It was obvious that the real reason was simply to avoid refunding the payment. I also submitted a formal request directly to the hotel, but it was rejected without any cooperation or flexibility. In addition, I filed a complaint with Booking, and until now I have not received any proper response or resolution. Unfortunately, the hotel’s current ratings do not reflect reality at all. The service and overall handling of the situation were far below expectations. A very disappointing experience that I will definitely not repeat. I do not recommend this hotel at all. - Helena (9/5): Overall great, and recommend as the price vs value beats the noisiness at night - Lots of space in the room (deluxe room with 2 double beds), fantastic (modern) shower, and located near the beach! It's at a very busy street, which has its advantages since you have a lot close by. Though, it remains noisy until 11pm since there's live music right opposite from the hotel and you hear everyone down at the street so it was a little challenging to fall asleep

We were told there would be a balcony, but the balcony railing was right against the wall. So there was no balcony. We also had considerable difficulty communicating in English.

- Claryce (9/5): C’était super ! - L’emplacement en face de la plage, le personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant ! Pour les personnes qui ont du mal à s’endormir avec du bruit, il y en a un peu dans la rue, pensez à prendre des bouchons d’oreille !

- Ayako (1/5): 1番最悪なホテルでした - なし。 部屋がくさい。騒音がうるさくて寝られない。掃除後なのにトイレットペーパーが補充されてない。電気が壊れている。ベッドがかたい。プールへ行くには工事現場のような狭い通路を通って隣の建物に行がなければならない。スタッフが無愛想、英語が話せない。 ビーチ近くが良いなら他にもたくさん良いホテルあるかと思うので、ここに泊まる理由はないです。

V koupelně byla plyseň, na ventilator už nepamatuje čištěni. Velke minus byl hluk z venku ktery byl až do půlnoci okna bohužel nejsou těsněna tak to bylo jako by jsme dole byli s nima. Současně vstup do bazenu je ve vedlejši budově a celkově voda tam nepůsobila čistě. Take mi chyběla možnost pujčeni osušek na plaž.

Enjoyed eating at Athena Greek restaurant dinner and Bikini Bottom for lunch and laundromat close by. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Floorboards are uneven and could cause tripping hazard. Some broken tiles in shower. The weirdest shower with water running from shower, to the floor in toilet and then drain. The shower needs a lip to stop the water going to toilet room area. Andddd the constant Bun Bao on speaker going all day and night, thank goodness for ear plugs!!

- Adrian (10/5): Schickes Hotel in einer top Lage - Schönes Hotel in einer top Lage in Da Nang. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir konnten unkompliziert einen Scooter über das Hotel mieten und auch direkt vor der Tür parken.

Don’t expect a beautiful rooftop pool as in the photos. the reality is just 2 dirty broken sun loungers not fit for purpose. My room with no hot water, broken Tv and a safe that did not lock. The windows above the bed were cello-taped together but still had gaps that allowed bugs to get in all night long. Checked out after the 1st night of 3 night stay.

Meget smilende og altid hjælpsomme i receptionen. De rejser sig hver gang man kommer - hilser. Værelset er godt og skønt med døren der åbnes ud til gaden. Altid rent Ligger godt på en gade der har alt og tæt på stranden Morgenmaden var kedelig og tør Personale ved morgenmaden var modsat receptionen - de virkede som om man var til besvær. Det tog 15 minutter at få fried egg Gulvet i værelset har set bedre dage og trykket i bruseren er ikke det bedste

Die Lage ist eigentlich super, sie liegt in einer Fußgänger Zone mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Es war leider etwas laut, weil ich ein Zimmer Richtung Straße hatte.

Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die es gerne zentral mögen – sowohl der Strand als auch Geschäfte und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück, das bei meinem Preis inklusive war, hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen und bot einen tollen Start in den Tag. Mein Zimmer war gemütlich und für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder! YT@Böller IRL

All the staff are awesome, very helpful friendly kindling special thanks to Tu - I liked the location of hotel being close to China Beach and all the restaurants in My An . I liked all the staff all very friendly and helpful. I liked my spacious bedroom suite and its very comfortable bed. I liked enjoying the morning buffet breakfasts. The pool area was remote difficult to access. There was no fitness spa centre in building. Some building maintenance was required to my room but I only reported to staff on check out. Noise loud music from restaurant opposite on street on my first night (but I changed rooms).

It’s located in the most popular part of the city, so don’t expect a quiet, deserted atmosphere. There are definitely more tourists than locals around. 😉 If you’re looking for a peaceful place far from crowds, this might not be the best choice. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and ready to assist with anything you need. Breakfast: Good, with plenty of options to choose from, and the selection changed every day. Overall: Absolutely great value for the price. The area, although very attractive and lively, is quite crowded with tourists. However, this is only a downside if that bothers you – it didn’t bother us at all.

- Michael (7/5): Ok place - Location as it concerns the beach and neighborhood is great. Nice enough staff, good enough room. No hot water. That would be fine if it was hot out, but it wasn't and all those cold showers sucked. There is no fan, ac, or ventilation, so it's stuffy. You can open the door, but then comes the noise from the street (it's quiet from about 130-330a, that's it) and the mosquitoes. I wouldn't call it luxury, or a suite, and the balcony was more of a technicality than anything else.
