Guest Reviews
- Ruben (8/5): Great location for a family away from the main in town chaos. - Perfect size to accommodate our 5 member family! Would definitely stay there again. With the warmer spring temps the A/C was a bit limited in its ability to cool the upstairs rooms at night.
- Debra (10/5): -
- Steve (9/5): - Location, host was responsive
- Robert (10/5): -
- Wei (9/5): -
- Gail (8/5): - Location, good amount of space for 3 couples The space had an odor that we needed to open the windows and air out. (I think the upstairs carpets need cleaning)
- Xiaomei (8/5): -
- Viacheslav (10/5): - Всё было хорошо.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Sally (8/5): Nice place - Three bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable . Clean. The first night, the smoke alarm sounded every hour. However, the management responded quickly the next day to fix the issue.
- daniele zilio (10/5): - Muito confortável, limpo e bem equipado. Atendimento cordial e rápido. Varanda com churrasqueira deliciosa para aproveitar o fim de tarde Longe da cidade, embora o deslocamento seja muito rápido.
- Adele (6/5): - The space was great, and we didn’t mind too much being out of town but it was a bit tired and in need of some updating and certainly some cleaning. Only one set of towels in the bathroom and the bed was very old and soft and dipped in the middle. Overall though, it was just a bit grubby.. sorry.

- Cohen (10/5): - ברכה צמודה
- Małgorzata (10/5): -
- Arun (5/5): Passable - AC not working. There is no fans in the bedrooms.
- Happy (10/5): The best place to stay in Moab - After a whole week of camping in the desert heat and seeing the National Parks (Canyonlands and Arches) it was the perfect place to rest up and relax for the journey to our next spot. There were enough beds for us to sleep on. also has a very nice kitchen and grill to make a proper meal! I have zero complaints
- Qi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (9/5): Close to Canyonland and Arches National Park if you don't want to stay in busy downtown Moab - Well-appointed decor. Quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked cooking utensils, pots and pans. Bath amenities was a nice touch. Great location. House Rules stated upon leaving to strip the sheets off the bed and put them and the used bath towels in the laundry closet. Also said to empty the trash and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before we leave. There was also a note about how to leave a tip for the house cleaner. Coming from a hospitality background I feel that the price of the rental should have had included the striping of the beds and towels and washing the dishes (which I would have done anyway) and then suggest leaving a tip was very unprofessional. Ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom needs replacing. Dangerously wobbly even at the lowest speed.
- Alecive (7/5): A quiet, comfortable stay—fair at the discounted rate, though a bit dated. - Overall a good stay. The location is a bit outside downtown Moab, which made it quieter and more relaxed. The neighborhood was nice for early runs. The house has a practical layout with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. The backyard was comfortable, and the kitchen had a decent selection of pans and pots. Some aspects of the house could use a refresh—the furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen all felt a bit dated. The sinks and toilets in the bathrooms were slow to drain and use, which made things a bit tricky more than once. The pillows were unusually tall, which might not work well for side sleepers like us. Cleanliness was generally okay, but with a toddler, it was harder to manage—some areas could have been cleaner for younger kids. We booked the place at a 30% discount, which felt fair for what was offered. At full price, it would have seemed a bit overpriced given the condition of the furnishings and bathrooms.
- Diana (9/5): Quiet neighborhood and a nice kitchen and outside patio. - Cozy with nice backyard.
- Diana (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (8/5): Would stay again without question. I love Moab and have been coming for 25 years - There was an odd smell from the washing machine like rotting water. Manager was quick to respond, set an inspection time for when we were out for the following day. Upon returning, the smell was gone.
Also, no ridiculous cleaning fee, which doubles the rental cost. (This is the only reason I stayed here)
Great response and action, thank you.
Tony M The smell upon arrival. A more solid checking of items left behind, trash, or in washing machine to create an odor.
Curtain mount by slider was broken. (Just mentioning, not an issue during our stay)
- Tova (10/5): This was a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay. - Very clean, only a few minutes south of downtown.
- Fist99 (10/5): Exceptional - Good place for family
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Tajda (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (7/5): We enjoyed our stay - Location, clean Front desk person shocked us with her statement's on non-English speaking people and foreigners . We felt very uncomfortable listening to her as she continued to tell us her racist views as we waited for our keys. We hope her views don’t represent your company’s values.
- Douglas (9/5): 4 wonderful nights in Moab - House was spacious for 3 people and would easily work for up to 6. Pool is very close, well-maintained, and was never busy. BBQ and patio were great with no bugs (in September). Detergent was provided for the washing machine in the house. The garage was just big enough for a Chevy Equinox SUV. The kitchen lacked basics like salt, cinnamon, and cooking oil. Possibly these get removed at the end of each guest's stay, so be prepared. A car is necessary as the house is too far from Moab to walk to restaurants or stores. A few items in the house were in need of repair. Communicated to the property manager who seems responsive.
