- Cooley (4/5): With very cramped parking, difficulty in contacting managet, and the outdated furniture, the locatio - The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was cleaned and well maintained. The furniture is very old. The couch had no seat support and the chairs were very cheap and rickety.

- Brooke (4/5): Not worth the stay - Not that far of a walk to the beach, loved the adult pool. Rude staff with Vacasa. Took to the end of the trip for the main toilet to get fixed. Was not clean at all. So many roaches were in the condo. Lights did not work outside and there was a dirty footprint on the wall. Blood stains on the bed sheets and water damage on the ceilings.

The staff was very helpful with the questions we had. Our condo was very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. I do not have any complaints.

- Angel (7/5): It was a nice place to visit! Locals were really friendly! - It was just fine plenty of room! It was hot, never got the temperature in condo to drop below 83 degrees until middle of night and we realized this year we need a 2nd bathroom! lol
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - I liked that we were on ocean and I liked that the condo was older but not nasty older. It was very comfortable. I don't know where you get your beds but I bought a new one and would trade in heart beat slept like baby every night. Staff is amazing. Just slot of burned out bulbs and could only shower in one bathroom cause water wouldn't switch over. We have stayed at alot of uppied places and I would take 129 over any place I've stayed. The only thing that sucked was I was attacked by 6 ft jellyfish it grabbed me around both legs I have to bad disease s my feet turned purple and I passed out for hours after vomiting. But it's my fault they had purple flag for reason! Now I know! Best time I've ever had. Thank you to the whole staff of vacasa! Alot of lights didn't work dryer would only work 10 mins then I would have to flip breaker. Only one shower worked and I cleaned counters when I got there and my paper towel was brown. Bathroom sink was full of makeup. But again I'm super happy.
- Holley (5/5): Very quiet and close to everything, room was okay but probably wouldn’t book again. - We received the code to the door the day before so we had no issues getting in The water in the showers was very hard to control, the faucet stayed running while the shower was running and it was either scalding hot or cold, very hard to adjust! The dryer barely works, and the toilet in the front bathroom don’t have much water pressure to flush anything. You have to keep the A/C on 64 just for it to cool down.

- Dawn (8/5): Overall it was decent value for the price, but the cleanliness could be improved. - I like that there were two pools, one for families and one for adults. I also liked how it was close to the beach and close to plenty places to eat, shop, and activities. The comforter had blood in it that you could tell had not been washed. The other comforter had stains on it. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable.

- Joseph (4/5): Great location but otherwise disappointed for the money. - I loved how close to the beach the condo was. You couldn’t get much better. Rooms were spacious and outside patio had a great breeze. I didn’t like the no coverage at the front door. It was poring rain and we had to stand in the rain to enter our NINE digit code to get in the door. Entire place is dated but that didn’t really bother me. There was no insulation however which meant that it never actually got cool in the condo. Plus you can hear everything and I do mean everything from your neighbor. Also, condo was not clean and ready at the check in time of 4:00pm. In fact the cleaning staff wasn’t even there yet. It’s not their fault but in return I asked for just 30min to an hour late check out. At first I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Then I was given a strong "No" I didn't think it was too much to ask after taking a last minute 3 night stay for over $1,000.00. Also, don’t bring a large car that can’t make tight turns. You won’t be able to park.
- Kate (9/5): Would stay here again! - Location was excellent! Literally steps from the beach! Loved the deck to leave wet towels, sandy shoes, and beach items on it. Felt very safe here. Back door couldn't lock from outside. A few soft spots in the floors inside the condo.

- Michael (10/5): It’s a nice clean place - Location Couldn’t use the pool at all, it should have been heard this time of year. Very disappointing
- Donald (8/5): Cozy and comfy - Clean and comfortable. Could have had a couple things in the cupboard, like Pam, foil and baggies, salt and pepper.
- James (2/5): Very poor - Location was great. When we arrived pet hair was all over the sofa, carpets were nasty, I would venture to say they hadn't been cleaned all year or more. When we went to wash clothes the spin cycle on the washer wouldn't work, & the dryer wouldn't work, so we ended up with clothes hanging all over to try and dry them overnight after we had to wring the water out of them by hand. The local staff would not answer any calls or texts, I finally was able to make contact with someone in another state that started addressing the issues, Vacasa is supposedly issuing a partial refund for all the inconvenience. Per the representative it will be 15%, I'm not sure how they arrived at this amount for compensation for the total goat show my family & I have been subjected to, but I feel like it should be at least 50%, apparently they do not have a quality assurance plan in place for their rental properties. I don't recommend doing business with this company.

