- LARISA (4/5): - It's hard to park there. The directions were done unclear about parking. Keys are missing tags. The instructions are too wordy to safe on human interaction. Too much to follow up. I couldn't find a switch in the room, there is no fridge Bad shower, tiny, uncomfortable. Hard to understand which is shanpoo and which is a shower gel. Didn't get a spooky vibe just neglected

- Nicholas (8/5): - The place is really old and neat and they’ve done a great job keeping it looking classic. The rooms are very small so I personally wouldn’t stay for many nights but it was great for us for one night.
- Janet (6/5): Not my favorite place to stay. - First, circumstances changed and we needed to cancel one of the two nights. I called 12 days ahead and they wouldn’t worth with me. The room was cute but very small. The bannister on the deck was so worn that the corner posts were held up with wood blocks. There were a lot of “don’t do” in the instructions.

- Tina (10/5): The Best!! - Absolutely perfect in every way: amazing walkable location, easy check-in, stunning views, lovely balcony and so beautifully decorated with fascinating art and antiques. And quiet!! Like staying in a historic jewelbox of a home, but with a renovated bathroom: we really appreciated the glass and tiled spacious shower and TVs in both rooms. Such incredible care and Love went into renovating this B&B and made our stay totally awesome!! Also, no apparent ghosts, which was a plus ;)
- Laura (10/5): Ghost City Inn - The Inn was so cute and cozy. I love all the lace and the special artifacts of times past within. There were so many cute trinkets of the old days within, the lobby had constant old time music playing. The people helping run the establishment were very accommodating and I loved the room atmosphere and decor. The only thing that worried me was the fear of damaging the expensive unique quilt on the bed or my hair dye coming off on the pillow cases. I was thinking maybe they should have a black pillow case for those with colored hair since I ended up having to sleep with a towel under my head across the pillow all night. I do love the inn it was so special.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Cute historic bed and breakfast - Cute historic bed and breakfast right in town. Very clean and self check in was easy. Comfortable bed, themed rooms and amazing view. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stability Stressor - The first thing I want to make known is that all rooms at the hotel are either on the 2nd or 3rd floors. We took our 75-year-old parents to Jerome while they were visiting from PA. I would have never booked a 3rd-floor room for them, we were stressed every time we went up and down. Also, the stairs are not stable or even, another stressor. The hotel should not be called a Bed & Breakfast either, they only offered a few blueberry muffins, sausage fritters, and a little fruit with coffee. I just expected a little more construction stability and breakfast.
- Synthia (8/5): - It was an interesting stay. A unique Ghost Town with an interesting history of how it came to be. Along with the rustic Inn. Now I would of preferred the exterior be a little more groomed. I get The Ghost Town Theme. However it was too worn out. Front upper level balcony railings should be checked for stability and freshly painted as should the entire back yard. It could be cleaned , prettier and more inviting and still be old. Old diesbt mean it has to be dirty. Cushions outback just faded, dirty. More maintenance outside, again to look quaint and cozy. The room was fine.

Only negative is no one on sight and no information on eating places, map of city...

- Verified traveler (6/5): December Getaway - We were comfortable at Ghost City Inn but one thing we noticed is the bed was very high with no step stool provided to get in (I am short). On the website there was no indication of whether there would be a microwave, refrigerator or coffee available. We did find a Keurig coffee machine in the main entrance/breakfast room and a there was also fruit, a frittata, and blueberry muffin available in the morning which we weren't aware of when booking. We did appreciate that! There was just one chair in our room and 2 would be nice. We did enjoy the balcony outside our room on the East side for a little bit the following morning since the sun was shining but otherwise a cold day! The outdoor area was nice but could use a little TLC. Our location was good to walk to restaurants and shopping.

My beef is Expedia contacted the faciltiy several times in an attempt to change dates and there was no response from the facility until after our reservation dates. We intended to spend our honeymoon here and had to reconfigure our plans. Later they reached out and rescheduled.

- Cindy (10/5): Very nice inn - We enjoyed our stay and the room we chose. One thing to note for those choosing to stay at this quaint inn. Typically you chose an inn like this to meet and talk with the owners or at least the person managing it. Checking in and out is totally contactless. When we walked through the small lobby on several occasions, the person in the office never came out to greet us. So just a heads up if you prefer a more personal experience.

