía siendo un plus para relajarse al final del día.

• Rafael (7/5): Look my at my last comment, if this hotel does not become customer friendly I’m not coming back - The property is good and is in a great location The Staff, this is the third time that I give this Hotel a chance, but my issue is always with the staff, not welcoming, and base on my latest experience I had it with this Hotel, I spoke to the front desk when I checked in, I’ve explained that I need to checkout the following day around 2pm cause my train leaves around the same time, the man at the desk told me that it was ok, and I had to paid extra 10.000 won per hour after the designated checkout time, which I don’t have a problem with, I’ve insisted that I wanted to pay up front to avoid inconvenience, knowing the staff of this hotel, I wanted to prevent inconveniences, Front guy insisted that I have to pay at checkout so I left it like that, and sure enough I got a phone call at 12pm demanding to get out cause that is the checkout time, the previous guy should’ve left a note or communicate better, the facility is very good is in a real good location, but the communication with the staff which is my biggest issue is what make me not come back or recommend this Hotel to anybody, is Hotel with so much potential, but they are gonna lose customers base on the lack of friendly staff.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 비추천 - 1. 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 2. 방 크기가 작다는 리뷰는 이미 알고 있었기 때문에 크게 개의치 않았음. 하지만 정말 방이 작아서 자취생의 원룸 같은 느낌이 들었음 3. 침구류는 얼핏 보면 깨끗해 보였지만, 이불에 핏자국이 있었음. 그 핏자국은 이불 가장자리로 벽 쪽에 매트리스 안쪽으로 말아 숨겨져 있었음. 색깔은 붉은색이었고, 그렇게 오래된 핏자국은 아니었으며, 세탁한 이불 같지도 않았음. 4. 침대가 딱딱하고 불편했음. 살면서 이렇게 골판지 같은 느낌의 침대는 처음이었음 5. 도착 후 씻고 잠을 자는데, 일행 모두 몸이 너무 간지럽고 긁으면서 잘 정도였습니다. 침구류가 깨끗하지 않은 것 같았음 6. 침대 옆 작은 책상에는 충전기인지 뭔지 모를 것이 있었고, 주위가 팥죽색 검붉은 색으로 눌러붙어 있었습니다. 잘못 보면 오래된 피 같기도 하고, 오래된 케첩이나 시럽 같기도 했습니다. 확실히 청소가 제대로 되지 않는다는 느낌을 받았음. 7. 전체 벽은 깔끔하게 회색으로 칠해져 있지만, 화장실 문을 열면 바로 앞에 벽돌 모양의 벽이 쌩뚱맞게 있습니다. 이 벽의 울퉁불퉁한 표면에는 이상한 구멍들이 있어 누군가 휴지를 말아 막아놓은 것 같이 보였습니다. 처음엔 누가 코 같은 것을 파고 휴지를 꽂아 놓았나 하는 생각이 들었음. 화장실 앞의 벽이 찜찜한 느낌을 주니, 샤워 후 샤워실 안에서 옷을 입고 나오는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 8. 전반적으로 모텔 같은 느낌이었습니다. 이러한 찜찜함을 감수할 분들은 괜찮겠지만, 그렇지 않은 분들은 다른 숙박업소를 찾아보는 것이 좋습니다. 처음 사진으로만 봤을 때는 부티크 호텔 같은 느낌이었지만, 전혀 그 정도는 아니었습니다. 호텔이라고 하기에는 아주 너~~무 많이많이 부족합니다.

• ティート・サンタレ (9/5): A great place for light travelers looking to expedite their journey - The location was really great being a short walk from the Busan Station or a short bus/subway ride. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We bought some large bottles of beer and they let us borrow a couple of beer mugs to drink from. We had a problem with one of the casters on our suitcase and they let us borrow a screwdriver to fix it as well. Having a cafe in the hotel made getting breakfast a really quick process before heading out and enjoying our day in Busan. The towels were thick, but they were basically hand towels in size. There was no way to turn down the heated floor in the room and some places had hot spots. We did end up opening the window to cool the room down, but then mosquitos started coming into the room. Would have been nice if there was a ramp or an easier way to get our suitcases into the hotel entrance as well. The beds could have also been a bit softer.

• Marit (8/5): Very good - Staff was super friendly. We got fresh towels and water every day. There was a little mini fridge in the room. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Bed was a decent size for two people. We loved the location, it was close enough to Busan Station that even with all of our luggage, it was easy enough to walk from there to the hotel (you can take the metro for one stop, but we thought it was easier to walk than to do that). There’s also a CU right on the corner, and a nice toast place right underneath the hotel, so opportunities to get breakfast, a drink or snack are really close by, and well-priced. There were so many mosquitos unfortunately. It was very humid (rainy and 25 degrees) when we arrived, so when it cleared up in the days after, we liked to open the window (which did have a screen for mosquitos and such), but unfortunately after my friend got stung more than 35 times over the course of two nights, we had to keep the window shut for the rest of our time there (and we still saw mosquitos then

The reception and the lift however are on the first floor. The room had products and water available which was great. The room had a strong smell upon check in but when the air con and/or room was ventilated it was fine.
• Laurent (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Busan if you want reasonnable price - This hotel is not so far from Busan train station, 15-20 minutes walk (there is a metro station, just 5 minutes walk). Staff is very nice. There is an adjacent cofee shop, if u want to have your breakfast. You can leave luggage after checkout. I would recommend the local restaurant just in front the hotel, just cross the street : very delicious and cheap fried cutlet... no tourists, only locals. Very kind owner. Nothing

Could get the TV to work. Stuck on the HDMI. While I got fresh towels, water and garbage was emptied daily, the bed was never made. I wished there was a night light / lamp of some sort that could be left on overnight.

