• Dilara (7/5): Özenli bir konukseverlikle daha iyi olabilirdi - Tesisin konumu ve bulunduğu bina, şehrin ruhunu yansıtıyordu. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Tesisin sahibinin Whatsapp üzerinden bilgilendirmeleri faydalı oldu. Tesiste odaların temizliği kabaca yapılıyordu, ısrarlı ricalarımız neticesinde 4 gece konaklamamızda 1 kez çarşaflarımız değiştirildi, tesiste yüzyüze iletişim kurulabilecek bir personele çok nadiren rastlanabiliyordu, işletme sahibi süreçte hiç gelmedi, odamızın baktığı cadde çok gürültülüydü, karşı binadaki inşaat/restorasyon süreci nedeniyle pencereden içeri toz giriyordu. Mobilya ve elektronik eşyalar eskimiş kabul edilebilecek yenilenmesi gereken görüntüye sahipti. 4 gece konaklamamız için odamıza sadece 4 poşet çay ve 1 adet nescafe paketi bırakılmıştı, ikram su dahi yoktu, bir defa kullandığımız çay kupası bile temiziyle değiştirilmedi.

Hôte agréable et serviable qui nous a donné bcp d informations même si nous ne l avons pas rencontré. La propreté laissait à désirer et le bruit des travaux dans la rue etait infernal . Il faudrait investir dans des triples vitrages et des rideaux occultants au prix de la chambre.

• Kallia (8/5): Excellent location and helpful host, but cleanliness needs improvement - We stayed for 4 nights as a family with a child and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent. You can easily walk everywhere, including Vatican City, Trastevere, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. There are also bus stops nearby (although we didn’t really need them), a Carrefour Express supermarket, a bakery (Monteforte) where we had breakfast every day, as well as many restaurants and gelaterias. The check-in process was very easy and communication with Andrea was excellent. He/she was always available and very helpful, suggesting restaurants and even recommending a LEGO exhibition when they realized we were traveling with our 11-year-old son. The building itself is beautiful, a 17th-century property with a lot of character. The room was nice and, as promised, quite quiet — especially when the windows were closed, which significantly reduced the street noise. However, cleanliness is an area that definitely needs improvement. Some of these issues have already been mentioned in other reviews, so it is surprising that they have not been addressed. For example, the curtains were stained, the walls were dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom as well as spider webs on the ceiling. While the bed sheets and towels were clean and of good quality, the covers were old wool blankets without covers, which was not ideal. Housekeeping during the stay was minimal — mainly limited to emptying the trash and making the beds. Overall, a very well-located and charming place with a helpful host, but better attention to cleanliness would make the experience significantly better and would meet the expectations of a “luxury” guesthouse.

• Maria (4/5): • Schmutziges, ungepflegtes Zimmer – absolut nicht empfehlenswert. - Lokalisation Wir sind angekommen, haben unser Gepäck abgestellt und sind zunächst in die Stadt gegangen. Als wir später zurückkamen und uns das Zimmer genauer angeschaut haben, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Hätten wir das Zimmer nicht bereits im Voraus bezahlt, hätten wir die Unterkunft sofort gewechselt. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft offensichtlich nicht richtig vorbereitet und sehr schmutzig. Ich habe Fotos gemacht und diese an die Kontaktperson geschickt. Die Reaktion darauf war enttäuschend: Es wurde lediglich behauptet, dass so etwas noch nie vorgekommen sei – eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Später kam eine Dame, die offenbar für die Reinigung zuständig ist, und hat nachgebessert. Trotzdem war das Zimmer weiterhin nicht sauber. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber waren. Alles andere war jedoch in einem schlechten Zustand: alte Wolldecken ohne Bezüge, schmutzige Kissen mit Haaren – insgesamt sehr unhygienisch und unangenehm. Zusätzlich haben wir von anderen Gästen im Haus erfahren, dass es wohl größere und deutlich bessere Apartments in anderen Etagen gibt. Diese wurden uns jedoch nicht angeboten. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

• Monika (10/5): Nagyon pozitív! Szívesen visszamegyünk! - Andrea a tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész volt, mindig elérhető volt, azonnal reagált, az utazás előtt a kérdésekre. A szállás a legjobb helyen volt, mindenhez közel, sétával mindent elértünk, ami fontos helyszín volt. A 64-es, 40-es busz szinte a ház előtt állt meg. A szállás tiszta, jól felszerelt és kényelmes volt. Az erkély csodálatos volt. A fő út ellenére a zárt ajtókon belül csendes volt a szoba. Az utca végén még a Vittorio-t is látni lehetett. Nagyon szívesen ajánlom a szállást mindenkinek. A ház aljában egy remek étterem volt házi tésztákkal. A piac 5 perc sétára volt, a Vatikán 20 perc séta. A Termini busszal 25 perc volt. Nekünk mindenben megfelelt a szállás. Még a csomagokat is megőrizték a check out után. Köszönjük szépen!

