Rosalba (9/5): - Zona comoda con tante strutture utili nelle vicinanze, c’è anche un parcheggio pubblico coperto a meno di 200 metri. Lo staff impeccabile, ci ha accolti marek che è stato sempre disponibile e gentile sia prima che durante il soggiorno, aiutandoci con ogni dubbio e/o esigenza. La struttura è ben organizzata, moderna, così come le stanze. Dotata di tutto il necessario e uguali a quanto detto e mostrato nelle foto! Prezzi ottimi. Unico appunto che soprattutto nelle sistemazioni con più persone sarebbe meglio aumentare la dotazione di cose essenziali come la carta igienica, Inoltre gli spazi sono tenuti bene, nel complesso puliti, però si potrebbe migliorare in alcune parti della stanza

Rob (10/5): It is a perfect solution for a short visit of Parma and its surroundings. - Better information about the possibilities on how to park a (rental) car.
Suan (7/5): Good - The host was already on site waiting to welcome us. Shops and puclic transport are at walking distance. Free parking is easy to find nearby, opposite side of via Felimig (away from the hospital where is either free for residents or payment) This accomodation suits more short stay than long stay, kitchen could be better equipped, bed could be more conmfortable and the rubbish bins should be bigger or there should be more bins to separate difference reciclable material.

Thais (9/5): This is a great unit, secure - The owner gave very clear instructions on how to get into the unit. The unit location is superb. We weren't give the instructions on how to exit the building...it was a challenge because we not only had to exit the building but we needed to get ourselves and our ebikes out and through the external gate and we didn't know how to open the external gate without a key:(