- Doris (8/5): - The whole place is unique, each room is different and very personal, the owner put much effort into it. Everything was clean and tidy, instructions for access very clearly explained. We felt very comfortable right away. We didn’t get to meet the people taking care of the place, we assume, due to wanting to get the impression of a real ghost place, which we thought was funny in one way but s bit unfortunate, not to be able to connect socially.

The heat was on, and it was unbearably hot. The lower two units can be controlled is what I was told by the manager.

We couldn’t even access the lobby to wait and cool off. Guests on the upper balcony, who were in the room next to ours, told us that no staff appeared to be on-site

Very clean and tidy and top quality fittings and rooms. Great views from the deck Breakfast was a great bonus. Very handy to everything. You do need to carry your gear up stairs and motorcycle parking can be a challenge in this town. We were lucky to park directly outside. Highly recommend ghost city inn as a memory maker for your holiday

We liked that the Inn uses the "Honor System" of self check-in. The only downside was all the flights of stairs to access our room with all our luggage. We enjoyed our stay.

Getting a room with a balcony is a mUST as the view is absolutely amazing while sitting and drinking a morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

- Travis (10/5): Great Place!!! - A great place to stay for a couple nights. Room was small but I knew that going in. Close to downtown. Very clean and well kept. It is an old building, which we thought was cool. We will stay here again for sure.
- Alexander (8/5): - I have no complaints. The bed was very comfortable. The room was dark and quiet (although noises from outside were very audible). Plenty of hot water. I thought the room's decor was a bit heavy on the "happy hunter" side -- bows and arrows, antlers, stuffed geese, fish trophies, etc., but if you like that sort of thing you'd feel right at home. However, there are things the traveler should be aware of. It is not ADA compliant -- one must climb a stairway to the entrance, and another stairway to the room. The toilet is the elongated kind but is the low-to-the-ground kind, not the "comfort height" kind that senior citizens such as myself appreciate. The shower stall was the smallest I've ever been in -- barely larger than a coffin. There is no staff on duty -- everything is strictly self-service, including locking the front door behind you (which, I discovered, fellow guests did not do). I did not sample the hot breakfast, which was available from 8AM-10AM, as I had to leave before 8:00 for an appointment. I would have appreciated it being available at 7AM. But, as I say, these are not complaints -- only facts the traveler should be aware of before booking.

- Reylyn (10/5): Meditate with the Ghosts! - What a darling place this is. I stayed in the Miner's Suite. My friends stayed upstairs in the Northern Exposure room. They loved it too. The views are terrific. I had a bigger "suite' type room. The rooms upstairs are "bedrooms w/baths'. and then a shared quaint living area right outside of the three rooms. And what a great place to meet other people. Fabulous place - love the town of Jerome - this will be my go to overnight place if available for Jerome.

- David (10/5): Funky Hotel in a Resurrected Ghost Town - This is a clean and interesting hotel in a great location, but not for those looking for Hilton type polish. Great location right downtown in a very interesting old mining town.
- Karin (8/5): Pleasant stay at a decent rate - The views were wonderful, and the accommodation was quaint and vintage. Lots of nice little touches. The bed was a little bit on the firm side and you can’t adjust the heat in the room, which made it really hot for sleeping. You can open the door to the balcony, but then you also get the street noise. If you’re a good sleeper, none of this should matter. Overall, we loved the views from our balcony and the common area upstairs and downstairs. A very, very friendly place.

- Amy (10/5): - This is a charming place to stay in Jerome and worlds better than Hotel Jerome. This has a homey feel to it and feels very safe for a woman traveling alone. Expedia got my reservation wrong and all I had to do was make one phone call and Ingrid walked me through getting into the right room. The lobby with breakfast and coffee is perfect, my room is very warm (at times over warm), and the amenities are charming. I will stay here again.

Breakfast, coffee and tea provided were so nice, and the staff very friendly. I liked our cozy room, though there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink area. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the decor was quaint and charming, apropos for an old Jerome inn.

- Leslie (6/5): - There was no maid service, even to take out our trash. There were blinking lights coming through the window all night. Parking was challenging!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Unique site - The room was comfortable and clean. The property is unique. It keeps to the old boarding house feel. The front porch could use some TLC. The host was friendly even though she was not on site much. The lobby was set up for breakfast and supplied with most utensils that you might need. Over all it was a very enjoyable and I would book there again.