Hår i brusekabinen og i sengen/sengetæpperne. Receptionen stank af parfume, lige til at få ondt i hovedet af og lugten trak ind på værelset. Kloakdæksel nede på vejen larmede ekstremt meget, så man vågnede hver gang biler kørte over.

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio: pulitissimo, ordinato e dotato di tutti i servizi promessi, senza brutte sorprese. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta per visitare Roma; ci ha permesso di muoverci con estrema facilità e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse in pochissimo tempo. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario, Andrea, che è stato un valore aggiunto incredibile. Oltre a essere super gentile, ci ha guidati nella scelta di ristoranti e locali autentici dove mangiare benissimo, evitandoci le solite trappole per turisti. Ci ha anche fornito un utilissimo vademecum con consigli pratici per visitare la città in totale sicurezza. Se cercate un posto affidabile e un'accoglienza calorosa a Roma, questa è la scelta giusta. Ev sahibimizi görmesek de herşey yolundaydı WhatsApp üzerinden detaylı bilgilendirme yaptı. Sistem güzeldi bir sorun yaşamadık Kahvaltı ve kahve servisi olsa daha konforlu olurdu. ZIj heeft wel de nodige uitleg gegeven wanneer we info vroegen. Er was 1 koffie voor 5 dagen voorzien, de vuile tassen bleven gedurende 5 dagen staan, er werd niet gepoetst enkel het bed werd opgemaakt. We vroegen zelf om verse handdoeken. Het was eigenlijk niet zo netjes.

Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare la posizione strategica: perfetta per tuffarsi subito nell’atmosfera vivace del centro e vivere la città senza perdere tempo negli spostamenti. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e anche dopo il check-out è stata un grande valore aggiunto, che ci ha permesso di sfruttare fino all’ultimo minuto del nostro soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea, il gentilissimo gestore, che ci ha dato consigli pratici e mirati, rivelatisi davvero preziosi durante la visita. Assolutamente consigliato!

We walked everywhere never took a bus, Location is really great. Host was very kind to send all recommendations and prompts reply in case is needed. If I really need to say something maybe I would add a coffee machine instead of soluble coffee.

• Şilen (10/5): perfect!!! - I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect. The owner was extremely kind, understanding, and always ready to help. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Çarşaf takımlarının temiz olmadığını söyledik. Çamaşırhaneden bu şekilde geldiğini söylediler. Eşyaları eski idi. Kahve yoktu. Çay da eksilince biz söylemeden yenisini koymadılar.Apartmanda personel olmadığı için acil eksik bir şey olduğunda mesajla haberleşiyorduk.

• Mitchell (10/5): Perfect, staff gave us recommendations on nice restaurants in the local area, felt really welcomed. - Facilities were clean, beds were comfortable, close to the centre of Rome, and landmarks. Don’t have a bad word to say.

• Eileen (9/5): This property was gorgeous and a perfect location to see all Rome has to offer!! - The location was just perfect for walking to all of Rome’s sites, on both sides of the river! The hotel itself is gorgeous, it has beautiful marble and an adorable court year! Andrea was amazing! She arranged a driver, Angelo, for us for the airport! Also, she made many great recommendations! The rate included breakfast, but it was unavailable. The shower door didn’t shut properly .
• Yari (3/5): Terrible, I could not sleep because of noise and safety. - Room was clean although it smelled. I was glad it had a safe. The room is impossibly noisy — we had to leave after just one night because we could not sleep and they refused to reimburse us for the two teaming nights (though we only asked for one). Also, the place feels unsafe as there is no one in the premises, doors have no door viewer. Room had whiffs of sewer smell.

• Luisa (9/5): - Posizione, pulizia, dimensione camera, gentilezza staff. Gli scuri nelle finestre non si chiudevano. Basta una tenda oscurante.
• Nataliya (10/5): - We had a wonderful 2 days in Rome. Thanks in large part to the hotel, its location and the most attentive owner Andrea! Andrea, when he found out that my husband was celebrating an anniversary, offered to change our room to a more comfortable one. Then he offered us a quality transfer from the airport to the hotel at a reasonable price, and a transfer was also provided back. We were also offered recommendations for restaurants and they were all excellent! The room was clean and spacious, the towels were soft and fresh, everything we needed was available. After check-out, we were offered to leave our things at the reception until the transfer arrived. I sincerely recommend it to all travelers!
