Marco (8/5): Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Straubing. - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das wir unsere Fahrräder in die Garage stellen durften war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war eigentlich in Ordnung nur die Kunststoff Pflanzen und Lampen waren total verstaubt. In der Garage steckte ein Kabel mit nicht Isolierten enden in der Steckdose, ein paar Birnen waren kaputt und der Backofen funktionierte nicht richtig. Wir habe das sofort bemängelt es kam aber keiner. Leider gab es auch für die Heizung keine Bedienungsanleitung. Die Programme am Fernseher musste ich auch selber einstellen, obwohl die Umstellung bei Vodafone schon ein paar Wochen her war.

Für Hunde optimal in der Nähe Grünfläche mit Kotbeutel und Abfalleimer. Nach 2 Tagen frische Handtücher. Wir hatten nichts aus zusetzen. Ein sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes Apartment, Zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Gastronomie in der Nähe.

Horst-Rüdiger (6/5): Gut für 2-3 Nächte Städtetrip, da sehr Zentral gelegen - Zentral gelegen aber keine öffentlichen Parkplätze in der Nähe, man musste in einer Tiefgarage für 10 Euro parken. Das Schlafzimmer ging zur Straße raus und man hatte ab 6.00 Uhr Verkehrslärm. Neben dem Schlafzimmer war die Heizung dadurch war die Räumlichkeit sehr warm, durch die Straße konnte man das Fenster nicht offen lassen.

Germaine (8/5): Smart practical private peaceful - Quiet, private, safe and comfortable. Practical kitchen with hob, kettle, fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom modern and practical. Good bike parking. Shopping close by. Toilet a bit low for us.

Karoly (10/5): I am coming back next year and highly recommend it for most of people - The design was amazing, the bed was as a standard, massive and comfortable. the wall in the bathroom showed a luxury feeling, I love that. Find the car park was a tricky point, but solved. Enter to the property and the room. After a few minutes the enter was successful.

miss (10/5): Top Hotel, Top Service, Wunderbares Hotel Erlebnis - Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben. 1A Hotel und 1A Service. Hilfe und Entgegenkommen war ausgesprochen nett und professionel. Apartment hat 1A Ausstattung, soooo gemuetlich. Schickes Design. Da steckt ein guter Geschmack dahinter. Werde mich Sicherheit wieder hier uebernachten. VIELEN DANK fuer alles !

Susana (8/5): Very good - The property is clean and modern, and right in the town center. As we booked late, we didn’t get any code to access the property and it was quite hard to reach the reception.

Edwin (10/5): Host were great, had early check in and assisted as best they could with the circumstances. Great - Location, Rooms with amenities altho we only stayed i night. (Had 2 weeks in Straubing and wish we had booked there in stead) No Infor on Stairs. No elevator. We were lucky my 85year old mother had the ground apartment so we had no issues.

Stefan (10/5): Sehr schönes Appartement - Hervorragende Lage. Zentral aber ruhig da man die Fenster zum Innenhof öffnen kann. Untetstell- und Lademöglichkeit für EBikes in der Garage nebenan. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Sauberkeit insbesondere rund um unter dem Bett. Hier lag eine dicke Schicht Staub. Wir nahmen erstmal den (vorhandenen) Staubsauger.
