• Chiara (8/5): Addio al nubilato - La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale. Accanto alle galleria Umberto I e a due passi dalla funicolare e dai quartieri spagnoli. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e dato che sul soppalco c’erano 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 divani letto siamo riuscite a dormire tutte insieme. Inoltre il signor Mario è stato molto cortese e disponibile. dato che sabato la sposa stava male abbiamo chiesto se era possibile un prolungamento del check-out così da avere un appoggio nel caso che anche domenica stesse male. Ci siamo trovate bene. L’unica cosa forse il pavimento appena si entra che è leggermente imbarcato e a primo impatto sembra di stare in barca ma comunque vivibile!

Urla durante la notte provenienti dalla galleria che hanno disturbato il nostro riposo... Non dipende ovviamente dal b&b ma è stato parecchio invadente, probabilmente sarebbe opportuno richiedere un controllo delle autorità durante le ore notturne...

Alcune parti del pavimento erano scollate. Provando ad accendere il condizionatore si sentiva un po' di puzza di reflui. Mi rendo conto che la posizione dell'appartamento è invidiabile ma certe cose andrebbero curate maggiormente. Basterebbe poco.

• Carmelina (10/5): Una fantastica sorpresa - Siamo venuti a Napoli per la Neapolis Marathon e Maison Toledo è stato una vera sorpresa: camera impeccabilmente pulita, spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio, con spazi ampi e confortevoli che raramente si trovano in un B&B in pieno centro. Anche i servizi offerti, l’ascensore riservato, la colazione e la disponibilità del proprietario sono stati davvero eccezionali e hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo presto. Assolutamente nulla.

• Giovanni (8/5): Capodanno in piazza del plebiscito: semplicemente stupendo. - la posizione della struttura è perfetta, a due passi da piazza plebiscito. la casa è molto accogliente, gli spazi sono ben divisi e ci sono due bagni, devo dire che è davvero ottimale in tutto. Il proprietario si è messo a nostra disposizione per gli orari del check-in e ci ha concesso anche un ora in più il giorno del check-out, quindi su struttura e proprietario nulla da dire. Il bagno era pulitissimo, ma, essendo cieco, si sentiva un brutto odore all'interno, dovuto dalla mancanza di finestre. Poi con i soldi che abbiamo pagato per aver pernottato una sola notte (LA NOTTE DI CAPODANNO) ci aspettavamo almeno una colazione compresa nel prezzo.

There was mold all over the shower we couldn’t even use it, there was daylight shining all around the doorway and you could see how the lock mechanism wasn’t really attached to much of anything, one good kick and someone would be in the apartment. there were people randomly ringing our doorbell, I’m assuming mistakenly because there was a business located right next to our door but it was very unsettling with 3 kids. We ended up leaving a day early

The Staff at the reception was Helpful and Nice. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Naples. Bathroom is a bit small but of adequate size

• Nicola (10/5): Beautiful stay, thank you Pietro and Maison Toledo - Location: Is inside Galleria Umberto I and close to most of attractions, is in Toledo street where people take a stroll and where are many shopping place, restaurants, bars, etc. ,our room was not so big but clean with modern bathroom, beds are comfy it's not a complaint but in the same street there are other hotels/b&bs that are called Toledo something, it would be appropriate to put a sign directly on the entrance gate, especially for people like me who are visually impaired, because the navigator had indicated a gate on the opposite side of the street that had a Toledo hotel inside, however Pietro was super kind and in addition to giving me precise instructions on the phone he also came down to welcome us
• Verified traveler (6/5): - This is not a hotel,but a flat converted into units to rent.Taxi can not get to the entrance due to pedestrian zone.It was clean,but had that unpleasant sewer odor coming from the plumbing. Low quality bedding. Location is very good,but not much more beside that. In my opinion,definitely not a place that deserves the rating it has.

• Diane (10/5): - Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak English, but used Google Translator. -Entrance is a little tricky. Enter next to/under Zara. Then turn left up 2 steps where there is a security guard. Elevator up, go left, then right, then left again. Entrance is on the right. Look for the signs on the wall. Small reception area. You will receive many keys! Free wifi.

• Michelle (10/5): Wonderful, clean and modern apartment near Galleria Umberto with easy walking access to sites. - Maison Toledo 210 exceeded our expectations. Mario was incredibly helpful with check in and through the entirety of our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great - right in the middle of everything yet it felt safe and was quiet in the apt. We walked to restaurants, shops, the funicular and all tourist spots. We got pizza from Gino Sorbillo across the street (delicious!) and brought it back to the apt with plenty of room at the table to eat. It was especially festive for the Christmas holiday. We did not have a car. It was easy to find taxis to the train station on the backside of Galleria Umberto.

• O3086TNmm (2/5): LA MAISON OF SCAMMERS - LA MAISON OF SCAMMERS. Dear Guests, stay far away from this bed and breakfast. Before your arrival, they tried to be nice and welcoming, awaiting later on, to realize where the scam is. The manager, a young lady, gave us room number 4. On the first night, for the entire night, continuously we heard an extreme loud noise. We realized that was an electric motor pump for the water. This pump, is installed, on the terrace just behind our room. The next day we called the manger and i asked her to solve the issue, otherwise i would have left. She promised a solution. IT WAS A LIE! The next night, same loud noise. We could not sleep. Additionally, the room was dirty when we arrive. TERRIBLE STAY AND MANAGER LIER TO KEEP YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY!!!!!!
• Christina (4/5): Not worth it. - We knew it was difficult to find. However when we did find it, we could not contact anyone on the intercom. It was a very odd situation with no lobby, only a building door in a small interior courtyard for cars. Finally someone answered the buzzer but still no communication. When the clerk appeared we did not feel welcomed and he spoke no English. Our room was large but awkwardly appointed with bad lighting but a comfortable bed. The shower was a tiny and prefab and the plastic soap dispenser broke upon trying to use it. We were given a huge pile of keys which all went to different things- our room, the elevator, door at the lobby and the gate to the courtyard.

The only problem we had was not being able to get in the hotel for almost an hour. :((. We were busy trying to find transportation to the hotel from Naples and the hotel called us to confirm of our arrival time during that chaotic time. So we missed his calls/messages on what’s app when we arrived to airport. Wish they could have messaged a day before to let us know instructions how to get in at check in. We arrived after 5 pm and you have to buzz in but there are many buttons so you have to know which button is the correct one. They did compensated us to a bigger room, which we were happy about bc the smaller room with the bunk beds was small, it didn’t feel like a welcoming room. Don’t purchase the small rooms. But the bigger rooms are nice and great views from the balcony in either rooms. Thank you for a kind and patient customer service. I also read in reviews it was loud at night to sleep but there were no noise at all. Slept peacefully. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Le bruit est toutefois présent mais ne nous a paradoxalement pas dérangé. Comme le sani broyeur qui est surprenant mais on s'y fait. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans la galerie commerciale dans un café où c'est correct pour un café et une viennoiserie. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement recyclé en hébergement de 5 chambres. Des choses à revoir pour moderniser et arranger des choses mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon point de départ pour des pérégrinations dans cette superbe ville.

• Francesca (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione ottima per girare a piedi la città. Il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo la struttura è molto datata. I bagni sono ricavati all’interno della camera e ogni volta che si utilizza l’acqua parte una pompa molto rumorosa che può disturbare chi sta dormendo. La colazione, senza infamia e senza lode, è servita al bar dentro la galleria da personale non proprio accogliente.