The location was close to Busan Station, which was perfect since we could choose to take a longer trip to the beaches, but had a short distance to lug our suitcases to/from. Nothing, really!

Although the location is in downtown but there is no restaurant for breakfast in a working distance. The cafe in the first floor and business centre was under renovation while we were visiting. No wheelchair access. Even not convenient for big luggages with steps. Molds in the bethroom and towels are so worn out. Adult contents popped up from the computer in the room. No storage space at all. Not recommand for a family trip.

There’s also a convenience store and coffee place right outside! My two complaints are that the room was a little cramped and the bathroom door is way to transparent…like you can watch a person sitting on the toilet. Not great if you’re sharing a room with 4 people.

Enough coffee shops but a little less restaurants and shops since its in a residential area. The room is very clean and well decorated. Bathroom very functioning and clean. Beds are korean style comfort. I would stay here again!

The air con was above the bed and we couldn't sleep with it on due to it drying out our throat and eyes, and then without it on, it was ridiculously hot. We woke up in puddles and my fiance even had to put a wet towel on her to keep her temperature down. The staff in front of the house were kind enough to get us a fan, however it didn't cool the room that much, and we were still sweating buckets. I think the air con wasn't above the bed it would be fine, as we had this issue in other places too. Otherwise the place was great

• YUJOU (8/5): 便利住宿的選擇 - 房間滿大的，但偏潮濕，連續住宿每天早餐選擇都一樣真的會滿膩的，不過飯店乾淨，櫃台有禮貌，可以幫忙叫炸雞、計程車，位置又離12號出口5分鐘以內距離，附近也有便利商店，所以真的很方便，計程車到西面約5000多，到機場約18800元因為行李多要搭地鐵沒有升降梯滿不便的，我們就選擇計程車了，2019年價格提供各位參考。

• KJL (8/5): - 酒店该有的都有，洗发液，沐浴露，护发素，牙刷，肥皂，吹风筒都一应俱全，厕所蛮大的，有智能马桶，房间的电视，冷气虽然都是用一个控制器，但是用法方便，冷气虽然有点吵，但是不怎么会影响睡眠，酒店房每天都有附送2小瓶矿泉水，而且有个小冰箱，虽然电脑不常使用，但是能打中文系统还真的是不错的☺️倒是酒店里的床有点不干净，所以尽量避免赤膊上身睡觉，不然会起痘痘，至于早餐只有鸡肉面包或者鸡蛋面包可以选择，但是鸡肉面包真的蛮好吃的，我住了6天5夜，都吃不腻~虽然早餐在一间小间的咖啡厅里吃，但服务我们的大姐人好亲切，重点有礼貌，酒店住宿地点虽然离闹区几个站，但是都好方便，不会太远，我试过直路走10分钟左右再走过去对面的街去吃24小时营业的大建名家猪肉汤饭，都不是很远^_^（ 酒店离草梁站12号出口出站，直走几步，转右手边前进不到15步再转左手边就会看到酒店了）

• Verified traveler (10/5): 地下鉄出口からすぐ！ - 最寄りの地下鉄草梁駅からすぐ！側にコンビニもあるし、とても便利なホテルでした。朝ごはんのホットサンドも美味しかったです。夏場の子連れ宿泊だったので、コインランドリーがあれば良かったなーと思いますが、着替えの少ない冬場の宿泊なら何の問題もないかも。次も泊まりたいホテルです。
• k (6/5): 房間超迷你、沒有床單猶如學生宿舍 - 無疑這是一次失敗的選擇！完全想像不到房間超小，開門行兩步就上床猶如學生宿舍、一間套房。單行或商務客OK，如果行李多千萬別選，兩個25”的行李完全沒地方打開，打開會阻住行路另一個要放在門口~暈。冷氣機就在頭頂好吵又沒的調較，風大聲到整晚好像在坐飛機。最奇怪的是沒有鋪床單！！？酒店職員說他們這都是這樣的。。。無語。。地點距離草梁站12號出口5分鐘路程，除了地點方便，老闆很友善親切外，沒有其他優點可推薦。
• Tania (10/5): Tiny but inviting room - The staff at Hotel Gray are very friendly and helpful, although not much English is spoken. The room we had was tiny! The bed was a very big comfortable platform and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, but the space to stand within the room was only about 1mx2m, as a couple we had to take it in turns to get dressed! Having said that we would definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): very nice - happy to stay in Hotel Gray, kindness of staff & accessibility of bus, subway station is perfect
• Rahayu (8/5): Modern and chic hotel - Hotel room quite simple and nice. Amenities was completed. The only think need to be improve is the staffs need to be more understand how to speak english. Very sad their english was really bad, but they all very helpfull and nice.