- Jared (9/5): Great location, family friendly, reasonable price. - Proximity to the beach, quaint and comfortable. Great value for family on a budget. It was very clean. It could use some updating. The carpet was worn and stained (but was clean). The laminate hardwood flooring was showing its age. Otherwise, no complaints.

- Thomas (8/5): Great stay overall will book again just some small issues that need to be fixed - The proximity to the beach, the price, the amenities it offered, and the proximity to all gulf shores has to offer. Needs to be updated. Shower heads, ceiling fans, and carpet need to be replaced. Also if someone is staying above you.. literally can hear every foot step. Like it sounds awful and will keep you up
- Grant (8/5): Location was great...right on the beach. - Loved the location! Right on the beach. Swimming pool is located across the street at the other condos. A bit inconvenient but doable. Trash container was across the street at the other property. I had to ask a tenant where the trash container was. Carpet had quite a few stains but all in all, the condo was clean. All the amenities I needed was provided except a Kuerig....lol...I'm spoiled to having one.

- Amber (7/5): Good - Modern, updated space. Close to the beach and restaurants. 2 pools with one of them being adult only. Easy access to the condo and responsive staff. They provided soap and shampoo in case you forgot it. There was a small view of the ocean even though it was ocean front. The queen bed was very noisy - it sounded like you were crinkling a water bottle just getting in and out of bed. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned - there was grime and hair build up in the rails of the sliding glass doors. But the staff came out and cleaned it the very next day.

Property was clean throughout except the sofa bed was not able to use it was not clean with cereal upon opening. The refrigerator was good but lost food with the freezer it wouldn’t freeze.

- Anonymous (10/5): I would definitely stay here again! We loved our stay! - The location was perfect you are on the main strip and it’s very convenient when you have kids! You are close to everything and Walmart is only 12 minutes away! The apartment was very nice and the picture I attached below was our view from where we parked the car under the apartment. The door was kind of hard to shut and the door knob was hard to open. Other than that everything was perfect!
- Kate (9/5): Superb - Great communication with the property manager. The quick contact sheet was helpful too. In unit laundry was super handy. Comfortable condo for our family. The kitchen was stocked with basic glasses, silverware, pots, and even a crockpot. Very handy! Pool was nice and close. We didn't discover the outdoor shower until our last day, but that was a nice feature too! Plenty of room for our family to spread out in the condo. Nice short walk to the beach. Covered parking. We would stay here again. Some of the quarter rounds on the trim were coming off and would come away from the baseboards when I swept daily because of the sand... perhaps water damaged? Unit could use a heavy duty deep clean (old dust/dust bunnies/high traffic area's corners), but in general the unit was clean and comfortable. Master bedroom bed is really tall (and my husband and I are tall people), so if you are short, it might be a bother. There was a little confusion on when I was supposed to receive the key code to enter the unit: one email said 24 hours before, another said the day of, nonetheless Becky was great and communicated the code to me via text. Nothing terrible to mention, overall great experience!

Being able to get in touch with someone associated with the unit when needed. Not having an ocean view. Having to carry luggage up stairs. My bed in the master bedroom was horrible. Maintenance said that they came by and flipped mattress. The bed was still horrible. Me and spouse left early due to that situation. The couch also needs some updating. I felt that if I hadn't traveled so far. We would have left earlier. Had problems with the TV. Kept freezing up. The heating and air unit. Kepted a lot of noise when running.

No wifi ability and DVD player was missing a cord after we had purchased 3 DVDs for grand child to watch. Noted dirty under beds and found a shirt. Stove did not work properly.
