• STEPHANIE MARIE (9/5): Très belle maison confortable dans la banlieue de moab - Très belle maison bien décorée, très bien équipée et spacieuse Les équipements atypiques ( billards, jacuzzi et jeux) font toute la différence !! Bravo . Les lits des chambres du haut sont bruyants quand on s’y allonge . Il faudrait mettre une notice papier pour tout ce qu’il faut faire en Check out . Sinon tout est bien

• James (8/5): I liked it and will look for it next time we go to Moab ! - Really cool deck and patio. Quiet at night ! Great hot water in shower! Comfortable place. Couldn’t get news or anything on the TV. Patio door should lock without a stick. Could use a new shower head down stairs.
• Kyle S (6/5): Great location, ease of access to the parks, but kitchen and doors need updating for safety. - This was a great location and had plenty of room for a small family with a dog. I really liked the quiet neighborhood and access to the canyon area surrounding the complex. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils left much to be desired. The pans were so caked with grease they flamed when heated up. Probably should replace those. The sliding doors did not have working locks and just a piece of wood wedged to keep it from being opened. Also, the door lock code to enter the house was so obvious, it did not make me feel comfortable knowing anyone could potentially guess the code and enter the house.

• patricia (7/5): We loved the house motif and the lication, but the place does need those things i describedrepaired - Se thought the location was fantastic and the patio and surroundings were equally so The air-conditioning vents were black, which is very scary. I am allergic to specific mold even if this was nOT black mold. The garage door is in need of repair. The kitchen needs a bit of updating. The maid came at 9:00

• RickTZ (10/5): Great 👍 - Super cool and practical place for our group. Spa and outdoor area was great and will be better when completely finished. Kitchen was very well equipped for all types of cooking. Loved it. All good, but watch out for the interior stairs... They are a bit slippery

• Minyoung (5/5): Passable - The room itself was nice. The location was great, with a large supermarket nearby. It wasn’t far from downtown and was also close to Arches National Park. There were plenty of towels and enough amenities provided. The playroom was also very well set up. but I was very disappointed by the drastic price fluctuation. I had planned this family trip three months in advance and booked this house thinking it would offer a great stay. However, just before our trip, I checked the same house again while considering extending our stay, and the price had dropped by more than half. I asked if they could adjust the rate even slightly, but my request was declined. While the stay was pleasant, no one wants to pay double the price for the same room. If you’re reading this, I would recommend not booking too far in advance.

• Kathleen (9/5): Very comfortable large home with numerous bonus features like a gas grill, hot tub, pool table. - It was nice to have an access code to the door, so as guests arrived they were able to let themselves in. There was plenty of parking and the townhouse was very roomy. We used the hot tub often and the balcony patio was very nice. Our adult children enjoyed the pool table and basketball game. Having a large grill came in handy too! The patio was a bit dirty, littered with dried leaves. The property owner should think about moving the firepit and chairs since that area is becoming a native plant restoration area?

Not enough towels upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and more were delivered promptly. There was a cat that kept trying to get in the condo, and it used the back yard as a litter box.

Quite a luxury. Two friends slept upstairs and shared a bathroom. Bedrooms and bathroom were fine. Stairs were way too steep. Made it quite burdensome to go up and down the stairs. Very difficult to haul luggage up.

• Hien (4/5): Carpet may be old that make unpleasant smell. You got what you pay for ! - The price and location is ok The smell in the house gave me a headache for the whole time I stay there. Especially the rooms upstairs too hot and smell weird. The beds are too hard and I couldn’t sleep at night. The last night there was no hot water. We showed with cold water but we were leaving earlier in the morning the next day, so I did not call them.

It was more private than advertised. All standard facilities were quite good: three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room and two patios. The house was clean and well supplied with linen and towels.
