- Dominic (5/5): Nichts besonderes. - Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Wir Hatten gefühlt 30 grad im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Außerdem konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen weil so laute Musik bis 02:00 in der Früh gespielt wurde. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders ansprechend.

- Dezou_ (10/5): - I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Constanta, and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The personnel are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything needed. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day perfectly. The food at the hotel restaurant is also absolutely delicious, with great variety and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay !

Ca de fiecare data, totul a fost impecabil: de la curățenia din cameră până la amabilitatea personalului, care este minunat, făcându-te să te întrebi dacă te afli totuși in România. :) Ne-am simțit cu adevărat bine și ne vom întoarce cu siguranță! -

- Iulian (10/5): Un weekend perfect în familie - Totul a fost la superlativ! Am avut un sejur foarte plăcut și ne-am simțit excelent pe toată durata șederii. Am apreciat în mod deosebit surpriza pregătită de staff pentru băiețelul nostru, care a împlinit 3 ani în timpul sejurului — un gest foarte frumos, care ne-a bucurat sincer și a făcut experiența și mai specială. Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru amabilitate și atenție la detalii. Cu siguranță vom reveni! Nimic de reproșat.

Micul dejun foarte bun .Personalul amabil ,loc de parcare mare!Totul a fost extraordinar! Lipsa halatelor de baie,papuci doar o pereche,am anunțat la recepție,și ni s-au adus.Recomand un pic de atenție la curățenie!

- Robert Stefan (1/5): Horrible experience. 4 bad incidents in less than 12 hours - Room was quite big and bright. Breakfast rich and diverse In less than 12 hours, had 4 incidents with 2 different rooms, this says quite a lot about the hotel management. 1. Shower in the first room did not work and had to change the room...this was happening at midnight around 00:00 - 00:30. Even though the room was big and bright, hearing the toilet flushing from the above lounge bar, was not quite relaxing :) 2. Changed the room with one without balcony and surprise, the shower was working but after start washing, realize that the shower gel was empty 3. Asked the receptionist to replace/refill the shower gel and got in return body lotion...asked again to replace the bottle and bring SHOWER GEL 4. Second day went to have breakfast and when returning to the room, could not enter the room because the access card was not working and had to get back to the reception to give me another access card After all this, had a chat with the manager on duty, who acknowledged and agreed with my complains, but when closing the discussion the only thing that he was able to do was to offer a bottle of wine...at 09:30 in the morning, bottle which I left it in the room, mentioning that you cannot make my day with a miserable bottle of wine.

- Laura Baritz (9/5): Varianta buna pentru plimbare de doua zile in extrasezon - Personalul foarte amabil, locatia situata relativ aproape de plaja. Sunt zone care nu sunt curate, in special in exteriorul cladirii.

- George_Radu (8/5): Se putea muuuult mai bine! - Camera spatioasa si curata. Ferestre mari insa perspectiva difera in functie de latura pe care este camera. Am ajuns in jurul pranzului/dupa amiaza si parca am intrat in pestera. Nu am intalnit hotel unde sa fie atat de multa economie la lumina ambientala din lounge. De asemenea se face economie si la caldura si la mancare. La ora 10.00 se sting luminile in sala de mic dejun si se strange totul chiar daca mai sunt oameni la masa care au ajuns, ca si mine la ora 9.30. Calitatea personalului care deserveste restaurantul este slaba, chiar daca erau clienti in restaurant, la ora 10.00 au inceput sa discute foarte tare intre ei si cu un limbaj mai mult decat nepotrivit.
- Simona MIlica (8/5): Bunuț... - Mic dejun variat. Angajati foarte amabili. Parcare mare. Ramada: hotel de 4 stele cu mobilier invechit, oglinzi "mancate" de vechime ce pareau "ruginite", mocheta murdară și "vălurită" adică dezlipită, pernele de la canapelele de stofă pătate, canapele de "piele" roase sau rupte. Peretele de la recepție lipsit de bun gust, nu am vazut de mult ceva mai chicios. Am avut suita delux pentru 4 persoane si doar două perechi de papuci și doar 2 capsule de cafea, doar o pilotă in loc de doua. Fără halate de baie. Tacamurile, la micul dejun, puse la grămadă unde toată lumea punea mâna si își alegea... Apartamentul a fost pozitionat spre parcul de distracții (foarte aproape) ceea ce s-a dovedit a fi extrem de deranjant seara, până spre 1 noaptea.

- Bilgehan (9/5): - Uzun ve yorucu bir yolculuktan sonra tesise erken saatte vardık. Erken check-in kabul ettikleri için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Oda oldukça genişti. Oruçlu olduğum için kahvaltı hakkında bir şey diyemeyeceğim. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldım. Banyo temizliği biraz üstünkörü yapılmıştı.
