morgane (7/5): Agréable, j’y reviendrai si l’occasion se présente. - L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est vraiment charmant, très accueillant et à l’écoute. Le bâtiment est sublime, je n’ai pas mangé au restaurant mais la salle était vraiment belle, l’espace d’accueil est confortable, tout est décoré avec goût. La terrasse était également très agréable, le parking était facile d’accès. J’avais la chambre qui donnait au dessus du restaurant, c’était un peu bruyant tôt le matin. Concernant la chambre elle était plutôt spacieuse, le lit était (à mon goût) un peu trop ferme. Il était difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche, du moins il fallait laisser couler longtemps.

Repas : proche de la perfection. Chambre spacieuse Petit déjeuner excellent et très complet. Accueil excellent. Personnel souriant

Marie Christine (9/5): Une halte de charme lors d'un long voyage. - L'hôtel est parfait et correspondait à notre attente. La chambre décorée avec soin et une literie très confortable. Pas de petit déjeuner (départ trop tôt) mais un repas la veille au restaurant : moment de charme sur la terrasse, bonne cuisine et un personnel attentif. Un établissement à recommander.

La fenêtre était grande ouverte dans notre chambre quand nous sommes arrivés à 23h30. Il faisait froid et nous avons eu un mal de chien à comprendre comment la fermer.

There is a pump that makes a dreadful noise every hour waking you up. Very cheap plastic floors, no soap in shower. Very unpleasant part of my trip and the worst stay I have had in France. Definitely don’t recommend

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu goûter à la cuisine à priori très prisée, le restaurant étant fermé ce soir là. Si passage de nouveau dans la région, on ne cherchera pas ailleurs.
Barby (10/5): Langon was a wonderful town to visit and I would stay at Logis Hote-Restaurant Maison Claude Darroze - Our room looked out on to the patio, The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious. As in many historic buildings, the 1st floor is up a flight of stairs. The last 4 steps had a rope banister which moved when I grabbed it and made me uncomfortable.

It gave one a feeling of comfort. - Breakfast was good , although nothing cooked - eggs etc; Location, although in town, was ok because of the car park behind the hotel. The restaurant was good - a nice place to be in. The menu was a bit resticted especially for vegetarians, however, there was fish available,which I enjoyed. I forgot to say that I prefer to have a shower in the bathroom but if it has to be a bath then grab handles to aid getting in and out are really essential, especially for older people!