- Cristeta (10/5): Great place to relax after hiking parks all day - Lots of room. Clean, well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies.
Away from town, peaceful and quiet.
Staff very responsive. Garage very small, tight for our minivan. Only parked in it once, but area very safe and it wasn’t a problem.
- Richard (10/5): Excellent value and comfort for a small family or traveling with another couple. - Great duplex and value for Moab. Comfortable and homelike with a homey feel. Very comfortable beds. Outside area in the rear was pleasant with tables and chairs. Very quiet location. Sending an overhead picture of the area helped greatly in finding it. Appreciated having a several (4) coffee filters available for the drip maker. 1) No spare light bulbs available when a bedside lamp burned out immediately when used. Had to take one from a lamp in the third bedroom.
2) Main bathroom for the first floor bedroom was quite small and sink hardware should be upgraded.
3) Concerned about the low flow toilet in same bathroom. Suspicious that a plunger was sitting behind the toilet.
- Luca (9/5): Superb - Big and comfortable two floors house with access to a shared swimming pool.
Fully functional kitchen that will easily serve up to 5 people. The house design and furniture definitely need an update/upgrade but that was definitely a minor problem.
- Florian (9/5): Very confortable house - Very good emplacement to visit Arches National Park, very confortable house, well equiped
- Bradley (9/5): Superb -
- Ihui (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ranjan (9/5): Superb -
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ken (8/5): Very good -
- Margaret (10/5): Excellent lodgings - The location was spectacular, quiet, and easy to find.
Took an evening walk on the path and experienced a magnificent sunset.
- Andrew (8/5): We would stay there again - Nice town house. Lots of room. Nice patio and BBQ. Master bedroom curtains could not be opened. So could not enjoy the nice backyard.
- Che (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gosses (7/5): Good - breakfast wasn't provided or expected The Location was great and very quiet. Close to Arches NP. The Beds were comfy.
Just a couple of things: the coffee pot was very slow, Would recommend investing in a new one. One guest found something left under a bed so I would recommend a more thorough cleaning under bedsThe rest of the condo was clean. Nice areas for sitting and visiting both inside and out. A little chilly so we didn't use outside patios very much but private and quiet.
One complaint: we were charged for a burned pillow sham and we were not responsible for that damage. Waiting to hear the out come of the dispute on that charge. cleaning under the beds and the coffee pot
- Roanhorse (10/5): Great stay! - The space was quite nice. The bed size variations was great: 3 rooms - King, queen and last room had 2 twins. Great, quiet location! The gas fireplace was perfect! If there was a downside... I operate just fine during cold weather. But, the family prefers cozy temps. The request to keep the thermostat within a low heating threshold was a bit much, especially with the 40s and below temps. Also, Moab had been very windy during our time there. (And not the property's fault) was when the heating started, it smelled of dust or dirt. The upside, again Nature at work, we woke to a very nice light coating of snow! Picturesque!
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Anil (10/5): We loved our stay. You cannot go wrong with the choice. - Lovely home. fully furnished with the necessary items. even had a spare pull out bed and extra blankets if needed. fully equipped kitchen. Loved the back yard - nice sitting area with enough privacy. Best part was no disturbance or noise. Cannot think of any. If I have to complain I would say shower head. Although the one was fully functional, just with a few dollars, you can get a better shower head.
- Anna (10/5): Will stay here again! - Location was beautiful and the space with large, comfortable and very clean!
- Weihui (9/5): Quiet stay with beautiful views and close to downtown - quiet location and good parking Coffee machine was not clean and the curtains in the living area looks poorly maintained
- Paul (10/5): Excellent value. - Very clean and well maintained. Little far from town, but excellent food right down the road.
- Richard (7/5): Clean and quiet townhouse 5 minutes from Moab, 15 from Arches Park. - Typical 3 BR rental unit, nice back yard and patio. End unit. Lots of small maintenance things need to be attended to - patio chairs worn and unsafe, back door lock broken, bath tub needs replacing etc. Nothing major but shows property manager focused on minimizing spending.
- Tania (8/5): Very good -
- Coheley (9/5): Lots of little extras and a handy kitchen made our stay very pleasant. -
- Alkhamis (8/5): Very good -
- Kirt (10/5): Exceptional - clean master bedroom tv remote only works for changing tv stations not for turning the tv on and off
- Zheng (8/5): good experiences - clean, warm, functional room is small
- Noza (10/5): cozy and clean - very clean and cozy. The management is very responsive. they were kind to extend our stay for an extra day when we requested. very pleased with the stay. will definitely come back.
- Erkki (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Stay was good. Bed was comfortable kitchen was fully supplied although we did not use it maybe it was a time of year but - It was a little ways out of town so no hustle and bustle quiet and relaxing We had a problem with ants in the pet food, and there was no spray. And it would’ve been nice to have a broom and a dustpan available.
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional -
